We spent 7 days as a family of 28 and the space and setup was perfect. The house was well equipped especially kitchen. I will rent it again.

This place was magnificent for our very large family. We rented this place and the one next door to it. The pools in both places were very clean with lots of seating for everyone. We used and enjoyed the outdoor grills and the two refrigerators in each house. They also had a small one outside by the grill. The AC worked perfectly and kept everyone comfortable. Check in was simple and we were grateful for a little early check in time. We would love to come back next year for our yearly reunion.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 18. The table is HUGE and the backyard is great, overlooking the golf course. The pool and patio are large with plenty of seats and loungers. The house can use some maintenance, which I reported to the property manager. Nothing that would keep us from returning.

Me and my family absolutely loved this property and will rent again and will tell others about it. It met all of our needs and then some. I have nothing bad to say about this property. One of the kitchen sinks had a slow drain reach out to management team and the issue was resolved in a timely matter.

Reading the post from the weeks before our stay, I was very nervous about coming to this house and everything working and being clean. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was in perfect condition. This house met all of our needs. We booked it for my daughter's cheer competition. 9 cheerleaders and their moms fit perfectly in this home. It was spotless, the pool was perfect, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, dishes, glasses and space to socialize or to have privacy in your room. We loved the bougie ice maker that created golf ball sized ice cubes for our evening cocktails. The teenage girls fought over the ice as it could only make so many at a time. Fun perk for this house. The only negative was that the house had an echo due to no carpet (except in the movie room). When something dropped an item on the 2nd floor you heard it on the 1st floor loud and clear. We all decided a cleaner/fresher home without carpet was preferred and we just dealt with the echo. Perhaps some hallway runners would help absorb some of the sound. The house was minimally decorated which isn't a big deal but more décor would have absorb some of that sound. Finding the outdoor tree light switch wasn't obvious but not a big to follow the cords to the switch. There was no "welcome handbook" but maybe those are a thing of the past. Our #1 priority was a clean house and comfortable house for our 18 people and it was perfect for us. Will stay again.

This is a great home for a large group. Not only is there a bathroom for each bedroom, but the kitchen is equipped to cook for a large group. Clean. Nicely furnished. Excellent patio/pool space. Great space for a large group, family gathering or event. High recommend.

Neighborhood was quiet, new and easy to get to. House was very nice and updated. Beautiful pool! The only negative was that there were no ceiling fans in the house to help and the fridge and the dishwasher had a fishy smell as if they were off for awhile and not used and then turned back on.

Pool was dirty. Paid for pool heat and it was not turned on (gas was shut off even if it was). Calls routed to the local Vacasa team went in returned. Wi-Fi and cable were not working (suspect bill had not been paid). Called to complain after and it was referred to local team—who unsurprisingly never returned the call!!

The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”.
Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay.
So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

They need more pots and pans and the pool wasn't heated as we had requested on booking months ahead and followed up before the 72hr prior. Otherise it was a lovely property with plenty of space.

This house was great overall! Our only feedback is that there wasn’t enough cooking pots and pans for the number of guests and size of the kitchen. We had to go out and buy our own. Outside of plates, bowls, cups and silverware there wasn’t a ton of cooking supplies and utensils, in general.
Pool was also really warm and not overly clean.

The home was spacious and well furnished. It met all our needs and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
The reason for the four-star rating is because there are minor repairs that need to completed in the home. A picture from a bedroom wall was stuffed in the closet. The interior ice machine door on one of the refrigerators needs to be fixed. A door handle was loose and was not attached to an exterior entry door. Wiring in the movie room was exposed. These things are minor, but should be addressed.
It was a privilege to stay at this home!

Great place to host a family reunion. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Lots of room to socialize and play. A nice relaxing private pool. The kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large good, it has 2 of all major appliances. Would definitely rebook this location.

We had 16 guys on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect. Great big dinning table that fit us all, clean, plenty of rooms beds and a wonderful heated pool and hot-tub. Would stay here again.

Loved this home and it was the perfect amount of space for 18 of us. Only thing is the tvs were hard to work and the commute to getting to places was about 35/40min from everything. This was a very clean home overall. Amazing

The house was very spacious and fit my large family well. The outdoor space was really nice for the size group that we had as well. However we had A LOT of issues with this house. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated. They were both freezing the day we arrived. I contacted the management company who assured me they were reaching out to the local management to deal with the issue. The house was pretty dirty and lots of things were broken. The refrigerator door had chocolate on it. There were red spots that looked like blood on the floor upstairs. After being at the house an hour, the bottoms of our feet were black. The ice maker door was broken. There was no knob inside one of the bathrooms so you couldn’t get out of the bathroom. Multiple beds only had a fitted sheet and top sheet (no comforter or blanket). There were not enough towels for the amount of people we had staying. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were tons of margarita glasses but no normal drinking glasses. There were 2 dishwashers in the house. One never drained so it was unusable. The other was hit or miss on whether it got the dishes cleaned or not. I contacted the management company multiple times and was told the local management company had been contacted and would call me soon. No one ever called. We stayed for a week. The least that should have been done was a phone call. I will never rent again through Vacasa management company.

