Location was great. Clean and comfortable. Parking was not great but knew before hand it was only street parking. No other complaints. It was as expected and enjoyed our stay.

The home was very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teens. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. We had no problem finding street parking and it was easy to take the bus downtown. It was nice being in walking distance of shops and restaurants. While it worked out for us, the third bedroom has a double trundle bed that when the trundle is pulled out takes up the entire room. That room is also 2 floors away from the other bedrooms and could be too remote for some families looking for three bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our five night stay in the home and the Fremont neighborhood.

We rented this townhouse for a week and it was great. It was spotless and well furnished. It's walkable to many restaurants and bus lines to downtown. If the clouds cooperate, you have great views of Seattle with Mt. Ranier in the background. We didn't need to contact the management team much but when we did they were very quick to respond and very helpful. This place was awesome and I couldn't recommend any more.

Nice location with a local market nearby for groceries and plenty of places to eat.

The property was great and we got lots of exercise with the stairs. The view from the roof was amazing and had it been a tad warmer, we would have utilized it more. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very receptive (provided us with a countertop microwave and extra kitchen towels when requested). We were a little disappointed with the one bedroom right off street level and so far away from the others, but it worked out ok. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome!

The spot was really comfy and relaxing, with so many accommodations. The oven/stove was a little tricky to work out, but we made it work.
It's close to the 5 bus line, which connected us to a lot of where we wanted to go in Seattle, and the area was walkable with many shops and restaurants to check out.

Nice home, close to restaurants and shopping. We walked even in December. We were exhausted from travel and prompted by a text that an early check in might be available, We parked outside an hour early and waited. No activity at the house but at 4:00 we tried the code that did not work. By 4:10 we called the number given by Vaasa. After being on hold for several minutes an agent said “let me check” and disconnected us. Had to call back and wait on hold again. Second agent gave us a second number that worked. Once in we found the house nice, definitely meeting our needs. The views from the roof top were amazing. The second day cooking was difficult. Very nice gas range that was VERY temperamental. The microwave made all the sounds but after several minutes food was only luke warm. On street parking and only one TV also made this unit not perfect for us.

Comfortable, clean, well outfitted with kitchen supplies, great location.

The townhouse is in a great location in the Fremont neighborhood - close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck offers a great view of Seattle and the cascades. Lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but would be difficult for people with limited mobility.

This three story home is located on a nice quite residential street in the upper Fremont area of Seattle. Within a few blocks are some really nice restaurants and bars, and a short 10-minute walk down the hill brings you to the center of the district, near the ship channel. The home is modestly furnished, but everything is in good shape and found all that I needed here. I stayed here three nights and would definitely go back.

This place met every need of our stay! We had an issue with the AC unit on day two of our visit, and we were contacted and able to fix the issue within a few hours. The view from the rooftop will leave you breathless! The kitchen was able to accommodate all the needs of a Texas-sized family (country breakfast most mornings), and the location provided endless options of delicious restaurants. Had the most fantastic holiday weekend!!

The place was nice, located in a nice neighborhood next too a great market as well as some places to eat. About 10 min from downtown. So great location. They have everything u need to cook.
Only bad thing about the place was that the internet and TV lose connection with eachother constantly so to watch TV at night while winding down was difficult. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. They are like sleeping on ancient rock beds. I highly recommend that the owner buys some type of 4+ inch topper for each bed, sleeping was very difficult due to this.
They also left a used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with zero back up so buy tp. We left ours behind for them.
Outside of the uncomfortable beds, and internet constantly dropping it is an amazing place to stay.

We enjoyed the house. Spacious! We were going to cook Thanksgiving dinner there (but decided to eat out), and certainly could have-it was that well equipped.
Quiet neighborhood.
One tip: bring a laptop or tablet to connect the TV to the wi-fi.
Fremont is a nice section. We enjoyed touring the sights locally when everything was closed for the holiday.

We chose this condo because it was close to our kids and grandchildren! They loved coming over to visit after school and we were close to walk to parks, restaurants and market! We’ve been coming for years and enjoyed our stay at this location.

Condo is in a lovely neighborhood with several restaurants and coffee place in walkable distance. View of the city from the roof is great. Only bummer was posting said place sleeps 6. The twin bed downstairs had an extra mattress but no trundle base to put it on. Not a big deal though as couch was fine for our teen. There are also a lot of stairs between sleeping and living areas. It wasn’t a problem for us but think worth mentioning. The place was clean and kitchen well equipped. A bottle of wine was waiting for us and coffee which was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

The positive: Home is lovely and in a fantastic location.
The negative: Very bad experience with Vacasa management company. We arrived late Friday night to a property that had not been cleaned - no clean linens, dirty dishes, dirty toilets. Hours on the phone / waiting for calls from Vacasa central with no communication from anyone local. Eventually had to stay in a hotel the first night. Place was cleaned the next day and we were able to get in a little after noon. Rest of the stay was fine, but several weeks later we're still awaiting reimbursement for the hotel & meals expenses & cleaning fee that have been promised. Will avoid Vacasa rentals in the future.

Love this home!
My favorite thing about this home is the open environment of the main floor, as well as the open space that the rooftop patio provides for spending time outdoors. The home is easily within walking distance of some great shops and restaurants.
