This was our second year to stay here for the Paradise Found 5k at Coler. It’s close for us to do the run as well as ride bikes on the trails. House is comfortable and meets all the needs. It’s clean and spacious. Look forward to being back next year!

Two of us stayed for 3 nights and we had an additional two join us on Friday night after the Jewel Portal experience at Crystal Bridges. That's why we named it The Jewel House, even before we got there. It proved to be a jewel of a place to stay, indeed. The location is convenient to everything. It's very private with few neighbors in sight. Kerry was wonderful to work with, quick to respond to questions and easygoing about us having additional guests on the last night. We did ask ahead since it's not a good idea to make assumptions, and were pleased that she didn't hesitate to say no problem. Granted, we were 4 ladies akin to "The Golden Girls" but still it was quite nice of her. My middle bedroom bed was comfy and sleep time was undisturbed by traffic sounds or unwanted light sources. The entire property, inside and out, looks even better in person than in pics and the carport and easy entrance into the kitchen area were perfect for loading and unloading. Speaking of the kitchen, if I had to say one negative thing it would be that the knives are dull so if you plan on cooking, I would suggest bringing your own knives. Otherwise, outstanding. We travelled to Bentonville to see our niece graduate and spend time with family. Very comfortable king bedroom and 2 other bedrooms we did not use. One has a crib. Comfortable sleeping for 6-8 adults with couch and futon .2 baths. Nice linens and plenty of clean towels.Comfortable couches and nice kitchen with oven, stove top and microwave and basic cooking utensils. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Family style dining room and peaceful outdoor space Firepit and chairs . Easy communication with owner. Ac was able to be set cooler for us northerners! Nice covered carport for parking and in case of inclement weather. Close to all Bentonville has to offer ( bike trails, restaurants and shopping, my sisters home) Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Within walking distance of downtown Bentonville 1.6 miles. Oven interior needed cleaning and wet bath rug otherwise clean and well kept home. Would stay again when in the area.

This is a larger open area property than I thought it would be. The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I have a suggestion for the owners…with the vast amount of empty cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, labeling the 2 or 3 with what’s in them would be super handy!

Everything about this place was perfect!! It was close to trails for our 5k! Close to Walmart for things I forgot. Big enough to host a little gathering with family comfortably. Nice big table for cards! Huge kitchen! Comfy beds, couches. We have zero complaints, everything was wonderful. Communicating with owners was easy and they were fantastic!! We hope to use this place again in the future for our annual Bentonville visits!

Everything was easy and the property was clean and beautiful. We worked one of their puzzles and played a board game!The beds were comfy with nice bedding. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this home. It was nice to have our own bedrooms for privacy but also be able to relax together in the common areas like we were at home. We enjoyed the back porch in the mornings and evenings and the last night we enjoyed a show of lightning bugs. It is close to many restaurants and attractions. We would recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Outstanding location for anyone interested in using the fantastic trail system in Bentonville. Property is a short ride to the Coler Mountain ride center or throw the bikes on the car and within a 3 mile drive you can be at the Slaughter Pen or Compton Gardens trailheads. Both of those locations provide access to dozens of trails. After you finish riding for the day, a short walk will get you to the Bentonville town center which contains an excellent selection of restaurants/bars. The spacious house gives you plenty of room to spread out and is quiet relaxing space to relax in the evening.

We were very happy with the place. Very nice inside for its age, cared for, clean, and stocked with everything we needed and more. On a busy street, but set back so far that it wasn't an issue. Big yard, plenty of parking, and easy to get to other parts of town. We really liked being that close to Coler, too. (TIP: If you're biking to Coler, head east on SW 2nd and hop onto the paved Applegate trail below.)

My sister and I had a wonderful time staying here. We felt very at home with the nice bedroom and cozy living room. The location was fantastic—only about a mile from Bentonville square, but on a great private street that was quiet and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed reading by the fire pit and watching the deer walk by. It was REALLY dark outside at night so I would recommend leaving the porch light on so you can see when you get home at night. :)

Our fam really enjoyed our vacation to Bentonville! It's a cute town and the home is quite close to downtown and Coler trail, which was beautiful and fun for all biking levels of our crew.
The home was clean with all the basic needs met! The beds were comfortable and pics were accurate. We enjoyed the large, peaceful, private lot. Owners were responsive to our questions. We would definitely return!
If you plan on biking- quick tip
Just note that 2nd street is not super kid friendly.... We pivoted and biked down 3rd Street (which has a great bike lane!) cutting through on NW O to get to 2nd. A much better option for our 5yo to get to and from downtown and Coler as well!

Bike Week
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed this wonderful property. The house had great spaces and easily accommodated our crew of 6. Overall, the home was well equipped. My only suggestion…this property is marketed as The Bentonville Bike Ranch…it would have been nice to have somewhere secure to store bikes, other than bringing them inside or locking them outside. It would also be nice to have access to a hose to rinse bikes off after riding. It appeared there was a storage building attached to the house, but it was off limits to guests. Otherwise, we loved the property. Thanks for the accommodations!

Great location and lots of space
We really enjoyed the great location and spaciousness of this home. You can ride thru the neighborhood to Coler trails, or the other direction you’re just a few minutes pedaling to downtown and all the restaurants, shops, and slaughter pen trails. We really enjoyed the country-feeling view, relaxing on the back patio. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

Last minute trip to Bentonville
Don’t let the pictures of the outside of this rental fool you. It may look a bit dated but it was perfect for our family. It’s a large, clean, well stocked ranch style home that accommodated my husband and I plus our teen/adult sons. They each had their own room and we had our privacy. There were great gathering spaces but we could also spread out & relax. I loved the outdoor space and enjoyed a fire while I was there. It was close to town where we rented bikes, ate great food & enjoyed the culture. This property was a great value. I would go back!!

Great Space, Great Location
We came to Bentonville for a long weekend of mountain biking. This property was chosen due to the proximity to the Cohler Trails (~.75 mile ride) and the size of the house.....and it did not disappoint. Terrific location, large sprawling ranch with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Highly recommended!
