Enjoy sweeping views of the mountain, forest, and bay from three different decks! This spacious, sprawling home is the perfect site for your getaway. There's room for everyone to have a seat, and there's plenty of space out on the deck. Inside, you'll definitely get into the vacation mindset once you see those high ceiling beams. There's enough space on the corner sofa in the upstairs living room for everyone to come around the gas fireplace. The lower floor lounge is ideal for unwinding before bed - head into the adjoining reading room for a private board game or a space to finally finish your novel. The lowest floor features a fully decked-out game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and a dartboard. A separate desk workspace (with a closing door) provides no excuses for completing remote work before relaxing. The full kitchen, complete with handsome dark cabinets and full-size appliances, can serve up tasty treats all night long.
Bedrooms are all spread out across the four floors of this home, so guests can take their pick and enjoy privacy. From the front door, head up the stairs and turn left to find the first bedroom. This lovely suite features a private entrance to the deck, extra seating, and an en suite bathroom complete with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a porcelain soaking tub. This is the only bedroom on this floor, so head down one flight of stairs to find more. The second bedroom is to the left, and features a ceiling fan, private deck entrance, and a Keurig for morning coffee. The full bathroom with a standalone shower next door can serve the guests of this room. At the end of the hall, the third bedroom features a private deck entrance, a gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a stone standalone shower and a Keurig for morning coffee.
Down the stairs, the fourth bedroom is just to the right and features a private deck entrance, extra seating, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower.
Down the final flight of stairs, younger guests will love that the bunk room (the final room of the home) is directly attached to the game room. An en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower ensures that the fun can continue all night without having to go upstairs.

We arrived at 4pm and the house was not ready. The cleaners didn't leave until 5pm. Even then, the cleanliness of the house was not acceptable. There are several maintenance issues. The pictures look better than the place actually is. Here's a list of issues that we reported just to name a few: 1) most blinds in the bedrooms did not work/were slanted, 2) outlet in bathroom not working because a prong was stuck in it, 3) balcony lights not working off the 3rd floor bedrooms, 4) lights out in the stairwell, 5) toaster not working properly, 6) one of the glass sliders in the living room was near impossible to slide open, 7) screens not on several windows, 8) screen on living room slider completely torn off. We had to tape it up with scotch tape to keep bugs from flying in, 9) broken arcade game in the gameroom. It's literally just the shell of the wood case with no arcade game anymore. They should just remove that, 10) metal outlet/plate cover on the floor of the gameroom. It had 2 screws in it that were projecting up with rough edges. My cousin's daughter scraped her knee on that the first night and ended up in the ER with stitches. Note that this house is FOUR FLOORS. The kid's bunk room & gameroom is 4 floors down from the entrance/main living space. This house is managed by Vacasa, literally the worst property management company ever. You have to call a 1-800 number call center. Zero customer service. They just "submit a ticket" to the "local team" who does nothing.

We loved this home because it offered plenty of space for multiple families to spread out, along with a huge great room for the group to come together. The deck over looking the trees and lake was such a win and so peaceful!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We decided we needed a peaceful stay somewhere before our newest little addition arrived and this place was perfect. We enjoyed views, a fully stocked kitchen and the master bathroom’s heated floor 😂
Safe to say that this place is perfect for anyone whose looking to unwind as a couple or even gather with a big family, this place is prepared to cater to your every need. Will definitely be planning to return!

Home was spacious for 7 adults and 2 infants. Home needs deep cleaning.

Our initial impression of this property was negative primarily due to the obvious lack of an inspection by the property management company prior to our check-in. Upon our arrival, we found the following: (1) missing door handle from the garage to the home entry door; (2) broken shades in master bedroom; (3) incorrect WiFi password; (4) significant layer of dust primarily in the kitchen; (5) inability to park nose-in in the garage due to support beam; (6) inability to control the HVAC blower resulting in a restless night; (7) full trash bin in the garage; (8) trash strewn around the property; (9) lower decks not cleaned off. The good news is that most of the above issues were timely addressed by the property manager. Although the return of the cleaning crew and the scheduling of an HVAC technician to correct the blowing HVAC system was somewhat of an inconvenience it did not significantly affect our plans. Overall, the property itself is perfect for a large group. It has beautiful partial views of Lake Tahoe from the top deck. It is conveniently located near shopping and dining. It was especially convenient for us in visiting with friends and family staying at the Hyatt Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and afforded us a great nights' sleep (once the blower issue was corrected). A positive experience overall. We would definitely rent again but insure that the property has been inspected prior to check-in.

Everything you could ever want in this home. Games, ping pong, foosball. Lots of room to spread out and super chefs kitchen.

Beautiful home and views however the property def needs to be updated especially when charging that rate. Trash bin was full upon arrival, no washcloths in any bathrooms, blinds were broken in many of the rooms, no 2nd parking space in garage.

Home was comfortable and roomy. We had a party of 8 people and everyone enjoyed their own space as well as the open area on the main level. Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe.

We loved Lake Tahoe and loved the beautiful scenery. Pictures did not do it justice. Beautiful views from all three floors and very clean.

We stayed here last weekend and had a great time! There was 5 adults and 4 kids and plenty of space and lots of rooms and bathrooms. The deck overlooking Lake Tahoe is stunning.
Only negative I would report is that when we arrived it was 87 degrees in the home. We followed the instructions in the blue binder on how to run the AC upstairs. After an hour of waiting for the AC to kick on, we were melting and no AC was coming on. In that time, we opened up all the windows and doors so we could cool down a little bit because it was hotter in the house then outside. We called the service person who was very polite and came within 15 minutes. Told us the reason the house was so hot was because we had all the doors and windows open which was not the response we had hoped when he showed up. We waited an hour before calling service and the AC never came on. He told us to close all the doors and windows and we should start feeling the AC. AC never worked that entire weekend despite our best efforts by five pretty intelligent humans to get it working LOL It remained in the 79-87 degree range the whole time we were there. Thankfully the nice lake breeze helped and we wound up opening the doors and windows when we got back from our day excursions to cool the house down. Not sure what happened with the AC but overall a nice place to stay!

Great home, great views
We stayed at this home for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The views from the decks were great and we really enjoyed the home. There was more room than we needed but it still felt homey and cozy for our group. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lake Tahoe

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and very spacious for at least 10 people. We loved it❤️
We really had a great stay. We would love to go back again! Close to different ski slopes and lake beaches. Beautiful view. All rooms are comfortable, private and nice. Extra rooms cen to work or play. The kitchen has really all you need on term of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
Just a few constructive notes:
- the sinks in the kitchen and bottom floor bathroom, clogged. We called the service and they were very responsive.
- It would be nice if there were napkins, more paper towel and regular towels in the kitchen. Also some aluminum foil would be a good idea.
- the Refill shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty
- The outdoor Trash bins were completely full
and we found trash bags from previous guests in the garage.
But over all I would give 4.7 out of 5!
