SERENITY WITH A SIDE OF FUN ALL LESS THAN 35 MILES AWAY…
If you are looking for peace and quiet among the mountains, set in this private 20 acre
tranquil panoramic countryside yet need to venture out for some excitement…come stay at Andrea’s Farmhouse!
Here you will enjoy the outdoors, barbecue (on our charcoal grill with charcoal provided), play outside games (horseshoe and cornhole) or just relax on the pergola-covered patio with a hot or cold beverage enjoying the fresh air.
When the sun sets at Andrea’s Farmhouse, you can settle down with your family or friends near our fire pit and make s’mores or just get warm and cozy under the starry sky on a chilly night.
Andrea’s Farmhouse is a newly built, 850 sq. ft. gem saturated with large windows to soak in all the picturesque natural views that surround it. It has an open floor plan with plenty of room for kids and guests.
There is a large bedroom (complete with a king- sized bed, sheets, blankets and pillows as well as a walk-in closet), one full bathroom (stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries); a spacious, fully stocked eat-in kitchen (with brand-new appliances to help bring out your “inner chef” or just relax and enjoy a delicious take-out meal); a quaint coffee bar for those tea and coffee lovers (with complimentary tea and coffee); a living room with flat-screen tv; internet; a large pull-out sofa (with a queen size mattress for the kids or extra guests); as well as a washer/dryer to make your stay a little easier after an enjoyable (yet sometimes dirty) day in nature hiking, fishing, biking, or just exploring all the captivating areas of Tennessee and all they have to offer.
Do you like to cook, entertain or just “need the basics”? You will find supermarkets and
convenience stores less than 10 minutes away.
Don’t feel like cooking? Visit https://visitjeffersoncountytn.com to check out all the local places in and around Jefferson City to dine out. In this website you will also find a visitors’ guide, lakeside events, and fun things to do in the area!
Step out into Jefferson City and still enjoy the numerous, fun attractions in Pigeon Forge, Dandridge, Newport, Gatlinburg, Sevierville (i.e. Dollywood amusement park, horseback riding, charter fishing tours, Jeep tours, balloon rides, historical tours…and more!) all less than 35 miles away.
Have a boat? Bring it with you! We are located only 11 miles (20 mins. drive) from Cherokee Dam. Here you can fish, picnic, swim, and boat. We are 17 miles (26 mins. drive) from Douglas Lake where you can fish, water ski, jet ski or wakeboard. You can also swim in the reservoir’s open waters or coves. Their many islands offer great spots to picnic and swim as well. If you are an avid birdwatcher, you will want to visit Douglas Lake from July to early October as it is home to a migration of birds and other waterfowl.
We at Andrea’s Farmhouse look forward to welcoming you and helping you to create a memorable experience that not only brings you back to the beautiful Jefferson City area of Tennessee but will bring you back to us.

This was a fishing vacation, so a place to turn around and outside power to charge the boat was a must. This was the perfect set up for those needs. The barndominium was an absolutely beautiful place! I wasn’t sure what to expect because photos can be misleading, but what a great clean set up this was! Comfortable bed, large modern kitchen and plenty of space. We will book again next year when we head back to the lake.

We were looking for a getaway from the city and love eastern Tennessee. The Farmhouse was in amazing shape and our host Andrea was welcoming and just a wonderful person. We brought a couple of our motorcycles along for the trip and found the local roads to be a perfect, relaxing and visual escape. Thank you Andrea for being a perfect host and providing a beautiful place to stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Perfection. The farmhouse was extremely clean, beautifully decorated (the host painted most of the gorgeous pictures), fully stocked kitchen, peaceful setting and our host was warm and friendly. If you want a peaceful setting, this is the place. I highly recommend and will go back again.

What a gem we found !
Immediately upon walking in I felt so relaxed and told my husband ... "I could live here". So comfy, cozy and roomy all at the same time.
I have a terrible back and had been fighting an episode of discomfort for several weeks and ONE night on that AMAZING bed had me in relief ... I felt like I was floating on a cloud.
Everything you could have wanted/needed was available for you ... wine opener, Keurig machine, Keurig pods, hot tea, sugar, plates, spices, etc., etc., etc.
Had the opportunity to meet Andrea shortly after checking in and I felt like we could have talked for hours.
We WILL be staying there again next year for our annual trip to the mountains.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea's Farmhouse. It was a nice, new, clean place to stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. She provided a lot of nice, complimentary items and I loved the fluffy towels. We were not far from everything we wanted to do, but far enough away as well. Andrea was very responsive and a pleasure to stay with.

