Lovers Key Resort 404 is a larger luxury one-bedroom, one-bath fourth floor condo consisting of 900 square feet of living space. It sleeps a maximum of four persons and offers: Large plank flooring great room with sleeper-sofa and flat screen TV, fully equipped tiled kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom with king-size bed and in-room TV, spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, a balcony off the great room and floor to ceiling windows offering gorgeous views of Estero Bay.

Need additional space for family or friends? No problem. Rent the adjoining condo Unit 403. With the two units you can sleep eight. An exterior door in the hallway allows you to close off the hallway from the unit doors, giving you the option to leave both condo doors open while being fully secluded and securely locked in. A 10% discount applies to the rates when both units are rented together.

Due to its unique location nestled between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated lagoon-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are credit card operated, and there is a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign. Guests can enjoy the convenience of the trolley to explore various beach destinations. For the schedule and additional details, the on-site management company is available to assist.

The apartment is nice, modern and the view of the bayside is the best, you can see the sunset and the sunrise, the pool and the gym are maintained daily, Flippers restaurant is excellent, the food is very good, the only downside was the furniture (couch and recliner) needs to be cleaned. Other than that, we loved our standing in Lovers key Resort, definitely we will return.

Terrific facility located across the street from Lovers Key State park ideal for beaching, hiking and running which we did daily. Great views w easy access rooms to the grounds and Ft Myers beach area. Excellent restaurant right next door. Only issue is not having access to a real beach on the grounds. You’ll need to go to the State Park or FMB public beaches so if you’re looking for easy beach fun out your door, this resort lacks that feature. Nice pool and hot tub are available along w a clean and well kept facility. We really enjoyed our week there and would do it again

Let me start by saying the view was great, and so was the location, but the condo had roaches and was in need of a thorough cleaning when we arrived. Which is exactly what we did. It was also missing many kitchen items, too many to list. I had to buy my own coffee cup. Furniture was dingy. The management team who was our point of contact was completely useless. When we reached out to them we were told they would address our concerns and nothing was done. Would not go back.

We have been coming to Lover’s Key Resort for nearly 15 years, but this was our first stay in this particular unit. When we walked in, everything was pristinely clean and the view from the floor to ceiling windows was absolutely stunning. We had one issue that was promptly and attentively addressed by Distinctive Beach Rentals. We Love everything about this property and will be returning very soon!

The condo was absolutely beautiful but there were roaches galore! We called the property manager on Friday and they sent someone the next afternoon to spray for the roaches and the next morning there was even more! When we got back home we immediately washed our things and left the bags outside to be on the safe side.

The condo is gorgeous, and you never get tired of the views. The decor is coastal chic, but could use an upholstery cleaning as it appears some guests have unfortunately stained the owner’s beautiful furniture. Honestly, though, it was very minor, and in no way detracted from our stay, and the view was a show stopper. We did encounter a few roaches, but this is Florida, and that happens here. There’s an amazing restaurant directly next door. We highly recommend it, and the food is amazing. The owners have provided beach chairs, and all items you need to enjoy the beach, and the condo is lovely and comfortable. Did I mention that the floor to ceiling water views are jaw dropping?

The pictures don’t do it justice!! The view is spectacular!! We were able to see a couple of other condos and this one was by far the nicest! We were able to see manatees and dolphins in the morning and dolphins every night. We also got to see some sharks hunting lake one night. Although it was away from downtown, restaurants, and stores, we really enjoyed the piece and quiet. We will definitely be coming back and some of the people we met will be requesting this condo the next time they come!

The place is absolutely beautiful - the condo itself is spacious and the view is unbeatable. The location was really far away from the heart of Ft. Myers Beach though, so that was a drawback, and the restaurant closed at 10pm and wasn't open for breakfast.

The unit was very clean and gorgeous. Those views were amazing day and night! It was a bonus to also have beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use as well! The dishwasher was broken, so that was a bit of a bummer. But otherwise, a great stay and location!
