Located in the quiet, historic fishing village of Cortez, our home is only a 4 minute drive to amazing Anna Maria Island and a short drive to the conveniences of Bradenton.

A heated pool, large outdoor kitchen with TV, relaxing backyard with fresh water stream & treehouse sunbathing deck to enjoy on those quieter days at home.

The pool is heated to 76 degrees free of charge. Additional pool heat (up to 84 degrees) is available upon request for $20/day during your stay.
A 24-hour notice is required and heat may not be available if the air temperature drops below 60 degrees.

What a beautiful oasis. The landscaping with all the palm trees were amazing. Pool was warm and clean This may have been one of my favorite Airbnb The back yard was so private and fun for all ages!

This home was even better than the pictures! The pool was sparkling, definitely a fan favorite. We did get a lot of rain one of the days, but there were so many games and activities stocked in the home, we still had a blast. I also really appreciated Mike the Manatee (emotional support stuffie) that was there to keep my little one company after she left her stuffie at home. This place and the hosts are 10/10, 100% recommend staying here and hopefully my family will stay there again the next time we find ourselves in Bradenton.

This property is very family-friendly with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. My family had 10 members, including 4 kids. Therefore, we had a list of “‘must haves”. All expectations were met and exceeded. The outside accommodations are impressive and useful, for a large family with kids. The pool was great! The outside bathroom is convenient! The grilling area is top-notch! Last, but not least, the tree-house in the MANGO tree was such a surprise!! We made fresh mango salsa for shrimp tacos one day for lunch. Indoors also had all the necessary items to have a successful trip with numerous options for sleeping arrangements and most supplies one may need while on vacation. The beaches were beautiful and only a short drive from the house. Plenty of restaurants are within close proximity as well. We highly recommend this property! We had a great vacation!

Was such a great stay!! The house was so cute, perfect for 7 of us celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends. The house was extremely clean, we spent the days at the pool, the backyard is such a fun vibe!! The monkey bus or Uber transported us for dinners and fun on the island for the evenings! Can’t say enough good things about this rental property! Wish we had a couple more days of it! Highly recommend it!

The home's location is superb, offering convenient access to various sightseeing areas. It is clean and spacious, with a fantastic pool as a standout feature. The backyard's privacy is truly wonderful. Additionally, the check-in process was seamless, and connecting to the WiFi was hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this delightful home and its convenient location.

The most well stocked rental property we hav ever experienced. We have visited many and most were always missing something. While on vacation you can expect to have to run out to get items needed to fully function in a home. I felt like i was in my own house. I was able to prepare my family meals and grill outside comfortably And focus on enjoying our stay! Everyone said this was their favorite. We will come back not only to the area but to this same property but this time stay much longer. We loved it!!

200 Palms was a great place to stay with its proximity to the island beaches, excellent places to eat, and other attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and secluded feeling of the backyard. Sarasota airport is close by and an easy in/out. Brian was easy to reach and always responded quickly to any questions.

Very pretty property. BBQ area was awsome. Heated pool option was worth every penny since we went in December. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host were very responsive as well.

The home was better than expected! Plenty of extras for the kids and family to use at the home! Pool was great( but, you have to pay extra for water temp over 74 degrees). Overall a perfect location, close to everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 days while in town for the danger ranger 9000 at the freedom factory. We had a 40’ gooseneck with two rangers so we luckily parked at the track til the last night where it lived in the street with no problem. The house is beautiful, plenty of sitting and sleeping room, an awesome back yard with pool, treehouse and outside bar/grill area all surrounded by privacy fence. The amenities in the house were covered impeccably, nothing was left out. The location is minutes to the island for night life, it’s a quiet neighborhood, I think we saw maybe 3 neighbors during our stay. I will 100% book this place again.

Celebrate our mom‘s 70th birthday with my family. We absolutely love this unit. It was super clean, we enjoy the pool outside sitting area, kids loved the tree house, cooking together and spending quality time would definitely do this again. We made new memories. Thank you.

We absolutely loved this house! We had children 12-7, and they loved it! It was such an easy drive to everything. We spent our time at Coquina Beach and Cortez Beach. The house was well equipped with beach gear (we flew). The outside grilling area and pool were amazing!! We are hoping to come back in the future!!

Loved this property! Great location, pool, yard, and tree house was perfect for the kiddos. We came to AMI from the east coast of FL and it reminded us of the keys. Rented a boat, ate at Swordfish Grill, and toured downtown. Such a cool place to visit.

We absouletly loved this property, the backyard is a tropical oasis! We picked so many mangos, played with the lizards, grilled nightly and swam morning to night. The beach is so close and they provide chairs, towels, bikes etc! We would love to go back!!

No words can describe how much we loved our time at Bryan and Stacy's house. Everything was better than described. Generally, the house was super clean and well kept. The beds and sofas were really comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The backyard was the best part. The pool next to the mango tree house made our experience unique. The hosts are friendly and welcoming! We are definitely coming back!

My girlfriends and I total of 8 stayed for a birthday celebration and had a great experience, the property was very comfortable and was well equipped with all the necessary beach items, like beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to have a great time. As well as laundry detergent and dish soap, and a variety of seasonings in the kitchen, which saved us a trip to the supermarket and laundromat. great pool area and close to Ana Maria Island. Where we had a great time. We will definitely consider it for our future stay when in Bradenton, FL.

This house has been one of the nicest and well stocked that we've stayed in. We really appreciated having plenty of all the soaps and paper supplies to last our whole stay. The outdoor kitchen and dining were great - especially when we had to get the kids out of the pool long enough to eat! Ditto for the cabana bathroom. We highly recommend.

By far one of the best home we have ever rented. Brian and Stacey thought of everything and make the whole process so easy. The house is great and we had everything we needed. The backyard is definitely the star though! The pool was never not in use, paying the little bit extra to warm it up was key! Dinner in the outside kitchen, and a glass of wine in the treehouse made it feel like vacation mode the whole time. We even rode the bikes to a beachfront restaurant to eat and watch the sunset. It was perfect!

We use VRBO a lot when we travel and have stayed at some pretty great properties but none holds a candle to 200Palms. My husband has been working in Florida post Hurricane Ian and this was a chance for us to get away from the storm zone and have quality time with our four kids (ages 3-11). This house was absolutely perfect for that! All of the palm trees make the home feel secluded. The layout was excellent with our children. I was worried about the pool and my 3 year old going outside without us but there were alarms on all the doors. My mother in law came too and she loved the upstairs loft as her own personal oasis. The pool was phenomenal! My kids loved chasing the lizards and even found some cute little frogs! The location was easy and quick driving access to Anna Marie Island. Brian, the host, was very responsive to all communication and made every bit of this stay a breeze. The home is very well appointed, in excellent condition, very clean, and has comfortable beds and furniture. My only regret about this property is that our stay wasn't longer. I truly hope to return!

This home had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor oasis, so peaceful and private. Super close to the beach and awesome restaurants. We didnt cook because of the wide array of seafood restaurants within a 2 mile radius. I will totally recommend this special place!