We checked in to this property on Thursday, and checked out on Sunday. During our stay we had NO connection to the internet for the entire time; hence we could not watch TV AT ALL! We contacted the property managers on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday TO NO AVAIL! On Thursday, we were told that someone would be coming out first thing Friday morning, NO ONE EVER SHOWED. On Friday, someone attempted to walk us through the internet set-up, STILL NOT WORKING. Finally, on Saturday, we were told that someone HAD come out and that the internet was confirmed to be working, THIS WAS A LIE! Additionally, there was lighting through the inside and outside of the home that was NON-OPERATIONAL. Finally, I think that along with NOT BEING able to watch ANY TV during our stay, (there were 10 couples), our biggest complaint was the extremely poor customer service that we received. None of our issues or concerns were rectified, and no one seemed to care. This is an annual couples trip that we take; consequently, I guess we will need to scroll past Vacasa when looking for rental homes in the future.

I booked the home to be a base for a team meeting. The home size was perfect and everyone had their own bathroom(key for a successful meeting). There was a minor issue and Vacasa took care of it promptly. We would book again.

My overall experience with renting this property was positive. The property is beautiful and is in a fantastic community that has everything you need within a small radius. Prior to renting I read the good and bad reviews and made a list of my concerns prior to my arrival. Some of the concerns were addressed and others ignored.
Here are the Pros: When I left messages on the VRBO app, no one responded to the messages at all. I called the VACSA customer service line and spoke with someone who was able to immediately answer my questions. There is room for improvement with the communication link between VRBO and the Host regarding guest questions.
Now the Cons: I had specific concerns about the pool and outdoor grill prior to arrival. I asked that the grill be cleaned and it wasn’t at all. In fact it was absolutely disgusting with food particles and insects that had been left on it before we arrived. The pool was somewhat dirty but someone came to clean it the next day and did a really good job. On the side of the house were two trash receptacles and a recycle can that were all overflowing with garbage, flies, and maggots. Apparently the prior renters did not take out the trash nor did the cleaning crew. I had to leave the trash in the garage until the next trash collection, the day that I left. There were remote controls missing or not working for three tvs in three rooms. The sound bar and general sound does not work in the theater room. The bathroom downstairs outside of the kitchen is missing a handle on the toilet. The blinds on the door to the pool were broken and the pulley system for the vertical blinds on the sliding doors to the backyard is also broken. The bed linens were stained and soiled in many of the rooms. There were no extra garbage bags nor dish soap left at the property. There was no tag to open the garage doors from the outside. The towel holders in two rooms were broken. The tissue holder in one room was broken. One of my main issues was that on the day of checkout, we were given a “hard” 10:00am checkout which is an hour or two less than what is generally given. The cleaning crew arrived at 10:00am and would not begin until ALL guests LEFT the property completely. My family was outside of the house waiting for car service and the crew would not begin their work until they left. All in all it may not seem like it, but the positives outweigh the negatives. The cleanliness and overall appearance are major disappointments.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Someone in our group checked the house value on Zillow and it said is was a $1.9 million home. However, it had a washer dryer upstairs and down, but upstairs did not work. The back door entry doorknob came off the first time we opened it. It has been wrapped inside with painter's tape from a sub par attempt to fix it. The giant kitchen (2 stoves, 2 fridges, a microwave and convection oven) had no working can opener, very few and cheap cooking utensils, and only 2 pots/pans. We had to trek to store to buy items just to prepare food we brought with us. There were about 6 total clothes hangers in the 14 tiny closets in all 14 bedrooms....combined. No dressers in bedrooms seemed odd, but there were storage drawers in the tiny closets. The hanging blinds were missing multiple slats and did not function to block the setting sun from heating up the house in the afternoons. Zero lot lines make parking almost impossible for a big family. 14 bedrooms but once the 6 spots in the garage/driveway were filled, street parking was sparse, and will get lots worse after the 4 or 5 lots close to the property have finished houses on them. For the price, it needs some TLC and attention to detail to go from good to great!

We were a group of 25 so it was perfect. They are many bed options and rooms. All rooms had bathrooms which were nice. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but the common areas were not the cleanest and walls need to be cleaned/painted and furniture needs to be updated. The management company was very responsive and attentive.

Home Away From Hime Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had a large group of about 30 people including adults and children. Very spacious house that was able to accommodate our entire group. Everyone was comfortable with their own private bathroom, which was very important to us. Kitchen was large and we were able to prepare our meals with ease for the entire group.
Check-in was very easy and seamless. There were a few small issues with appliances not functioning but we did not let this ruin our stay. The pool was not heating up for the first two days, after calling the customer service line we received a prompt response from the home owner who had someone out the next morning, and this was resolved. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this home.

