The overall feel of the unit and building was old and dingy. The unit itself had seen hard use.The attempt to cool the unit was not successful. Cutting a hole into the bedroom window was not a great option. Given how nice the entire Sun Valley area was I was surprised this wasn’t on par. The entire building could use a renovation.

Good location and good value. Somewhat dated, comfy beds, good TV. A bit dark, kitchen could be better equipped. Rug in primary bedroom needs stretching or replacement--some concerning ridges could cause accident. Glad to have AC, but it's a bit noisy.

I booked this property because of a few key criteria I was looking for. I wanted comfort (I knew it was going to be warm temperatures), close proximity to the town for walking distance and 2 bedrooms with separate baths. The ratings were very high from a Premier Host so I booked it. I paid per the schedule and felt good about my choice. Sadly, upon arrival at 7:00 pm on my day of check-in, the situation rapidly declined. One of my criteria was AC, which was noted in the amenities, under
'Heating and Cooling' it named thermostat. Having lived in the NE, the thermostat was clearly only heating. Temperatures for the time we would be there were in the highs of 100 with lows in the 70's. There was a portable AC unit in 1 room that was NOT to be moved because it was said to be vented through a window.
That in fact was not accurate. If we were to run it, the back side of the unit would blow out hot air as the front would blow out cool air basically equaling each other out. Unfortunately, the second bedroom had no such unit. We also encountered a loud vibrating, humming sound that was heard all throughout the unit with no way that we could find to turn it off. The main bedroom also had a very rippled carpet which both my husband and I tripped on while in the room. I called the Vacasa management office to tell them our issues only to be pushed off with, 'sorry ma'am, this unit doesn't say AC available, and it will be 3 hours before someone can come see

Walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Underground parking. It's on the second floor and there is an elevator. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, updated master bath and kitchen. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen with coffee maker and toaster. There is no air conditioning. Luckily it cooled off at night enough that we could open the windows and use fans to pull the cool air in. Pool was always quiet and hot tub was nice. Nice area with tables and grills outside near the pool.

Super cute condo in quiet building not too far from River Run Lodge and Gondola. We realized the bus does not pickup at the stop across the street so we walked every day (about 10min walk) which was good. The condo is also about a 10min walk to Main Street and a variety of excellent dining options, as well as a nice grocery store. We did not use the pool or hot tub, showers had good strong water pressure, beds were a bit firm for our liking. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was perfect for 2 couples, with comfy beds in large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We appreciated the large desk also! The couch was very comfy too & accommodated all of us easily. And so close to the ski hill!

Everything is great as mentioned in reviews and I may be too picky, but wish there was more light. Overhead light fixtures not working, probably to make the electrical work for TV cable boxes. Can’t adjust tv volume from remote in bedroom. Couple light bulbs out on other fixtures, but mostly need to use the lamps. Few sheets and pillows could use replacing (stains). But all that said, would probably stay here again. It worked well for our Spring Break ski trip!

This was the perfect condo in every way. We walked to dinner every night! What a fantastic location. The cozy couch by the fireplace was just what we needed after a long day of skiing! The jacuzzi in the bedroom followed by the plush bathrobes were a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

The condo was fine and as described in the listing. However, it was very hot with no good way of cooling it. We opened the windows but there wasn't much of a draft. Communication with Vacasa was trying to say the least. There was an endless stream of documents from different sources needing signature with no clear indication of which were still outstanding. They would not send check-in details until all documents were received and every time I called I got a different answer regarding which were outstanding. The result was that I lost one full afternoon of vacation activities while on the phone trying to get it sorted out. It put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We were minutes from the River Run lifts and able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes! The condo was exactly as pictured and we loved having 2 king beds and the super comfy couch (perfect after a day of skiing and a soak in the hot tub). Robes in the closet were ideal for our trip to the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The luggage carts were appreciated as was the underground parking. Communication with manager was outstanding right down to a weather update prior to arrival warning us of expected snow. Thanks for everything.

Good location. Plenty of supplies and tvs. Clean. Support staff easy to communicate with. However, it was a surprise to have the constant noise of a major remodel right below us. Jets in large tub not working. Because of the walkways along every side of the condo, privacy drapes were on all windows, which made the unit very dark all the time.

We had a great time. A few guys and I came in for the RPI QS Gravel Race. This was the perfect place to be close to town, yet out of the way. Parking garage was key in the car staying cool and secure. Only item we wish it had, AC or some type of ventilation, got a little stuffy, only because the air outside was smoky (fires a good distance away), so windows couldn't be open all the time. It was well furnished, all the amenities/linens were great and very clean. Pool, Hot Tub and outside area was well laid out. We would for sure stay here again.

- Excellent Location and easy walking distance to downtown Ketchum
- Onsite pool was great, especially with the temps being in the 90s during our stay.
- Unit was clean and had good amenities for the most part.
Con -
- This unit was uncomfortably hot and had no A/C. Even with all the fans running 24/7 the temps inside never dropped below 84 degrees which made our stay pretty miserable (especially at night). We have a baby and this made sleep difficult for her as well. I understand that A/C might not be needed during most of the year but with temperatures being in the low 90s during the day it made being inside the unit unbearable.
- Mattresses were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. (Rock hard)

My mom, sister and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The condo was clean and as described. There was an issue with the front door but it looked like it was in the process of being fixed. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Good location. The beds were a hard, but overall a good experience.
