We are a second-floor, 3-bedroom 3 3-bath condo which we fully renovated right back to the studs and new everything.

A 300sq foot covered balcony offers ocean views that are simply amazing - plus we have lots of comfortable chairs and a dining table for 6 - see pictures for more details - but to tempt you further there is a large pool and hot tub, as well as a covered deck and boardwalk to our own private beach - 1 min 34 seconds from door to sand - where you will find chairs, loungers, and shades for all.
Enjoy watching the world go by with a drink whilst reclining in our Polywood outdoor sofas and chairs or enjoy supper at the countertop table right off the kitchen before retiring to the comfort of the double sofas and perfectly appointed living room. See pictures

The resort is located as I have mentioned at the far end of the island and to add to the unique charm you need to travel about 5km down what I describe as the four-lane dirt highway to chill - so please drive carefully as at times (after heavy tropical rains) there may be potholes. Any style of rental car is fine - I have rented a micro car in the rainy season and it was totally fine. Donât listen to the doomsayers đđ
Due to the cost of water and electricity on the island, the rates vary due to the number of people in the condo. đ°
Please also try and protect the planet đ by using the fans rather than the AC -we are part of the remote adjust "Protect the island" by Fortis who will adjust at peak times if lower than 73 - please set it to 78 during the daytime đ
Please advise your party size correctly as your insurance policy needs this also we will ask when you complete the rules and regulations as we have to inform NWP Condominiums management of our arriving guests.

Turks and Caicos has been on our bucket list and we decided to come to Provo. A vacation to Seas the Day at the Northwest Point Condos was a dream come true. It was my wife and I along with our two kids 5 and 8 years old. This condo was perfect for us.
First let me tell you about the location. The resort is secluded. You need to rent a car to get there and to explore the island. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and is located by itself. It is hard to find a place like this is paradise that is so secluded. If you are looking for a place that is right by the hustle and bustle and party atmosphere this is not the place for you. This is for relaxing and enjoying. You are only a 15 minute drive you great restaurants and 25 minutes to beautiful Grace Bay.
The 3 bedroom condo has everything you could want and more. You could tell it was newly renovated and had all of the amenities. It was nice they had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.
The resort was not very busy at all. There is plenty of room for all of the people staying there. Every morning my kids and I would enjoy the pool and we usually had it to ourself. There was some seaweed in the beach. You could walk to the left for 2 miles with nothing and another mile to the right and nothing. You were stoped by rocky beaches, not other resorts. So peaceful. We enjoyed the beach here but also took a drive to enjoy the other beaches on the island.
The restaurant at the resort was also very nice.

The property was very nice and we knew it was away from town but I was not prepared for how remote it was.

Everything about the condo worked great. It was a large space, clean, equipped with everything you need. Owner was super responsive.
Location was a slight challenge bc the dirt road was a pond at times going to town and it prevented us from going anywhereâŚwe were not prepared for that initially. The Apple weather app is not good. We quickly realized to watch the weather channel radar which was much more reliable. I think itâs very unusual for this much rain to have come, & according to locals it usually absorbs into sand very quickly. We had a wonderful time once we stocked with food and changed up the plans but next time would probably consider a Jeep during rainy season to be able to cross the pond!
The beaches were incredible! We would definitely go back.

We had a great trip in TCI due to Collinâs great communication, thoughtful accommodations, and exceptional care to his guests.
From the beginning, Collin was thorough and made sure to give us multiple recommendations and tips for traveling to TCI. It made our first time in TCI immensely better and we look forward to staying again! If you are looking for a more private location, away from the tourist traps of Grace Bay but close enough to get your fix a few times, then book here! We absolutely loved the tranquility of the location, the private beach, and calming space that Collinâs home provided. We loved being able to just sit outside and read or meditate on the expansive balcony and watch the sunset or moon rise.
Just make sure you rent a car no matter what that is durable during your stay. We really liked renting from TCI car rentals who provided us with a small suv that really allowed us to safely explore the island.
Overall, a wonderful experience and canât thank Collin enough for the special touches and care he took in ensuring a great stay for us!

The resort is beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed a private beach and pool during most of our stay. The condo was well equipped, clean, and exceeded our expectations!

This condo was amazing! Everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. Northwest Pointe is off the beaten path, but that lends to the beauty of your stay and ability to explore! - We rented a Jeep and went to every secluded beach possible. So much fun!!!.

My wife and I can rarely agree on a vacation stay. However, I had to drag her away. We arrived earlier than check-in but had a rental, so we explored the island, bought groceries, etc.
Housekeeping was just finishing up when we arrived. The condo was clean and cool. We turned off the air and opened the windows and did not turn them on again until we were checking out. The breeze and the ceiling fans were all that we needed.
We were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle and this was everything that we needed. Both my wife and I had to work on this vacation. We had no difficulties connecting and were able to enjoy ourselves without worries about work.
The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. They LOVED having the availability of the kayaks at the beach. We will definitely be back, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else.

