It was my understanding that VRBO was vacation rental by owner, this property is NOT THAT. This property is a old, chain hotel. Check in required a call to corporate VRBO to get a credit card to process from the host, to which I got a text response that it was cleared up now. I was put in a room in the very rear of the complex with a TV that kept shutting itself off, the management told me to unplug it for 30 minutes, then plug it back in, he had no extra rooms or TV's to make a change. When I finally did that after loosing the TV several times, the ground part of the plug stayed in the wall, leaving me with no refrigerator or microwave for the night. I was moved the next morning to a newer room, near the front office, in another building. The last evening I was there, the police were called to control the group next to me after several attempts by management to quiet them down. I finally was able to sleep at 1AM. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this rental and feel misled by the "host" . I will be VERY careful if I ever use this company for another vacation rental.

I would not recommend it.. they put three women in the very back there will children running up and down the stairs at night people standing outside our door smoking everywhere. What topped it off is the lady at the front desk I told her about all the mold in the bathroom and the filthy floor her response was oh you got a special rate so does that mean I get a sheddy broom when I get a special rate. Not happy at all

So the unit I rented was a quality inn hotel room in DIRE need of updates! It was a wee bit stinky and the air conditioning was very squeaky.
