Step inside and relax in one of two cozy living rooms. Each is designed for comfort, featuring plush sofas, Smart TVs, and ample seating for everyone. The main living room boasts an L-shaped sofa, pillows, and blankets, perfect for a movie night. If there's a dispute over what to watch, the second living room offers an alternative spot to unwind with its own cozy setup and TV.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchens, each stocked with modern appliances and spacious granite countertops. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, there's plenty of room to channel your inner chef. The main dining area seats eight, while the kitchen bar has room for three. A second dining area seats four, offering space for everyone to gather.
Outside, the lush backyard offers endless entertainment. Relax in the lounge area by the firepit or challenge friends to a game of Ping-Pong. Fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious meal and soak up the Florida sunshine on the sun loungers.
Each bedroom is designed for relaxation. The first-floor master suite features extra seating, a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additional nautically-themed and comfortable bedrooms offer backyard views, ceiling fans, and flatscreen TVs. A bunk room upstairs and cozy bedrooms in the second home on the property ensure everyone has a restful space.
For guests bringing a boat, there’s plenty of room to park it on-site. Plus, this home is hurricane-safe, providing a secure place to stay during any storm. You'll have peace of mind while enjoying your stay, whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the nearby parks, waterways, and beaches.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are installed on the front and sides of home that record 24 hours a day.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
