Really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place. The house was HUGE....especially for just the 3 of us. The location was near Arlington and only 15-ish minutes to Dallas. We also enjoyed the Stockards near Ft. Worth--and that was only a 30 minute drive!

The home is located close to local concert venue, a big plus. The interior is spacious, clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. Great for large family meals. However, there is a distinct odor in the master bath and on the large sofa. The outside area was nice, but it rained and water pooled at the back door preventing safe access to the area. Every Bedroom is nice, but no TV’s in 3 of 4 bedrooms. Outside entrance to home is grand, but could stand a good power washing. This could be a 5 star easily, just needs a little work. Just lil things I would’ve like to have known when booking.

Stayed during a coaches conference with 5 other coaches. House is clean and has all necessary sheets and towels. The only complaint would be that the wi-fi needs to be stronger. TV kept losing signal and we needed better signal for personal electronics.

The house is ok- nothing fancy, but big enough to accommodate a big group of extended family including pets. Beds and bathrooms were plentiful and clean. The big dining table was a plus as well. The house and neighborhood are older and a little run down, but quiet and safe. Our only minor issue was the use of ultrasonic pest repellers that really bothered our dog until we figured it out and unplugged them for the duration of our stay.

This house is a great location for getting to Cowboys stadium on game day. Even in the traffic it only took about 15 minutes. We took out grandpa to see the game. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The house was nice, with space to hang out and eat together. We would definitively stay hwre again.

I drove from Tennessee, my brother from Colorado, and we made this a nice mid ground place to meet. Place is nice and more than adequate for a couple families. Dining room is large enough for everyone, and location is nice as it sits right between everything that the metroplex has to offer. I would not hesitate to stay again in this property should the need arise.

Earlier reviews said there was an odor, but when they also wrote that the host was very responsive I assumed the odor was taken care of… it wasn’t. Loved the house, big table for family gaming. Host hopefully will take care of the odor before they rent again. Great place for a large family. Host was again very responsive, sent cleaner, but odor never really left.

We spent the weekend in Dallas for our daughter's 30th birthday. There were 7 of us and the home's layout was perfect! The location was within 30 minutes of everything we had planned. It was one of the cleanest homes I've stayed in! The kitchen was sparsely stocked...but had everything we needed for our time there. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house was large with an open concept giving us all lots of rooms. There were lots of beds to fit several families. The location was great as well. It was easy to get to everything in the area, while being outside the big hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great the house is perfectly laid out for groups. It will sleep many more than we had. The large kitchen table allowed for us all to have meals together. The house is located close to everything. Thank you Nancy for sharing your place with my family for 6 days!

Our family of 4 met our friends, another family of 4, in DFW area for a weekend of fun. This house provided a great landing spot for our activities. The house was clean and cozy, and the bedroom setups were great for our party of 8. It even allowed for each kid to have their own queen bed (the beds were a bit on the firm side). Nancy was a wonderful hostess, things were as advertised and she was exceptionally responsive. Plan to stay again next time we are in DFW.

The whole property was very pleasant. One bed appeared to be previously broken and slapped back together so we avoided using it. However, we still had plenty of space for sleeping arrangements.
