House was clean. Easy Vacasa experience. Convenient. Nice kitchen and fireplace and tv worked with our apps perfectly. Bed and sofas are worn out and soft. Small bathroom. All in for a short trip it was a great value for the money .

Perfect home base to launch from for skiing in the area, extremely convenient to all the awesome stuff that Silverthorne / Dillon / Frisco have to offer. Would stay again 100%.

Upon arrival, the outside lights did not work. We spent 20 minutes trying to put in the special numerical code just to get a key to open the door only to find out it’s a keyless door and the code box was actually on the front door. Once inside the rental, we noticed that the TV did not work, they never fix the TV during the duration of our stay there, marks and holes from previous pictures on the walls. There was a small hole over the head of the bed in the master bedroom the lights in the master bath over the sink two of those were out the dishwasher did not work , the bed in the master bedroom needs new mattresses that bed both my husband, and I rolled and sink to the middle of the bed. The queen size bunkbeds in the guestroom are nice size, but they are extremely low that they really weren’t accommodating for our two children either because they were so low. Overall, the home is nice but needs a lot of work. Those sofas need to be replaced. The lampshades are broken on both lamps in the living room. All these things that are listed in my review I went back and read reviews from other people because I submitted all the same things to the property management when we checked in. These are all things that previous renters posted reviews on. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before before booking.

Great location in Silverthrone near Frisco + Dillon. Only a 15 minute drive to Copper Mountain (miss the traffic!). I stayed here for 4 weeks with a few other friends and would highly recommend. Home is spacious and comes well stocked with the essentials -- sheets, towels, kitchen necessities, etc.

Condo was very nice, clean. When we discovered that the oven did not work, I called Kyle and he sent a repair man quickly. Unfortunately the needed part was not in stock and Vacasa rebated some of the rent. Kyle from Vacasa management was excellent but calling Vacasa’s 844 number was a waste of time. I left my prescription eye drops in the condo when I left and Vacasa saved them for me. I returned to pick them up. Vacasa, especially Kyle, was great.

I did not meet the owners, the kitchen was well appointed. The couches could use serious updating. The double bunk bed was really narrow on the bottom bunk so that adults hit knees when rolling over -- better for children than adults. The shower head in master bathroom points right out the door, and it is very hard to direct it away from the door, so it can get the bathroom wet. The view from the living room is lovely. The TV did not work, but I was able to connect it to my computer to watch/stream movies.
The walk at the top of the hill is gorgeous, recommend renting snowshoes for a walk in the woods on the snow.

Summit Visit
We enjoyed the stay at the Stover condo...nice living space, nice sized kitchen and plenty of bedroom space. My wife appreciated that there were some spices etc in the cabinet. We try to stay in condos so that we can do some cooking. Only two complaints. 1. The cook set could use some updating...the skillet appeared to be past its prime. 2. The king bed in the master is so soft and has been used for so long it is not comfortable. I felt like I was in a hole when I climbed in bed. I would recommend replacing the mattress at some point. Other than that, it was a nice place for a few days of skiing. Thanks.
