The condo was beautiful & everything was there that we needed. The remodeled bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfy. Having access to extra beach towels, floaties, & beach chairs was an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay.

We just got back from out stay at Kathys condo at the Sonoran Sea and we had an absolute blast. Kathy was an amazing host and the condo had everything! It was so clean and came with all the amenities. We can not wait to go back and book with her again!

We had such a great time at Kathy's place. The rooms were clean and looked nice. The ocean is right there with beautiful views from the balcony. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We were also able to check in early which we really appreciated. If I'm the future when we come back to visit we will definitely try to book with Kathy first.

We have stayed at Sonoran Sun multiple times, several times a year. I have to say this was by far the BEST room we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were SO comfortable, the bedding, blankets, mattresses were beyond amazing. This condo had everything you could possibly need or think of. Games, tv dinner trays, floaties, beach chairs, etc etc. I was very pleased. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and made us feel welcome. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay. The only down side was due to the wind (we had a very windy stay with rain, etc) there was a lot of noise in the space above our room. It kept us all up at night with the knocking of whatever it was. The tile in the guest bedroom bathroom came up and there was a terrible crosswind coming from it. We ended up having to close the bathroom door and putting towels under the door to help with whatever was causing that. Other than that this was AMAZING! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this room. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing view. Loved the balcony. IBeautiful rooms. Perfect location. The amenities were great. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. We loved the beach chairs,towels and pool toys. Happy hour prices at pool and beach are really good.

The place was great! Clean and well stocked with anything we could need. The Owner was very good with communication and anything that we might had needed. She also suggested some pretty good places to go and places to eat. My family loved the trip and where we stayed. Will definitely stay here again.

We went on a family trip and fell in love with this place it is way better in person than the pictures I’ve stayed in different places but this has been my favorite by far!!! Communication is awesome, super clean, beautiful view and elevators WORK!! Unlike other places, we will definitely go back, thanks for everything Kathy !

WOW is all we can say! The vacation week in this condo was just awesome. The cleanliness & size of the unit was perfect for our family of 4, and that view from the balcony straight down the the beach and pool area was just the best! Awesome communication with the unit owner when needed, very quick and helpful responses always. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks once again!

We loved staying here for a week. The unit had everything we needed and was so comfortable for our group of four. Katherine is an excellent host, quick to respond and accommodating as we asked to check in a couple hours early. The resort is lovely and has great amenities. We visited the little store a few times. We’re already looking for a time to come back and this is the first unit I’ll look to rent!

We have stayed in Rocky Point many times and this condo was another great one to add to our list. The owner was very responsive right from the start and accommodating to make sure we had all the details necessary throughout our stay. The condo was well appointed and looked exactly like the photos. There was more than enough for our family of four. We would definitely stay again!

The property was incredible and did not disappoint. Check in and check out was easy and the location of the condo is close to the elevator and has a great view of the ocean and pool. Great for sunset photos.

Everything was great. The condo was great, it had everything. I was able to stay an extra night! The only mishap was checking out. The owner claimed 3 towels were lost and I know for a fact they were left in the condo. Now I will have to pay to get them replaced. Lesson learned, for future trips, I'll make sure to take pictures of everything used.

Great condo at the Sun. Pretty much perfect. Loved the little extras like pool towels, sand toys, etc. Balcony has dining set and sectional couch. Close to the elevator. Everything was great.

This is a wonderful property. The location of the room is perfect! The condo was well-maintained, clean, and well-supplied. I have to say we had a small maintenance problem and I can't say enough about how well it was handled. The owner was on top of the repair and t didn't affect our stay at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room with fantastic view to the Ocean, beds were incredible and table games available were a great +. We maintained a close communication with Kathy at all time. The property staff very friendly and the pools and access to the beach Amazing. We will come back!

We had a great time in Kat’s Condo. Very nice and comfortable and loved that there was a bunk bed and large bed in the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and pool bar at the resort.

We come to Rocky point once a year and we really love to stay at the Sonoran Sun. Room E-304 was clean and nicely furnished. Had some issues connecting to the net but with a little bit of help got it working.

We had a great time in Kat’s Condo. Very nice and comfortable and loved that there was a bunk bed and large bed in the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and pool bar at the resort.

Very quick and easy process for booking! Owner replied quick and answered all my questions and assured best guest service! Will definitely book for next trip!!! Loved and enjoyed our stayed the place was extremely clean and very easy access to the beach and beautiful view!!! Only tip I would suggest is the wrist band did have wear and tear since it was paper, plastic wrist bands would definitely be nice for a longer stay given we enjoyed the water a lot! Thank you!!!
