Highly recommend this property! A well-cared for clean & beautiful home. Carina is lovely and has excellent communication. The home has everything you need with a fabulous large kitchen/dining/living space plus a lovely outdoor garden. Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home and perfecto location for us with family in Culver City. Right around the corner from a Grocery Store and CVS. Check in very easy. The home is beautifully appointed with a great smart TV comfortable beds and great shower! Will try to stay here again when back in the area.

The house was very clean, large enough but cozy for a family. The house was nicely decorated and well stocked in terms of utensils. The bathrooms had been upgraded and very functional. The towels and linens clean and nice. The beds were not the most comfortable but adequate. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is close to access to the freeway and the beach. My only suggestion would be providing more regular size coffee cups. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect location, beautiful contemporary home with all the amenities you need. Great space for our family visit for Thanksgiving and loved the modern feel and top quality appliances and bathroom fixtures. Close to everything in a nice quiet neighborhood. The calm outdoor space was welcome after a busy day. Thanks for sharing your special home; we will definitely be back.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy commute to everything we did in LA - UCLA graduation, beaches, shopping and eating out. Carina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable with nice artwork and relaxing yard space. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and clean, updated bathrooms - good shower heads and water pressure! Thanks for sharing your space, Carina. We were happy to have a tasteful and quiet haven to "chill out" in between activities.

This is a fabulous home in a wonderful neighborhood! So bright and inviting and the back deck/yard area is absolutely delightful. Our family was together for USC graduation - the location is great (only took about 20 mins to get to USC, which in LA traffic terms is great!). Carina was a wonderful and communicative host and I highly recommend her and her home!

We had a wonderful, easy stay! The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the backyard is beautiful with lots of great seating. The neighborhood is convenient to Santa Monica, LAX, and the rest of west side. It’s a quiet area. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We hope to stay there again!

What a wonderful property! The house is updated and has great decor. The kitchen is great if you want to cook. The yard is fantastic- more space than you’d expect and so inviting. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. Simply lovely.

I chose this property for my family who were in from Michigan for my daughter's wedding because it was close to my own home in Mar Vista, but what a gem it is! The only reason I gave it a 4 for "accuracy of online listing" is because the beauty and accessibility of the grounds are not portrayed accurately - in fact, they are underplayed. It really is what it is called, a zen oasis. The outdoors and the indoors blend into an exquisite and quiet L.A. experience and perfect for a family who wants to just BE together. The hostess has great taste all around and very thoughtful!

Carina’s home was just perfect for our 5days in LA. Great location, with easy access to all the must see spots. House was so clean and the check in check out process seamless. At the end of a long day exploring LA, the back yard was an oasis. If we’re ever back in LA, we will hope to stay here again.

This is a beautiful, immaculately clean property. Carina is a wonderful host who happened to be there when we checked in (early at our request) and showed us all the amazing features of the property (fire pit, accordion doors, and hidden TV to name a few). We had a little hiccup on getting the key code on the morning of check in (because I didn't want to leave home without the code in hand), but that was because Carina was at the property making it perfect for our arrival and didn't hear her phone. Carina's beautiful home was absolutely perfect for celebrating the two graduations we had: one at UCLA and one at USC. We had five adults staying with two more coming by for dinner and nobody felt cramped. The home is spacious and luxurious. The backyard is lush and completely private with numerous places to lounge and hang out. Staying here made our momentous occasion even more special and memorable. I highly recommend this property. And if you're hesitating because of the price, don't. It's way cheaper than three nice hotel rooms and worth every penny. And if you're also celebrating a family milestone and are unfamiliar with driving around LA, I also highly recommend Mont Blac Executive Car Service.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. It's well situated in Mar Vista, near Santa Monica College. Quiet neighborhood. The back of the property with the meditation and outdoor spaces made it easy to relax at the end of the day, and sit outside for morning coffee. There's everything you need to enjoy your time in CA and the owner was amazingly responsive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return!

Carina's home is peaceful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing with multiple seating areas including a firepit which we enjoyed when the sun went down. The indoor space was also relaxing and comfortable with quality furnishings and amenities that show Carina's attention to detail as well as her love for her home. We hope to stay here again when we're in the area.

Glad we opted for this three-bedroom/two full bath home located in Mar Vista for our family of four. Having rented many homes around SoCal for retreats and family reunions, I was a bit leery, at first, because rental is new with VRBO and had no reviews yet. Owner was prompt to answer all questions and flexible with our request for early check-in. Each room offered a comfortable queen bed and linens still had lingering smell of fresh laundry. The kitchen had a toaster, electric kettle, regular coffee maker, plates, utensils, and cookware. It had excellent cooling and heating system. All amenities listed were as described and we couldn't be happier. A sure consideration the next time around. Thanks, Carina! 😊😀
