Summary:
Beautiful vacation home in the heart of the Poconos with just under a minute walk to the lake and a short drive to most Ski resorts, Indoor water parks and major attractions.
The Space:
This unique home features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Central air-condition and spacious accommodations for up to 16 guests making it an excellence vacation destination for large families or groups.
The first floor comprises of plethora of games with a pool table/ ping pong table, Foosball table, Air hockey, Mini bar and a big screen Tv ideal to watch games and movies.
The first floor also has one bedroom with 2 queens beds, and a full bathroom and also leads to the back porch with a Hot Tub that fits 7 people.
As you make your way to the second floor you will find yourself in the open kitchen, dining with seating for 12 and living area that opens to the spacious deck with the view of the nature at its best and a glimpse of the lake.
The second floor also has 2 bedrooms with one spacious king bed and one queen bed along with a full bathroom.
The third floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed with 2 full beds.
6 of the 7 bedrooms have Tv's.

We stayed at the property for our annual family weekend with . The home fit all of us comfortably. Plenty of games for the kids and space to play and lots of fun in the hot tub. Every room was spick and span. Would definitely return to this beautiful home for a getaway for any season.

This house was well suited for a large group. It was very roomy and we really enjoyed all the gaming tables and recreation space. Having a large kitchen eat-in area was also very nice for our group to sit and eat and enjoy each other's company. I highly recommend.

This property was as advertised. We held our Family Christmas celebration here. The game room was a huge hit. They have everything. The rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Lots of bathrooms, so no waiting! The gathering area was exceptionally large with a dining table to fit all of us. We were surprised to find a lit Christmas tree that we could surround with all the gifts. The hot tub was a welcomed respite for the adults too. Overall, we would go back there in a heartbeat. Susan was very responsive to our questions and needs. Great experience!

We booked this rental for my mom’s 50th birthday. It was an absolute blast! We will absolutely be staying again! We want to do this yearly now! The house was absolutely perfect & gorgeous! And when I say clean, I mean clean! I’ve stayed in rentals before and my kids socks would be black! In this house I don’t even care if they were bare footed!!! Check in is 4, but she was so kind to let us check in at 12! Absolutely best time!

Lovely house. Perfect for family gatherings. Susan is attentive and easy. Pool and lake in the complex is walking distance and beautiful- but seems to have WAY too many rules and only allows six guests to be there at a time.

House was big and roomy, well equipped to accommodate family of 12 with room to spare. Kitchen was well equipped. Fantastic big dining tables (inside and on the deck) made for great gathering spots. Game room was fun, particularly on a rainy afternoon. Location was convenient (walking distance) to the community center pool and beach/lake. Also nice playground. Wolf Run Lake is small. The lake and area around there were not particularly scenic. But it worked well for the ages of our young kids. We drove up to Harmony Lake area a couple of times to eat and buy groceries. Much more selection up there. Do be aware: the community center provides only 8 wrist band activity passes per house. Although kids under 6 don't need passes, it's a problem if you have more than 8 people.

Great property for a large group. Plenty of room, close to lake/pool. Game room in basement was fun and had many options. Kitchen has limited space for food, no pantry but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The house was as described, plenty to do even though the weather did not cooperate. Everyone had fun. Any issue or question was handled promptly and communication with host was great. Beautiful location and would definitley recommend.

You have to throw all the trash bags by yourself otherwise it will cost you 10$ /bag

Amazing!! Amazing!! I can’t say enough good words about our stay at this house. The house is amazing, so clean, amazing play room for kids. Kitchen and living room is huge if you have a big family like we did. Kitchen has a great dishes, with the utensils EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Everything is spotless. The owner is sooo nice probs to her for accommodating and making sure our stay is good! Thank you, thank you!! We had a great time!

My siblings and our families rented the house to spend the Christmas weekend together. The house is tastefully decorated and has the feeling of being at home. All areas of the house are spacious and comfortable. Light switches are well labeled and the heating system is outstanding. All appliances are provided and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, gadgets, dinnerware and drink-ware of all sizes. The game room is impressive with a new air-hockey table, fuse ball table and other fun games. It was easy to change out the ping-pong table for use of the pool table. Susan responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. We left the home with beautiful memories and hope to rent this property again in the future.

House we rented was amazing, it was a lot bigger then we thought, we had 16 ppl and still had more then enough room, property also had plenty of activities for the kids and was really clean upon arrival. Owners were amazing to work with and were super quick to respond to whatever we needed, definitely looking forward to renting again!

Great property with everything needed to have a relaxing weekend. Clean and all the entertainment needed to have a great day. I will definitely recommend this property especially for winter vacations since the entertainment area was great. Susan as well was great, quick and easy to work / communicate with.

We had a group of 18 family members stay for a long weekend. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. A basement with plenty of games to keep the kids occupied, one bedroom and bathroom in the basement, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and four bedrooms with two bathrooms on the second floor. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. in the kitchen with a large dining room table to gather around. Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, and bringing our own linen and towels was a little inconvenient, but we all drove, so no big deal. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We really liked the house and felt comfortable in it. There were a few shortages but we made do. Our hostess reviewed any problems we encountered at the end of our stay. She was appreciative of our suggestions. We had family join us from New York city area. We are from Columbus Ohio. There were 11 adults and a toddler. The house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable.

We would rent this home again. Just cautions there’s a lot of stairs in case you have elderly family that can’t do stairs. Home is beautiful and very comfortable

This is a beautiful home that is even more spacious than the photos suggest. It was plenty of space for our group of 20. It is a short walk to the pool and lake. Susan was responsive to any questions and issues we had. There are strict community rules so make sure to follow the guidance provided.
