Loved the neighborhood. Beds super comfortable. Suggest a couch or reclining chairs in living room not the swivel rockers which are not the most comfortable. Overall happy with property and location

The property was very clean and it was in a really safe, quiet neighborhood. There was even a bit of a mountain view out the living room window. It was very close to downtown Waynesville, which is a very cute mountain town. And it's not far from Bryson City and surrounding attractions.
I passed on a couple of suggestions that would make the place even better. They only had three comfy chairs in the living room and should have at least four. The propane tank for the gas outdoor fire pit was empty. And the barn doors to the bathrooms did not have latches so they kept coming open while we were in there. But I passed it along and I'm sure they'll take care of it. It was a great place to stay. I'm a bit of a clean freak and it definitely passed the muster. Management communicated very quickly. Good place to stay.

This house worked great for our few days away.

For us location was the top priority. This is a small, older house in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We had everything we needed for out stay. Clean comfortable beds and lots of bath towels. Beautiful views of the well taken care of yard and mountains beyond the golf course.

Jennifer replied very quickly to any questions. The home was very clean and treats greeted us for our arrival. Jennifer even provided terry robes for us. A nice yard for the dogs. A park is a short ride away. A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Only suggestion is a handrail for steps into kitchen.

The location was perfect for our day trips to Cherokee, Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska. Golf, restaurants and site seeing options are plentiful. The king bed, towels and linens were comfortable. The small bathroom vanities and vessel sinks took some getting used to; missing was bar soap and tissues. Great back yard; would be even better with a couple of lounge chairs under the shade tree for cocktail time. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Both the charming well-kept house and the quaint little neighborhood were a pleasant surprise. The house was ultra clean and comfortable, everything worked perfectly. The location is super convenient. Traveled with my wife and little dog, we all loved it. Loved the town of Waynesville too.

My sister and I stayed here while visiting our Waynesville cousin. It was very clean and convenient for our needs, and nicely furnished with comfortable beds, and well appointed with towels, kitchen items, water and snacks. Dishwasher was out of service at the time but we were having our meals off site so it wasn’t a problem. Our only issue was a sliding door at the bathroom that refused to stay closed. It just needs a hook or something. Overall a lovely weekend.

Nice and quiet is just what we needed after a long day of visiting friends and family. Only one drawback was the bathroom door did not stay shut easily and would swing open but, I am sure that is an easy fix for property owner.

The house is on a nice property that is close to a golf course. The house was clean. The livingroom has three individual arm chairs. The water to the kitchen was hot and the water to the shower was warm. It’s on a corner in a quiet neighborhood.

My mom and I came into town due to me having a professional continuing education conference at Lake Junalaska. This house was the perfect distant from The conference as well to other local things in the area. It is nestled behind the golf course an older neighborhood that is quiet. I literally felt like that I picked my house up and placed back down in this neighborhood. It was clean well kept and quiet which is what we look for in a VRBO. My mom was able to work while o was in class and the. We didn’t have to go far for good food and wine tastings! Definitely will be back. Hosts was as close as the phone and left us a complimentary bottle of wine because Kandis bakery was closed on Monday the day we arrived.

This was a perfect rental. A cute redone house with flare! It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We all had a big backyard and the neighborhood was a nice walk and there was a stream near by. The entire home was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Beds and bathrooms clean and comfortable. The location is very close to Waynesville country club and there is an Ingles grocery store very close by. Jennifer was very (immediately)responsive and helpful. Bonus was that there were amazing gourmet pastries left for our arrival from a local backery. Thank you!

The house was good enough for our needs - close to Canton (which we were visiting family) and Asheville. The basics were all there - big yard for dog, comfortable beds, working heat, hot water, Mr. Coffee coffee maker. There were 2 bathrooms, each with sliding farm doors, neither of which stayed closed on their own - which caused problems. Also, the refrigerator was in a very awkward spot that was behind the entry door so you could only use 1 at a time - didn't think that would be a problem but it often was. Overall the place was good enough for a short visit.

We loved our stay in this cute home for Thanksgiving. We were able to host our adult kids and some extended family and bring our dogs. The property manager was kind enough to leave us some cinnamon rolls from a local bakery and Thanksgiving themed paper plates and napkins for our holiday staff. We'd definitely visit her again... Super central to all of Waynesville. Thank you for hosting us!

Property was very clean inside and out. Would like to apologize for not texting when I left but it was at 3:00 AM and I forgot to do it later. Everything Jen said it would be.

Relaxing retreat!
Beautiful, well-decorated, immaculate home. Nice firm king-size bed. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Very close to downtown Waynesville and right behind the Waynesville Country Club, where a new 18-hole golf course is being redesigned. Patio under the carport was relaxing and quiet. Mountain view from the front lawn. Jennifer was easy to reach and had great check-in instructions. Couldn't havae asked for a better experience!

The Perfect Landing Spot for a Busy weekend
This immaculate and very sweet home was ideal for my daughter and me to spend the weekend of the Waynesville Dog Show. We were back and forth from the arena. This very nice property allowed us to relax, cook, take nice walks, and prep for the next event. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing dogs.

Cute little house
What a cute little house! Everything was clean and as described. The decor was really charming. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to have a nice place to stay since there aren’t a lot of hotels in the area.

Cute and disappointing
Bathrooms are uncomfortable and need upgrading. Kitchen barely had any basic equipment. Had to request a microwave on day 2 and owner balked but finally agreed.
This place was decorated but the important features like beds, baths and kitchen were very overlooked.

Great Waynesville Getaway
Southern charm and well maintained home in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. Welcoming front patio and private backyard for relaxing at home- also right across from the golf course for beautiful walks with the dog! A quick drive to Main St with dining and shops.