The house was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The view is beautiful and peaceful.
It’s located off a quiet country road but close to everything. Jefferson City and Morristown are just a few minutes away while Knoxville and Pigeon Forge are both an easy 30-40 minute drive.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Thank you!

The place was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Weather was quite hot— low to mid 90’s and the AC had no problem keeping the place cool.
Owner said hello from next door as we arrived and made clear that she’s as available if needed, however no issues came up. I expect we’ll stay here again in the future.

Andrea the owner was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The barn house was very beautiful and very clean. It was close to so many attractions and restaurants. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is very peaceful. The fireflies are so beautiful at nighttime. We will definitely stay again on our next vacation. The price was very good and affordable. We never had any problems during our stay. Thank you very much Andrea!!!!

I don't want to say anything good because then my new favorite place will be flooded with people and I won't be able to come back! I've spent the last 3 months traveling around and this place is the Best Ever! Peace, beauty, and location. And in the lovely rental, there are these really captivating paintings. No signatures. So I asked Andrea who was the artist (because I wanted to purchase some), and guess what? She is the artist! I will definitely be back. Again. And again. Thanks, Andrea, for the Best Ever stay.

Perfect
I was looking to get away from the busy city. This was perfect. Andrea was a great host. I have family in Knoxville so it was just far enough away I could spend time with them but not be under foot. I love the area and the place was clean and just the right size. I truly enjoyed it!

The host was great and provided 2 bottles of wine and snacks. This property is isolated but close to town with easy access to I-40. The property is very clean with updated finishes and appliances.

Great location!. Andrea was fantastic, very accommodating. The farmhouse was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Brand new? Super clean! Peaceful and serene property, lightning bugs were an added bonus. Couldn’t be a better trip. Already working on planning our next trip! 5stars for sure! Thanks Farmhouse!

Perfect place at the pefect time
We had recently bought a second home nearby that needed to be almost gutted so we knew we needed to rent someplace for longer than that weekend getaway. That was going to be difficult for me as I am what some call a clean freak...lol ... and in order to be comfortable for any length of time wherever we rented was going to need to be just that clean.
This farmhouse as the owner refers to it was perfect. It is almost new, very clean, perfectly located to get tho Knoxville, Sevierville, or just the small towns around it. The owner, Andrea does her best to be sure you have what you need. It was so nice to start cooking a meal, and realize she had things like oil or basic seasonings that I did not remember to get when shopping. We enjoyed the turkey and deer at our back door, truly a slice of heaven.

Wonderful getaway
This is a gorgeous property! We loved our stay and was not far from town. We were even able to enjoy our coffee each morning watching the sunrise with some deer at the edge of the property. Beautiful view. Ms. Andrea was a wonderful host. She checked in as well as offering multiple things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and Peaceful
I so enjoyed my stay at Andreas Farmhouse. I was close enough to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville to enjoy the sights and do some shopping. I loved the Farmhouse! It was bright and beautiful and so very peaceful nestled in the mountains. I believe that this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Kudos to the property owner. Andrea was a wonderful host and I plan on staying again soon.

Birthday Weekend Getaway!
We traveled from Indiana to stay in this beautiful place! It’s just a short drive to Pigeon Forge to be able to do stuff during the day. Your local amenities very close buy. Overall the property is beautiful. To wake up with the windows open and see the fog rolling over the hills was just what I needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the host provided a mattress cover for the pullout bed as well and it was also comfortable! We were able to cook breakfast and dinner with no issues because the kitchen had everything we needed to do so! I loved the fact that I’m only going home with a small bag of dirty laundry cause I was able to wash clothes provided by the washer and dryer! Andrea was an amazing host and made us feel so special! She surprised me with flowers on my birthday and greeted us with a big welcome when we arrived! As we were packing we were already discussing our next stay!

We didn’t want to leave
My husband & I had the pleasure of being the first ones to stay in Andrea’s newly built farmhouse. The place is gorgeous, from the design to the decor. It is super clean also. The bed & pillows were comfortable. There is a washer and dryer, an airfryer, & a charcoal grill. There is a large TV with cable and streaming apps. The place sat surrounded by mountains. It was peaceful to sit on the patio under the pergola listening to the sounds of nothing but the birds and the crickets. It is close to Cherokee Lake, Douglas Lake, & Pigeon Forge. Andrea was super friendly & a super host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & then some. She made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again!!
