I wouldn’t rent this place ever again. It ruined my vacation. Vacation supposed to be fun and relaxing. All this place does for us were stress. They have cameras everywhere watching you on top of that they texts about everything lil things you can’t this you can’t that. It’s super damn strict on everything. Stay away!!

We were looking forward to a weekend away with a couple close friends and family on the water after not being together due to Covid. When we first walked in we noticed a huge puddle of water on the kitchen floor- I immediately messaged the home owner and she told us “yeah. the fridge leaks some time”, ummm, how about it leaks ALL THE TIME! We had to leave a huge towel at the base of the fridge to slop up the copious amounts of water that was spilling out the entire weekend. The house has a 70’s motif - think Brady Bunch without the clean, this isn’t depicted well in the online photos. We proceeded to look around and noticed that the place was DIRTY! Chips and candy on the carpet, wrappers in the corners, dead flies and bees on every window sill, dried up ramen noodles all over the dining room rug, dirty windows and the outdoor tables were filthy and sticky. The view is beautiful and being waterfront is lovely but if you do decide to stay here, lower your expectations for cleanliness. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay. The owner did refund us a small amount for us having to clean up the place (after Annie had to “review her cleaning person on the cameras”). Heed my warning- spend your money elsewhere.

Great Place in Tahuya
We had a small family get together at the house for the 4th of July. The host was great to communicate with , the house was as described, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We had 4 kids ages 6-11 who kept themselves busy on the beach and with the games. The kayaks, outdoor gas fire and 4th (3rd) of July fireworks and surprise parade in Tahuya really made it memorable. We would rent again in a second.

The neighborhood is very conveniently located! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Great great getaway house!
Annie's lake house was very cozy and comfortable, good location near the lake, it was very quiet, and had good privacy. We stay here for 3 days during the winter season, the lake view is amazing and all covered by the snow. Definitely recommended for a family getaway trip!
