From the I-5 freeway take Garnet Avenue west to Mission Blvd. south. Alternatively, take Sea World Drive to West Mission Bay Drive to the roller coaster. The city bus runs right through Mission Beach!

Driving West from I-8: Follow I-8 to W Mission Bay Dr. Take Exit 1 to the destination.

Driving from San Diego Airport: Take N Harbor Dr, Nimitz Blvd, Sunset Cliffs Blvd, W Mission Bay Dr, and Mission Blvd to San Jose Pl to destination..

Driving from I-5: Take Sports Arena Blvd, W Mission Bay Dr and Mission Blvd to San Jose Pl to the destination.

The property is situated near Mission Blvd and Queenstown Court. Since Queenstown Court is essentially a pedestrian path leading to the beach, access to the parking lot is through the alley between Saska's and Little Sam's Market, just before Queenstown Court. The building is located behind the fence at the rear of the parking lot.

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-Each unit has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Please note that quiet hours must be observed
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.
-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.
-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, with early check-in subject to availability. Please inquire with us about any fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be applied for every 20 minutes after 10:00 am. If check-out is after 1:00 pm, an additional night’s stay will be charged, plus a $500 penalty fee.

Quiet Hours: Guest hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times. Excessive noise may result in penalties or termination of the reservation.

Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless additional guests are approved in advance. Extra guests will incur additional fees.

Security: Security cameras monitor the property exterior, and Noiseaware sensors monitor noise levels inside and outside.

Smoking: No smoking inside.

Biohazards: Vomit, stool, or blood on the property will incur extra cleaning fees.

Pets: A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized before check-in.

Liability: The reservation holder is responsible for all guests and any damages or incidents that occur during the stay.

OTHER RULES: Please close windows and doors when using heating or air conditioning. Keep doors closed to prevent bugs and rodents. Please remove shoes and wash off sand using the outdoor shower next to the alley gate prior to entering home. Please do not move furniture between units.
