Sleeping arrangements:
Upstairs Unit #1: Two queen beds, full-over-full bunk, sleeper sofa, and comfy air mattress. (Sleeps 10)
Downstairs Unit #2: Queen bed, twin trundle bed, and air mattress. (Sleeps 5)
Downstairs Unit #3: Queen bed, twin-over-full bunk, and air mattress. (Sleeps 5)
Our newly renovated units boast modern kitchens, bright living rooms, private bedrooms, and rain showers. Upscale finishes and quick beach access make this the perfect Mission Beach getaway!
We've got everything you need for the ultimate beach day, too! Grab the provided beach chairs and sand toys, and head to the shore for some fun in the sun. After a day of sand and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a cold drink on the patio while you fire up the BBQ.

Guests have access to all three units in the building, and each unit has its own private entrance and reserved parking spot next to the building.
Guests also have full use of our outdoor living amenities including:

Interaction with guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
• Each unit has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
• Please note that quiet hours must be observed
• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.
• There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.
• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
