The home was beautiful, big windows but just need to be cleaned!Everything was nearby for grocery to hiking trail! The kitchen miss a couple of thing but we can figure out other things for our need, lot of space and the rooms and bathrooms and kitchen was cleaned 👌 just some spot on the couch and accumulated dust on high spot but for the rest everything was perfect! Anyway I recommend it for long weekend hiking trip with friends or families!❤️

This house was lovely. Initially walking in it smelled very clean looked very clean! The loft area is absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. The fireplace was perfection. There were a few things that I would have like to know prior to booking, there is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, they do not provide more than one trash bag, there are no fans in the bedrooms, the doors and beds are very squeaky. There were quite a few dead flies on the windowsill, but overall, if I had known this before booking, I would have brought more supplies. The house is beautiful with a beautiful view and overall clean with plenty of towels!

We had a great time staying at this home, the views of Mt Washington were incredible from the second floor deck, and there was plenty of space for our toddlers to run free. The open layout was perfect for the 2 kids and our dog to play and do activities, and the whole downstairs was bonus space. The kitchen was well stocked, and there is plenty of parking outside. We loved that it was a 15 minute drive to Storyland for the kids, and about the same to North Conway. The location was perfect! A few things to be aware of for others- there is space outside but there is no grass, more like scrub, so its not

The property is very nice, the house is gorgeous and in a nice location. I don’t recommend staying in the summer because the house doesn’t have A/C which was very disappointing. To spend 1k for two nights and be sweating during your stay is unacceptable in my opinion. The house offers heat only. There is basically no cell phone service so trying to call for help was difficult since either the calls were dropped or service was in/out making it hard to have conversations. The couches all had stains on them, both the basement and living room. The living room and upstairs loft are the only rooms with ceiling fans. So if you stay in any of the other bedrooms, you will melt during the summer. The fire pit isn’t what is in the picture. There was no seats besides a rotted log that you couldn’t sit on. Luckily there were benches in the garage so we were able to use that as our seating. You also have to pay ahead of time for a burn permit and they do not supply wood. Telescope didn’t work which isn’t a big deal but it would have been cool to use at night. Lastly if you arrive at night time just be prepared to be in pitch dark. There were no lights on, so trying to navigate the property was hard.

What a beautiful home . It is extremely comfortable, clean and set up perfectly to be your home away from home. Excellent location also

Really enjoyed our stay in Jackson. House was beautiful, clean, and updated. The location and view was worth it alone. Hope to come back soon.

The mountain views were spectacular. The home is conveniently nearby to North Conway (15 minute drive) where we could take our dog for a walk and do some shopping. Ours was a golf weekend and there are many beautiful courses within a 45 minute drive.

Can’t recommend this property enough. Everything was sparkly clean, and the view is amazing.
We stayed with our 2 toddlers, and we were right up the street from storyland. Go to dinner at Red Fox and do yourself a favor and go to Autumn Nomad up the road for the most incredible breakfast sandwiches.
My only regret after staying here-not splurging and buying an induction range on our home reno we just did.. boil water in 30 seconds! Ha! Loved the kitchen.
We will be back! Book this house if you want a reasonable house in a great location with amazing views and amenities.

First off, I’ll say that the house and the views were amazing. We really loved the layout and the kitchen. Plenty of space for a large family even though there were only a few of us. Conveniently located with easy access to the highway and not too far from the main town.
The part that put a damper on the trip were unexpected maintenance personnel popping up with no notice. The first being someone that came to pick up trash from previous guests. He surprised us as we were leaving to go hiking and literally walking out the door. Let me preface by saying our small group consisted of two women a baby and a dog, so knowing that someone had access to the door code and could show up unannounced and let themselves in at any moment was an uncomfortable feeling.
Then as we were coming back from a different day trip, there was already a truck in the driveway. Apparently there was routine scheduled maintenance to spray the foundation with a pesticide to prevent bugs. Again no notice. And we were instructed to not let kids or dogs near the border for at least an hour until it dried. We wouldn’t have even known if we had arrived later in the day. We are thankful we showed up when we did, as who know if our dog could have gotten sick if we weren’t made aware.
Again, house was great, but unexpected guests popping in and out when you are women alone in the woods is a creepy feeling.