What a great property!
Private, quiet, safe and very comfortable. All the amenities you need, without the hustle and bustle of resort strip. A great pool, private beach & poolside bar/ restaurant.
You will want a car to get to & from town for excursions, shopping, groceries, restaurants and other tourist areas, but you may not want to leave the resort.

Seas. The. DayâŚWe sure did! Colin was a fantastic host, from start to finish. He provided every bit of information we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. The condo is beautifully appointed with extraordinary attention to detail. He provided everything youâd need for a day at the pool or the beach. The resort is unbelievably quiet and relaxing. And, to top it off, the restaurant is open, providing good food and live music our last night there. We met friendly owners and other guests who knew they found a genuine paradise here. This place is number one on our list for a future stay. Thanks, Colin for a truly memorable vacation!

Seas the day is the perfect place to stay if you like an out of the way place with a gorgeous beach. We loved coffee on the deck in the morning, beach lounging and walking looking for sea shells.
We mostly cooked in our place but did enjoy dinner at The Conch Shack and Cocovan and brunch at Shayâs cafe. All were great!!

We loved getting to see the beauty of Turks and Caicos! This condo is beautifully designed and we loved the layout for our family! We loved having coffee and lunch on the balcony with the peaceful quiet view of the beach! The pool area is one of the nicest pools we have been too and the whole complex was beautiful and well kept! It was a little far from everything, but we enjoyed the peaceful and quietness of being away from the touristy areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Seas the Day was a stunning condo to stay in while in TCI! It's beautifully decorated in a laid-back style that helps you begin your vacation as soon as you walk through the door. And the hosts have thought of absolutely everything you may need while there. I would definitely recommend staying here and will even be checking out their mountain location in the US soon!

Such a peaceful area on Turks!!! Thank you to Seas The Day for a quiet clean and comfortable place to rest while playing on the island. The beds were so comfortable, living room area inviting and the patio was so peaceful as we watched the sunrise while enjoying our coffee. We will be back!!!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the condo and complex. Everything in the condo is well thought out down to extra hooks in the baths and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for grilling out and cooking in. The owners have done a great deal of work to provide the location of all the things in the condo as well as restaurants, activities, and shopping recommendations. They are also extremely responsive with questions we had. The complex is very nice and private. Many times we had the pool and beach to ourselves for an hour or so. We chatted with the maintenance crew to get the localâs recommendations for places to eat. Everywhere we went was 10/10! (Seriously đ) Some might be deterred by the seclusion but we really didnât mind the distance. The private beach was well worth the dirt road! We have already recommended this condo, and the soon to come 1 bedroom to friends. You wonât regret it either!

Overall a great experience with Collin and his seas the day Vrbo. This place was a perfect fit for my family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Seas the day. The island was even better. My family loved TCI as well. We will definitely return to both.

Very cozy, clean and quiet property. The complex is very well maintained with a private beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Many times we were the only people on the beach and able to walk the remote coast line. The condo unit was newly renovated, very comfortable and well equipped with all essentials for our stay. Enjoyed the quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. Wifi worked great too! Excellent communication with the owners who provided some great recommendations. Overall a great property for our early summer vacay! Many thanks!

We had an amazing time. My teens loved this place. Very easy to get to from the airport. About 15 min drive to condo. We rented a car from Grace Bay ahead of time. Very easy! We rented a small car and had no problem with the dirt rode to the condo. We even explored the off the beaten path beaches around the condo with the small car. No issues. I will say, we will rent a Jeep next time for our explorations but no issues.
Beach and the pool at the condo was awesome! Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the porch! We loved sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Ate every meal on the porch!
Great information provided about where to grocery shop,eat ect. We preferred the IGA grocery store since they had more options. We have food allergies in our household so needed more options. We loved the restaurant recommendations. Bungalooâs was great on the beach restaurant. We watched a staff member swim out and dive for conch and then showed us how they get the conch out of the shell. Even let us try it fresh out of the shell. We also loved Magnolias. Great view for sunset dinner.

Seas the Day was a wonderfully renovated condo that exceeded expectations. Though itâs off the beaten path, the privacy is quite nice and we never felt crowded by the pool or beach like other resorts. The amenities were top notch and we used the grill and patio almost daily. Cheers to Collin for leaving great instructions and being very prompt whenever we had a question!

Our family just stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The condo has everything you need and more!! The owners are great at communicating and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the renovation and stocking of the condo. Itâs a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay with a large pool and hot tub. The beach is okay but not as nice as some of the others on the island. The resort is located outside of town, but it was nice to stay in a quiet less crowded area.

