The vacation property was very nice. The location and amenities like pool, beach and court access were great giving everyone in party something to do. The lagoon was cool too if you like nature. All of it was free fun and was in good walking distance. The house has a lot of beach gear in garage but sadly most of it worn so you may plan to bring chairs, tent and umbrellas for beach. All in all a great spot away from hustle and about 30 minutes to shops and tanger outlets.

This property was amazing, it provided space for the whole family to enjoy family gathering and aloud space for those family members who needed to be alone. It provided toys , wagons for the beach , also had beach chairs, grill if you needed to grill. Kitchen was stocked of plenty dishes and cook ware. Short walk to the ocean and beach. Very nice gated community. Very quite and tranquil surroundings. I will definately go back to the area.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location of the house in proximity to the beach and pool were great. While the listing didn’t mention anything about beach chairs, wagons or toys, the property had plenty!! We had a large group and everyone had more than enough room to hang out together or rest alone. The communication with the property managers was great and their response time was on point. My only constructive feedback was that the check in process leading up to the day could’ve been more concise. There were multiple days of needing to be available to submit drivers license, rental agreements, and additional agreements needed to stay. While none of the needed information was ever too much to ask, it could’ve just been requested at one time.

This was a beautiful home in an amazing, gated community with private access to the beach. We had four families with a total of 15 people (8 kids under 18) and we all had a great time.
The instructions they provided were very detailed and helpful. This house had amazing deck space and an easy walk to the pool, basketball court, and private beach access. A great feature was the two washers and two dryers! As you can imagine with 15 people and going to the beach and boating, we needed to do a lot of laundry. The two refrigerators were a game changer. Each family took turns making dinner four of the six nights and we had plenty of room for food for lunches. The gas grill had two tanks and there was plenty of beach gear for us to use...everything from boogie boards, to chairs, to wagons, and water toys.
We had a couple of minor issues while staying and had easy communication with Alabama Getaway and they immediately addressed them, without requiring us to be home and letting us continue to enjoy our vacation. We couldn’t have been any happier with the house, the location, and the support and communication from Alabama Getaway. We will definitely stay there again and will gladly stay in other homes with Alabama Getaway. We highly recommend their homes.

The house was great-perfect for our large family group. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was lovely and water beautiful. A couple of days it was clear and calm as the Caribbean. Saw dolphins and stingrays. It was quiet and grounds well maintained. Some construction going on in the neighborhood but it was not disruptive. Loved our time.

House was beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen was a really good size with 2 refrigerators and a separate ice maker for our coolers. Only negative about the kitchen was they did not have enough bigger pans to use for large family meals. Bedrooms were very spacious and all had big TVs. Only negative was the master bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every move. Garage fit 4 large autos inside. Outside the house, the grill was good for the cookout, the outside shower kept the sand out of the house. The large balcony was great for morning coffee with nice furniture to sit on. The community is beautiful and the pool was an added benefit to use when you are done with the beach. The house was a short walk to the boardwalk to the private beach and the pool. Great view of the bay from the balcony. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family or a family get to gather. Will definitely keep this place at the top of my favorite vacation homes.

Beautiful house as pictured! Lots of space & room for a big group. The security in the area were all very friendly & kind. The extra fridge/freezer and washer/dryer were a huge plus. We also loved the ice maker in the kitchen! One thing to note is the listing only says 4 bathrooms but there’s 5.5 bathrooms. It was a perfect stay for our family vacation; we would definitely book again!

Family Vacation
There were 16 of us and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and so much to do. The beaches were nice and the pool was an added special touch. The property management people were amazing, one little hick up and they were on top of it immediately. Lovely neighborhood with really friendly people. I recommend this house with no reservation. My only suggestion would be maybe two coffee pots and a few larger cooking skillets. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

This property was so nice and very spacious! Loved the area and neighborhood. The only issue we dealt with was the parking and local neighborhood security. The booking agency was amazing and would highly recommend this property and this booking agency. We all enjoyed it!!

