This beautiful chalet-style cabin sleeps up to 14 and offers everything you need for a great mountain getaway. It's super close and convenient to the ski mountain and has gorgeous views. Enjoy the new 6-person hot tub, WiFi and Satellite TV. The hot tub is just steps away - the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The master bedroom also has a beautiful jetted tub. Enjoy the valley views while grilling on the new gas grill or just relaxing on the deck. The open concept living area lets you enjoy the view from inside and the gorgeous stone fireplace will keep you warm. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook up your favorite meals. There are 3 bedroom and a loft with bunk beds. Downstairs is a bonus game/bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It comes complete with a a double shot competition basketball game, foosball, board games and TV with Nintendo Wii. Outside you can enjoy the large firepit, perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the nighttime sky. This cozy cabin is perfect for making memories that will last a lifetime!

4WD is strongly recommended for this property, especially in the winter. Also, we suggest bringing a set of snow chains for your vehicle if you plan to come in the winter as just a precautionary item, however driveway will be plowed after significant snow storms.

Driveway was narrow and slanted. It was also slick and difficult to maneuver even with 4 wd. 4 people had to sit in the back pickup bed just so we could get up the hill to the road.

There were positives and negatives to this rental. Positives: lots of towels, clean hot tub, great fire pit with stocked fire wood, and enough beds for everyone. Negatives: outdated, old uncomfortable mattresses (the most comfortable beds were the bottom bunks of the bunk beds), terrible water pressure upstairs and in kitchen sink, and downstairs the shower head was either at spray everywhere all crazy or a painful jet, slow slow slow WiFi, and they needed an upgraded, non rusty frying pan. The kitchen was well stocked even if old so that was nice. We cooked a lot. They really should have a new sponge per customer but we were given a pretty gross, old brush. We had some needs in the beginning and the owner sent over a handy man who was pretty great. They give you an early check out of 9am and have a decent list of things for you that are required to accomplish by then. We asked for a later check out and they were able to accommodate us. They also gave us a military discount which was really nice and the reason why we chose them in the first place. All in all we were happy and had a good time and nothing was a deal breaker.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about are staying Angel Fire at Barb's house! The hot tub, the deck well apportioned kitchen, everything was thought of! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great spot for our first time visiting Angel Fire. 6 kids and 5 adults. The sleeping spaces were perfect and the downstairs play/sleep area was great for the kiddos. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub on the deck with amazing views. The driveway was a little tricky but we even managed with our big campervan and a minivan. Fun spot!

We had a wonderful time with our family, ages 8 to 63. Everyone had enough room to spread out. The kids loved the basement with the bunks and games. The location had a beautiful view and was just a short drive to anywhere in Angel Fire. The kitchen was well stocked and provided us with everything we needed to fix our meals. After a day on the slopes, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing with a good view of the stars. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She kept us up to date and responded quickly when we reached out. Our only complaints about the place were that the recliners gave us some trouble returning them to the upright position, and the water pressure in the upstairs shower could have been better. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This property is close to the lifts yet outside of town enough to feel alone. It is beautiful inside and completely stocked. This place will not disappoint. We had 13 and had plenty of space to not be uncomfortable.

Our family had a great time in Angel Fire and the home was a perfect gathering place for my husband and I and his siblings and spouses. We all traveled from different states and Angel Fire was the halfway point. We loved our time at the Summit View residence!

We were looking for a getaway from the Texas heat and we found so much more! The cabin is perfectly placed amongst the pondersa pines with a gorgeous view of the Angel Fire golf course 18th green, along with beautiful mountain vistas! We were able to see some wildlife in the meadow below the cabin, we had birds all around, and even got to watch hummingbirds feed from the feeder. The cabin was immaculately clean, we had all of the utensils and appliances we could need, plenty of bedding and towels. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely keep this on our list of places for Angel Fire!

A fabulous home with majestic views! Our experience renting the property was exceptional. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the home. The binder was full of detailed information regarding the home and operation of various components! Very good communication regarding check in procedures and location. Friendly and competent property manager. Highly recommend, we will try to stay again next summer!! Loved every minute!

This property was amazing! We loved the beauty all around and the seclusion. The house is very spacious for a big family, or multiple families. The game room was an extra bonus! We ran into some little snags along our way and Barb was very prompt to respond and help out. She was a super communicator. Angel Fire is a beautiful hidden treasure in the world. Our family had an amazing time here. Short drive to resort and to town. Place had a basement for kids to play in and be as loud as they want. The hot tub was amazing as well. We even saw some mule deer walk across the back property. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Barb was great ! Easy to contact. Cabin is in a peaceful and quiet location. Snowed on Christmas Eve had a wonderful family Christmas. Walking distance to Angel fire resort. AWD or 4x4 is a must in winter. Saw plenty of Deer around Cabin.

The cabin had beautiful views. The driveway is very narrow and steep, so if there is any snow on the ground I would definitely recommend a 4x4 car. I would definitely go back and stay here.

The cabin was amazing with amazing views! Everyone loved it from my older adults all the way down to my 7 year old. Communication was easy and fast. The host was extra accommodating to us when Angel Fire pushed back their opening day as well. Would absolutely stay again.
