MAKE MEMORIES IN THIS RENOVATED BEACH BLOCK FIVE BEDROOM HOME WITH HEATED POOL AND A PEEK OF THE ATLANTIC!
Note: Despite the generous sleeping arrangement options, NO MORE THAN TEN OCCUPANTS are permitted as overnight guests in this home, regardless of age. In addition, for the health and welfare of all guests during the rental season, this is a NON-SMOKERS PROPERTY AND SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED DURING THE WEEK, including within the home, its premises and off-property and off-premises.
In this lovely, spacious home with three levels of living and three decks, everyone can enjoy his/her own space. This inviting and comfortable home is the perfect size to accommodate a group of ten or fewer vacationers for your next Avalon get away. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, the ocean or just sit back and relax on the spacious rear patio area or ascend the outdoor stairs to the second-floor balcony. The first floor offers a full bath and three bedrooms: One of those bedrooms has twin bunks and a double bed. The second bedroom has a twin and queen bed. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, can serve as a first-floor recreation room, complete with built-in cabinetry housing a TV, games, puzzles and books. It is the perfect space for the children to gather and engage in a game of Scrabble, cards or just chill with some good summer reading, The second or main floor offers a wide open, bright and airy Great Room with two expansive sliding glass doors inviting guests onto the large deck overlooking the pool. The main floor houses a large newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything you need to whip up meals if you opt not to eat out every night. Guests can choose seating at the dining room table, or the deck and patio tables. The main floor houses one bedroom with a king bed and private deck where you can escape and sink into the Adirondack chairs with a refreshing drink in hand and some good reads. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bathroom. Ascend the stairs to the third floor Master Suite where you will discover the fifth bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet with custom cabinetry to accommodate the most expansive beach wardrobe. From there step into the spacious private bathroom that boasts the best view of the ocean. A private deck off the Master Suite awaits those desiring some quiet time while enjoying a sneak peek of Townsends Inlet. The deck table and chairs offer some outdoor workspace where you can set up a laptop and tie up loose ends from work before settling in for a snooze on the Adirondacks. Valued features of this home include front and rear decks that enable you to follow the sun or shade and catch a view of the ocean, multiple zones of heating/cooling to maximize your comfort and an attached garage as the perfect spot to stow away all your beach gear after showering off in the outside shower. Perhaps most inviting is this homes proximity to the beach with no streets to cross to arrive on the sand. This location on Avalon Avenue is an appealing, quiet neighborhood zoned only for single-family homes. If you are looking for some activity more than swimming, walking, running or biking, you will find tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, as well as baseball, soccer fields and a playground within walking distance, just blocks away. Wireless internet is provided as well as a changeover cleaning upon departure and weekly maintenance of the newly renovated pool. This smoke-free, animal-free home is available for weekly rentals. These restrictions are intended, in part, for the health and welfare of all guests and will be strictly enforced. The large, heated pool will be ready for use throughout the season and will make your stay even more enjoyable – as the heated pool will be particularly appreicated in early June and September. Lovely renovations throughout the home, inside and out were completed during 2021-2022 off season. We currently plan for the 2025 season that one-half of the second floor poolside deck will have an overhang and is not currently reflected in the photos.

The updates are fabulous!
The house was recently updated and everything is beautiful and new. Having bedrooms on each level allowed everyone their privacy. Pool outback is large and very nice. You can get to the beach without crossing any streets. It was a great stay.
