This was a bit over an hour from the Visitor’s Center in Zion National Park, but perfect for us as we were vacationing in Sedona, Arizona and didn’t want to drive that far in one day. We got to the rental much later than expected and she left the outside lights on to ensure we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our visit. We were happy to relax in the private backyard after a long day of hiking. The town offered a selection of good breakfast places to get us started on our day exploring the Kanab region.

The house provided a relaxing place to rest after hiking in Zion or visiting Bryce. The view is amazing and my girls loved the complimentary hot chocolate. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

It was just my daughter and I but there's lots of room for a family. 3 beds and two sleeper couches. Clean and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable furniture and beds. We were only there overnight and left early otherwisise we would have enjoyed the cute back yard. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with another couple as we explored Zion park. Lots of room for 2 couples in this VRBO, bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen, LR and DR. Very clean, lots of extras for morning coffee etc. Comfortable beds, lots of parking room. Host was great to deal with. 2 things to keep in mind: (1) signage to parking area and door is not well lit - watch for it on the left appx 100’ before the intersection (2) unless you’re staying right in the town of Kanab, you’re going to have to drive for food, sightseeing etc and this VRBO is no exception; however still very much worth the short drive to get there.

My brother and I needed nightly accomodations for a large off-road gathering nearby. Kiki's Cottage was perfect for us. Generous seating inside and out. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds made our winding-down from a hard day's rise just what we needed.

Great little cottage, very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor fire place and outdoors. I will definitely come back when coming through Kanab and stay for a few more days.

May 6, 2023,Traveling with 83-year-old Aunt and Uncle. Kiki's Kottage was perfect for our 1 night stay to relax in comfortable beds sheets so soft and pillows just right. Pictures on the web site will be exactly what you are welcomed to. Expansive common room, bedrooms and bathroom. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor space as it was a bit chilly but I could imagine a summer stay here would be ideal. Audrey promptly welcomed us and offered help with anything we might need. Great affordable place to stay on our weekend getaway to Kanab. Loved the backyard setup and the big parking area which allowed us to be able to a bring a truck and a big trailer for atv's on our trip.

Incredibly clean and welcoming basement apartment with all the needed amenities. We only stayed for one evening before leaving for the Rim to Rim hike but throughly enjoyed the property. The fire pit at night was an added bonus. This property will be our first choice for future southern Utah adventures.

Wow! What a delightful home. It went above our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable. We were able to use the grill for making supper and relax on the wonderful patio. The lower level that we used was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The home is extremely cozy and it was a wonderful place to relax after a week of staying in hotels. We would definitely stay at Kikis’s Kottage if we are in the area.

Great value. Everything inside is pretty new. View of red rocks and nighttime sky was great. Only downside was lack of cooktop, but host brought us an electric cooktop to use for cooking eggs in the morning. Also would be good to add some instructions on operating the AC units.