Spacious, stylish, spotless!
We were all very comfortable. Loved the two washers and dryers in the laundry room! Pleanty of room for everyone to eat together. Loved all of the bathrooms - each one is unique and different. Great having two tubs for the little ones, and the outside shower was a plus - just wish it had had a privacy screen. Loved all of the beach chairs and the great supply of all sizes of bikes. Everything worked great except the garage door opener that was on the main keypad to get into the property. We did contact the management team and they were going to do something about it, but never did which meant we had to climb a flight of stairs to gain entrance to the house everytime we left or returned. I wish the pool had been closer as it looks like from the pictures. We had some views of the lagoon from the upper deck but could not see the beach. In retrospect, we had a great family time and gained some priceless memories. (I do want to add that the additional fees - cleaning, VRBO fees, service fees and taxes were a large amount...so be prepared for these extras as I have never used VRBO before and had quite a case of sticker shock!)

Reunion Trip
We had 5 couples that all started working together 25 years ago. We used to make a trip to Gulf Shores for Memorial Day and titled ourselves the Castaways. As careers and families blossomed , people moved away to other jobs and locations. Some of us would see each other every couple years, some we had not seen in 15 years. This was a reunion of the Original Castaways from 1996. It was great to have a place where each couple could have their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the place and the space it provided us. We could stay up late and not worry about being too loud with neighbors. The beach, the pool, and not far from amenities if we needed something yet far enough away from major crowds. We look forward to making this our regular place and doing this get together annually. The place worked great for us.

Amazing House & Location
We had fabulous time staying in this beautiful house and will definitely be back again!! We had plenty of room for everyone (18+) and room to spare. The location is great if you don't mind being out of the hustle & bustle. The house, beach and pool were beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the fully stocked kitchen....it wasn't really furnished with pots/pans for cooking for large groups. Also, the security people were not very nice about more than 4 cars in the driveway rule of the housing addition...we literally had just all gotten there and here they came harping about all the cars and then threatened to have them towed. I thought this was a little excessive since we were in all in the property driveway and not in the street and we had one garage door that was broken but they didn't seem to care just get the cars moved.

We loved this house. It’s location is far down the beach but very quiet and private.
I brought down a large group of college age girls and this house was perfect. The second floor master bedroom does hear everything on the second floor and the stairs are right by the door. The kitchen is not equipped to cook for large parties. They have lots of serving trays and bowls. But the pots and pans need an upgrade. There are no small pitchers. They do have large ones. An electric griddle would be nice and I am grateful I brought mine. The decor of this house is stunning. It is beautiful. We went on bike rides and it was so much fun. If traveling from airport get shuttles set up early or you might be in a pickle. Don’t plan on using Uber or Lift they aren’t around for long airport trips. This house is 1h 20min from airport. I would stay here again!

Awesome choice!
To say we loved this property is an understatement! It is beautiful! I don't think the pictures could do it justice. We only had 6 people total, there was so much extra room!
The check-in and communication with host was efficient and easy.
Loved the fact it was at the end of the road in a gated community, No traffic to contend with. Just a short walk to the beach, and endless miles of beach into the wildlife refuge. The pool looked inviting, but just a little to cold for us in January. Everyone we talked to in the subdivision was extremely nice and friendly! Sitting on the deck with the sun shinning listening to the gulf, just wonderful. Can't wait to return, but maybe in just a little warmer weather!

Great place to make some memories!
This home was awesome! It was perfect for our group of parents in town to watch our girls play some college softball at a local NCAA tournament. Each of us had a great sleeping space with private baths and a great gathering space downstairs to catch up each day. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you for a great home away from home.

Picture Perfect
This home was absolutely stunning. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure a carefree stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, each room has direct access to a bathroom allowing large groups their own privacy, access to the beach is a short walk from the front steps.
The decks offer beautiful views of the lagoon and some view of the ocean. We stayed for a week at New Yrs and were able to have a few warm beach days and the proximity of the home away from the busy end of the strip gave us many quiet walks. We had 12 in our group and never felt crowded nor felt like we were lacking privacy.
I can’t express enough how wonderful this home was, how perfectly organized, and how great the owners were to work with. If I had ANY questions, the response was always immediate. We definitely hope to return in the near future.

Perfection!
Loved our stay at this beautiful new beach house! Comfortable beds with extra mattresses and fully stocked kitchen made our stay perfect! Loved the private location with easy access to private beach. Extra amenities including pool and tennis courts were a wonderful bonus! Most bedrooms had wonderful en-suite bathrooms, perfect for large groups. We had a group of 16 but could of slept more. Loved it all so much, can’t wait to come back…fall is a beautiful time to come to the beach!
