We loved our stay in Bristol. It was a very relaxing stay for us. The house was extremely clean and as described on VRBO. The house provided everything we needed; unlike many other VRBO's we have stayed at in the past. The owner's even left us a thank you note. What a nice touch!
The only con was the picture of the outside of the house showed a flat surface going to the house. This is one of the reasons I chose this house. My husband is in a wheelchair. There were several steps we had to maneuver that made it a little difficult.

The house is so cute! I loved the skeleton keys placed around the house - i have always been obsessed with them. You guys thought of everything! We were so excited when we walked in and saw just how cute and cozy the house was and the water bowls and treats for the dogs. We come to Bristol for the race and just to visit and this house will be our go to moving forward. Thank you for being so accomodating by allowing the pups and allowing us to extend our stay a day. The board in the kitchen with restaurant information for the area was a great touch! We will be back to visit again - hopefully sooner than later.

This home definitely exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with how close everything was and how simple it was to get around the city. The home was spectacular. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were very impressed and will definitely try to stay here again!!

I chose the property due to its proximity to downtown and capacity. My sister-in-law joined us at the last minute and John was happy to accommodate. The property was perfect for out needs and was spotless when we arrived. Everything worked and we were very comfortable with our choice. We will probably try to book this home again on our next visit to Bristol, Tennessee.

Came into town to run the Troublesome Hollow 50k in Bristol and made it into a race-cation. FANTASTIC location, so convenient to State St and all of the establishments and just a short drive to the start/ finish line of the race. We took advantage of all of the recommendations in town for food & drink and we’re quite pleased with every one! The house is comfortable, quiet, and so cute we’d definitely stay again as I’m sure there will be more opportunities.

A GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Attention to detail throughout. They thought of everything and really, it was a home away from home. Nice, quiet neighborhood; very prompt with any communication, great recommendations! This in not a slapped together VRBO. It is tastefully decorated with purpose and functionality, and comfort. I hope to return again!! Thank you!

FANTASTIC Stay!
House is beautiful, very well kept and has everything you need. Outside, the property and neighborhood is beautiful and a joy to walk around. Host made it very easy to check in and allowed me to extend my stay with no problem. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay extremely close to downtown and attractions/restaurants.

Perfect little stay close to downtown and a small park
The family and I stayed here for a few days while exploring downtown Bristol. This home was very nice and looked recently updated. There was a gravel driveway which was wide enough for our big pickup truck. There are about 3 steps to get you down to the front door. Door lock was easy to use. Inside was adequate for our family. Plenty of room for the toddler to run around and he enjoyed coloring with the chalkboard on the wall. We also enjoyied the small park across the street to wear the little one out. The beds were very comfy memory foam and we slept great on them. There was a basket of coffee pods on the counter; detergent in the laundry; shampoo and conditioner and soap in the bathroom; and goodies in the bathroom to use. All in all we throughly enjoyed staying here. There was also a nice deck with outdoor sitting that we didn't use but it was nice. TV was ROKU and the inter net worked well.
The street was quiet and was in short driving distance to the VA/TN line in downtown Bristol. Hosts were super responsive with directions for check-in.
The only nitpicky things we noticed (and these are not game changers by any means) were: there needs to be another blanket on the beds other than the comforter which was a little too heavy for the weather (we used a throwing blanket which worked but it was a little short). I would have liked a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels (maybe behind the door). We had to hang them in the closets to dry. Lastly, the couch was a little old and creaked a lot when we sat on it. It looked good in the space for an antique.
If we found ourselves back in Bristol we will be looking this place up!