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Collin's home in Turks and Caicos. Communication was outstanding and easy. The condo had everything one needed, and the porch was amazing. We spent every morning and night hanging out on the porch even when it was raining. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and we cooked in many nights and the kitchen was very well equipped.
We adventured to many beaches throughout the week, and loved the snorkeling at the national park. Collin had chairs, umbrellas, and everything you might need.
We also spent many hours on the lounge chairs near the pool looking out at the ocean and enjoying the amazing breeze. If your family is looking for a beach spot, this might not be the right place for you as the beach is very seaweedy and we could not get a chair if we went after 9:00 am (people put their towels on the chairs and did not return for hours--it was very frustrating and we were not willing to do this). We are not people who are going to sit on the beach for long, so it was not an issue for us, but if you are looking for somewhere to go and sit on the beach, this might not be your spot.
We had many great meals and a few highlights include Vita at Rock House and Da Conch Shack.
We loved going on the boat recommended by Collin.
Overall, a great week. I would highly recommend and Collin was a great host.

Very nice place. Pictures are accurate. Well maintained and clean. Quiet location but that is what we wanted. The private beach was beautiful and well equipped with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. A rental car is a must as closest restaurant is about a 10 minute drive. Collin had a lot of good info in his book and we found his advisories to be useful and accurate. Collin did a great job communicating with us as our date approached. Instructions for entering the resort and condo were good but did not include the specific unit number. Just the building number. Minor issue and we eventually were able to dig the unit number up on some other correspondence.
Overall we were very happy with Collin and the unit. 5 stars

Seas the Day is a fantastic home away from home. Very remote resort full of peace and quiet. If this is what you like, Seas the Day is your kind of place. Very well equipped and comfortable.

This was our second time to Turks and Caicos. Last time we stayed on Long Bay. This time were looking for something a little nicer than the condo we stayed in previously. This trip did not disappoint. This property was amazing for our five person girls weekend. Collin and Katie have literally thought of everything a guest could need. From the fluffy bath towels to the awesome beach chairs, this place literally has everything! Not to mention the condo is in great shape and is exactly like the pictures and videos. The Northwest Point property is beautiful as well. Our group likes to explore so we didn't spend very much time at the beach or the pool, but other than some seaweed on the beach that was cleared in the morning, others would find there would be no reason to leave. The only downside to renting here is the distance from Grace Bay and other areas of the island. You definitely need to rent a car as it is a good 20-30 minutes to get to Grace Bay/ Taylor Bay/ Long Bay. That didn't bother us, but it is something others may want to take into consideration. We would definitely come back to Seas the Day. In fact, we didn't want to leave. We love waking up and having coffee on the porch in the sun while watching the ocean.

We had a fantastic time! Everything we needed was on site. Large pool and hot tub, beautiful beach with both sunrises and sunsets within a short walk. The property, @SeasthedayTCI was extremely well-equipped with all the extras. Collin was a pleasure to work with â always responsive and helpful, including with great restaurant recommendations. Special thanks for the beach chairs and umbrellas that enabled us to visit a few of the islandâs other beautiful beaches. Lots of privacy and surrounded by incredible natural beauty.

We absolutely loved our time at Seas the Day. Collin has a beautiful totally renovated place with all amenities. We liked the fact it was away from the tourist area and enjoyed the resort with sparkling clean pool and hot tub. Also, the beautiful private beach is right next to the pool -

Collin is a wonderful host. He provides all the information you need for a great stay including great restaurant (we tried Da Conch Shack, Bugaloos, & Bay Bistro) and activity recommendations. Our trip was planned last minute and when we couldnât find any car rentals available, Collin provided us names of some local companies which came through for us. The house is fantastic! Eating out is quite expensive so we were very happy to have such a great, well stocked kitchen to cook in. Beautiful, quiet beach and we walked to the northwest point national park from there. Would definitely stay here again as it provides a nice retreat from the very busy Grace Bay area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was newly remodeled and was full of amenities. The common property (pool, landscaping, beach, etc) was all very maintained as well. It's off the beaten path, but we all enjoyed that.
Collin was super nice, however he over communicate with too many documents (5+ PDF's), which all had different information that needed to be parsed together. I'd recommend one document at contract signing and another before check-in. Also, the 15+ reminder plaques around the condo were way too much and was a turn off. One laminated sheet posted on the fridge would have been sufficient.
Again, great stay, just a few guest focused changes would be ideal. Thank you!

