About this house rental
Luxury Beach House: Our home is a 4-floor 4,500 sqft house directly across from the beach with direct access to the Gulf and Estero Bay, nestled between Lover's Key State Park and Barefoot Beach, less than 30 minutes drive to downtown Naples or Fort Myers, with gorgeous views of Estero Bay. Located in a quiet gated community with only 12 homes.
The home has 2 master bedrooms (2 king beds), 2 guest rooms, an office, heated salt water pool and hot tub, 5 private patios and BBQ, elevator, 2 car garage, and gigabit high-speed internet/wifi. Note the game room is currently under renovation due to Hurricane Ian, but is expected to be ready for the 2025 season.
Watch the beautiful sunset over the Gulf, go fishing or paddling around Lover's Key or Estero Bay, and watch for turtles, dolphins and manatees.
Minimum 30-day stay and HOA application is required. Minimum 60-day stay between Jan-Apr. Seasonal rates apply: May-Oct (low-season), Nov-Apr (high-season). Rental fee includes all fees, a personal rental manager, and bi-weekly cleaning. Security deposit ($5,000) and sales tax (11.5%) are additional. A boat dock is available for use and rent separately. Sorry, no pets.
