Location, location, location!!! Southwest facing, lakeview condo right on the beach. The view is stunning. Located within walking distance of the lake, beaches, and downtown, this lovely, open plan, 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo with a spacious deck is perfect for those who want to enjoy all that Kelowna has to offer without having to drive anywhere. Amenities include: outdoor/indoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, secured parking, BBQ, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, wireless internet, and more. I personally guarantee that I will do whatever I can to help make your stay a memorable one.

This location is unbeatable! On the water and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating. We had no issues at all. Looking forward to going back.

There were some issues accessing the hosts pdf’s upon check in. The buzzer was also not functioning. Host wasn’t aware of this issue but a building manager was able to let us in. The apartment was alright, although not sure if the cleaners had done a good job on the floors because after walking around for a few minutes all our feet were incredible dirty. Full disclosure we had asked if we could check. In early but it was only by an hour and as a host myself I would never leave things undone just to get someone in early. The location listed online was slightly misleading as yes it is in the marina but to access the beach you must walk about 8 minutes around the buildings. Again not a huge deal but it does say beachfront and we were not able to exit the building and walk directly into the beach. Good to know for someone who may be limited mobility. The pool was nice! A very nice amenity to have for sure! The patio is a great place to have a coffee although the patio umbrella is broken so we were unable to use it to shield the heat. We did find the cleaning fee to be high considering they wanted us to start laundry. I could see if the cleaning fee was $60, sure but at $150, seems a little steep. Finally, the cleaner showed up early @10:35 check out is at 11. There was no knock on the door and my gf was naked. She couldn’t hear her enter because we were running the laundry and the dishwasher. Overal a great stay

We loved the location and the view. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Property is as advertised, has everything heeded for a comfortable stay, great bed good communication with host. Would definitely stay again!

This location is excellent, the unit was clean, understanding how to get into the condo was great as there were good directions. Communication with the owner was clear and to the point. Condo has all you would need for your stay. Just show up with your luggage and enjoy! Would rent this place again.

Plain and simple the reviews say it all. This place is awesome right on the lake nice view off your large patio. The unit is very spacious and very well kept. Secure parking. The location you can’t beat. Anything you need is within easy walking distance. 2 minutes to an excellent Cuban restaurant (try their eggs Benny mmm) 4 minutes to the arena and Casino. The area is quiet the locals super friendly. We will definitely be back. Nathan’s place 👍👍👍

This was a great property with a great view. Really happy with my stay, most comfortable bed and great comfort all around. Love the well stocked kitchen and the option to cook meals and that there were also restaurants close by for dining out.

This property was in a beautiful area, with a gorgeous view. Clean and homey, this is a great place to stay with everything needed within walking distance. The property manager was super accommodating and very quick to reply to any inquiries. I would definitely recommend, and would certainly come back again!

This amazing condo is in a great location close to the beach and Rotary Marsh Park. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance on Sunset Drive and the condo is very close to downtown. The view of the lake is fantastic. Neil (the owner) was a delight to deal with.

Highly recommend.I wish I could stayed longer,but this one is really popular haha.It's or first trip to Kelowna.The room has beautiful view,beach is about 5 minutes walk.The room is very clean and everything you need is ready. We stayed the week of our wedding with our baby & dog. Neil was very easy to get a hold of prior to arrival and during our stay. He was quite helpful when we wanted to rent the amenities room and any time we had questions. The apartment is really large and the deck has the perfect view! The bed is quite comfortable. Very handy to have laundry with a family. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely smooth transition from booking to checking in. Host provides a wagon to assist in transporting your luggage from the parking space to the 4th floor. The unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful view from the balcony which overlooks the lagoon and out to the beach and lake. Communication with Neil was terrific! He was always just a text away and provided many ideas/suggestions of things to see and do in the city. This resort feel location gives you quick access to the boardwalk path and park. Many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend for those wanting to see the downtown area without having to get in the car.

We stayed for four days. Communication with Neil was excellent with everything needed fully explained upfront. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything to make out stay pleasant. The waterfront view from the patio was relaxing just what was needed after s day of wine tours. Would start again if ever in the area again. Thank you