We loved staying here. The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s just incredible. The house was incredibly clean, neat and functional-left a lot of room to ‘move your stuff in’. Which is important when you have kids and dogs. Some places we have stayed are over cluttered which makes it difficult to bring in all of your things and find a place for them. Kitchen has everything you need, plenty of towels for showers and even shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Use of the garage would have been nice to be able to pull the car in.
During our stay we drove to North Conway to shop, went skiing at Bretton Woods and Cranmore, visited Living Shores aquarium and took a trip up Mt Washington on the Cog. All were a reasonable distance for the house making it a perfect ‘home base’ location.
Overall we would definitely rent this home again and we have already recommended it to many people. Thank you for a great stay!!

Arriving at house we were thrilled.
The space was huge for us and our puppy loved the outside woods to explore with me and my husband and kids. It snowed one night 14 inches and I contacted property owner and assured us we be ok. Plow came early next morning for us to get out and ski at wildcat mountain. Thank you.

Loved the place! Once we arrived, we received a couple messages asking if everything was okay with the cabin. Cannot say enough of the view, my family and I had a blast on New Year’s Eve.

As advertised there is a spectacular view of MT Washington, house is comfortably furnished, plenty of room for privacy and gathering, convenient location north of Jackson. No walks or trails on the property but a quick drive to several trailhead and the Jackson x country center. Great stay for our party of two couples and two adults.

We stayed at this house this past weekend. The house was lovely. When we arrived we were not able to access the key to the house and had to call the management co. Luckily they had a backup key on property and we were given access. The other issue we had was that the 1st floor was not clean when we arrived. It had debris on the floor and under the sofas which our dog promptly found. Overall, though our experience was wonderful and we had a nice time. The house was nice and had everything we needed.

The sewer smell house
The house smelled so bad, I called, texted and emailed Vacasa. Parker was no help, he sent someone over who said it was his 3rd time here investigating the smell and it was coming from the chimney, however we had a fire going. I called Parker again the next day asking for a plumber, I thought it was a septic issue, he sent an oil guy who said it was not the heat, and it was a septic issue, he recommended getting a plumber right away and would reports that back. Parker’s text back to me was “ Technician has inspected the furnace and the fireplace and does not know what the smell is. We have determined that there is nothing dangerous. I apologize we don't know what is causing the smell,”. I was shocked and said to call technician personally. It was an awful experience dealing with them and smelling sewage.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days for a ski getaway. Everything in the home is brand new and very clean. Lots of space to accommodate my family and I. We would definitely stay here again!

THE VIEW is amazing from this house, from inside and out.
Location is ideal to North Conway.
Kitchen is nice and functional.
Shower pressure is amazing. Shampoo/Conditioner good if you forget yours.
Clean (other than the bugs mentioned below)
Doesn't smell like animals even though it's dog friendly.
Didn't use the firepit outside, but it's very large and looks nice.
Plenty of firewood onsite.
Negatives
Bugs - lots of Asian Lady Beetles in the house, in the garage, on the deck...everywhere. They are harmful to dogs so we weren't happy that we had to constantly worry about our dog eating them. We couldn't find a broom to clean them up, but we did find a vacuum cleaner.
In addition to the beetles, there were dead flies and wasps mixed in. There were also a lot of small flies/gnats in the windows so we couldn't open them at all.
The deck rails and boards need some TLC. There is also a gap in between the two rails that my kids can fit through...we would not allow them on the deck by themselves.
No chairs on the deck.
We used the fireplace and smoke got into the downstairs room. I think this the blown air system in the house took it downstairs through the return, but I'm not sure. It was never smoky in the living room where the fireplace is.
Initial response to the bug complaint was quick, however, nobody has reached out to me since the morning after.