Renter’s beware!
I stayed at this property with 10 other friends for a work conference. We arrived and the house was clean, but one of the microwaves never stopped running, even with the door shut. I called and they responded rather quickly, but said it was fine & would turn off on its own… it never did.
None of the TVs worked… there was cable boxes for each, but nothing worked. I also called and asked if there was cable and was told they didn’t know….. they weren’t able to fix it either.
There were no dish towels or anything in the kitchen for clean up. There were also no kitchen utensils for cooking. Plenty of forks, knives, spoons, and dishes though.
The grill hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. There were maggots on the trash can next to it… gross.
The area of the ceilings where the AC vents were was growing black mold. It also dripped on the floor often.
The upstairs area was bare and the poker table only had 1 chair.
The trash cans were disgusting. They were filthy and the area where they were placed into he side of the house was disgusting & not maintained.
Very disappointed in our stay. The pictures make it look so nice. Renter’s beware!!

The house was great except for the pool, the projector in theater, and linen. I love the fact that the parking space wise enough for up to 3 to 5 vehicles. The pool needed cleaning, and they had someone to come out the next day which was great. The linen needed to be replaced, and the projector and the movie theater needed to be adjusted, and the knob on the stove was detached. I gave the rating a four because they were great communicators. I would have hated to have paid as much as I paid and they did not communicate. When we got to the property we immediately recorded and took photos of all of the damages and things that needed to be taken care of and I forward it to them, and they sent someone out the next day. I was upset but I was also excited and happy that they communicate and sent someone out the next morning. We should not have had to do all of that because it should’ve already been taken care of but I was not too upset when they took the time to accommodated me for all of the frustration that my guests and I had. Plan ahead and ask them if these things are taken care of so your first day will not be a bust. They are great communicating and I will do business with them again.

House was ok but generally dirty floors and pool was worse than a farm pond. We requested service but no response. Very disappointing. Will not rent this home again and suggest no one else does either.

Would Recommend
Clean house, very spacious to accommodate large groups. Family loved it. We had minor issues with wifi that was fixed. We also had an issue with the projector in the movie room, which someone was sent out for that couldn’t fix it, so someone else was supposed to come out the following day and communication stopped. However overall it was great, our family/friends loved it. We would definitely come back.

First, the house is suppose to be supplied with starter supply of shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Only a few bathrooms had toilet paper or shampoo. The rest had nothing, we did not have any paper towels or dishwasher detergent.
Second, the pool was not up to the standards you’d expect for this house. It was full of leaves and dirt at bottom of the pool and we could not locate any net to clean it with.
Third, communication with the management group the few times we have had to communicate is painful. We requested to heat the pool and were told we couldn’t use card we paid for the house with....when we call we are told card on file is not same as name on reservation which is accurate. However they took this card when we paid but would not accept it for pool heating charge and furthermore were told we needed to provide a different card for the entire reservation or they would cancel it! We had to wait for a supervisor to call us back to do what we requested initially which is to put the reservation in the name of the cardholder. It should not have been that complicated on us to fix what they say should not have been allowed. There was not even a conversation about the card we used when we paid so I’m still not sure if that is there policy or the management group is just confused.
Last, we then had to reach out for a ring that was left in a bathroom. They can’t simply ask cleaning team to see if it was located. They require a credit card number for the charges to ship the item back before they will even check to see if it’s been located, again back to they have a card on file!!! The house was great and as pictured in the photos. However, we did not have a trash can the entire stay, so I was unable to take the trash out. I worked with the property management company to get a trash can, and it was not delivered until the last day. Additionally, we got 3 noise complaints. Security was even sent out. However, the time security was sent out. They thought we were sleep because we were not loud. I was very upset that we even got a noise complaint during the day while sitting by the pool. I even called the management company, so they could hear us. She agreed that it was not loud. I hate making things about race, but it felt very suspicious that a house of black adult professional men kept getting noise complaints when there was no noise. It almost felt like harassments. I asked the management company to send our security if there was another noise compliant as well ask for proof. I felt like the neighbors just kept calling for no reason.

Nice House but Felt Harassed
The house was great and as pictured in the photos. However, we did not have a trash can the entire stay, so I was unable to take the trash out. I worked with the property management company to get a trash can, and it was not delivered until the last day.
Additionally, we got 3 noise complaints. Security was even sent out. However, the time security was sent out. They thought we were sleep because we were not loud. I was very upset that we even got a noise complaint during the day while sitting by the pool. I even called the management company, so they could hear us. She agreed that it was not loud. I hate making things about race, but it felt very suspicious that a house of black adult professional men kept getting noise complaints when there was no noise. It almost felt like harassments. I asked the management company to send our security if there was another noise compliant as well ask for proof. I felt like the neighbors just kept calling for no reason.