Colin really knows the in and outs of Turks and Caicos. His recommendations were spot on and aligned with other what other TCI condo owners told us. The condo is exactly as advertised. It is modern, clean, and very well furnished. We had other family staying in The Treehouse which is directly behind Coral Gardens and Iâm glad we stayed at the Northwest Point Resort. This place is everything you could want it to be! The condo is clean and FULLY stocked! It has gorgeous views and what feels like your own private beach! The pool was beautiful and so fun for the kids. Itâs off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle and it was perfection! I would stay here 100 times over! Absolutely loved our time at Seas the Day! It is just off the tourist area enough to make you feel you've somehow discovered your own little island, yet 20 minutes to enjoy the island's restaurants. The unit is so beautifully appointed! Loved the outdoor dining and seating areas with ocean views. The bedrooms have blackout curtains and are super comfy. Living area, kitchen is all well stocked and just wonderful. Washer and dryer were great to have too. Outdoor lighting set the mood for every nite on the deck. Collin is a super thoughtful host in his communication and quick responses. We went a little off season and so the beach was literally ours. So nice to take long walks around the point, enjoy the powder white sand that never gets hot, good snorkeling right off the shore, kayaks and paddle boards and the entertaining kite surfer who lives there. Oh, and that pool and the grounds are so beautifully landscaped and clean. Loved buying our own fish and grilling at the grill station where we'd meet up with others. We would return in a NY second. Loved our time there from start to finish. Can't wait to return to Seas The Day!

Birthday Dream
Wow!!! This place is amazing!! Came with 4 friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. We LOVED this place!! I donât think we sat on the couch inside once! We spent every minute outside on the balcony drinking our coffee or wine and eating on the table outside for every meal. The ocean view and breeze made it dreamy! This unit is stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of. This place is definitely off the beaten path but we enjoyed that the most. No fighting for beach chairs or spots at the pool. A rental car for us was a must and we enjoyed learning how to drive on the other side of the road. Easier than we thought!! Thank you Collin for all the information you have put together to help your guests! We enjoyed our stay and would come back here again!!!

Lovely stay
We had a lovely time during our stay. The pool was the highlight for our children ages 16,14 and 10! The rental itself was very clean, perfectly stocked and Collin was awesome with responding to us throughout the entire time. This location was very remote but also really let us experience the island much differently than we would have if we would have stayed elsewhere. We loved it! Thank you Collin for such a great time!!

OUTSTANDING! Would give our stay a 10 if we could. We have stayed at many other condos and Collins was by far, one of the BEST. Great communication, location, amenities and serene (priceless). All the bases were covered. The attention to detail was AMAZING. Condo was located in a gated property, was beautifully decorated, contained quality furniture, comfy beds and was safe. The kitchen was spacious and had every item you could think of. Collin provided smooth linen, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, floating devices, tumbler cups, ice bucket, etc... (endless list). Condo was super CLEAN and location perfect for us (no crowds, nice and quiet). The pool was clean, well attended and not far from the beach area. Beach was quiet, had plenty of chairs umbrellas for everyone and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Free kayaking, surfing, snorkeling , etc. options were available. The more we walked on the secluded beach the more relaxed we felt. Water was warm and views stunning. Property was approximately 20 minutes from Grace Bay which was not a problem since we had car rental (a must). Some of the roads were a little rough but manageable (drive slowly). The views in the AM and PM were quite relaxing, perfect for coffee or cocktails. If you are looking for a piece of PARADISE, look no further, THIS IS IT. Thanks again Collin!! See YA next time.

Beautiful inside and out!
Our positive experience began when we booked the stay. Collin began communicating and never stopped! He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and even checked in on us while we were there.
The second we opened the door to the condo I smiled! I smiled because everything was as described. Beautifully decorated, tons of room, and everything was spotless! It is so nice when you look forward to coming back to your condo at the end of the day. Two nights while we were there my husband and kids (19 & 13)
decided to stay in for dinner and relax. We made dinner and played games on the deck while looking at the beautiful view. I canât say enough about the condo.
We were also impressed with the resort and how clean and beautiful manicured the grounds were. The pool is great and big! Plenty of loungers and tables too! It is nice being in a small resort because at times we had this huge pool to ourselves!
The island is so small and after a few hours of getting used to the driving on the left and steering wheel on the right, my husband was a pro! We drove everywhere! We like to spend time at different beaches and go to different restaurants so to me it doesnât matter what side of the island you stay on. Everything is close and easy to get to.
We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends/family!

Our first trip to TCI for my family! We knew we wanted to stay somewhere where we could all spread out relax and unwind and prepare meals and snacks if we wanted. We found all of that and then some at Seas the Day! The condo is immaculate and everything is well thought of. The condo is new, bright, very clean, spacious and well stocked. Collin is an exceptional host who stayed in contact from prior to booking all the way through to the end of our vacation. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches of beach bags, sunscreen, towels, and the well stocked kitchen. Having the beach to ourselves was amazing! We will be coming back to Seas the Day!
