The proximity to the beach is very good. Plenty of room for our 7 adult group to spread out. Wifi is good. Cable in every room. Furniture is a little bit too worn for my taste. The decks need sanding and paint.
There is a problem with the toilet in the 2nd floor hall bath. Called for assistance and a trip came right away and snaked it out, declaring the problem fixed. The problem wasn't fixed.

My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the inside as soon as we walked in. This was such a relief as this was our first time staying at a vacation rental so didn’t quite know what to expect. It was very warm and inviting with a lot of space for all to spread out when they wanted. The kitchen had all we needed to make every meal. There were plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. I loved the enclosed yard for the dogs. The deck overlooking the body of water was an amazing view which was an added bonus. The location is great. Loved that it was at the end of a cudelsac. The basketball hoop outside was a big hit for my teenagers. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. Grocery stores and shopping are a 5-10 minute drive. The only thing I did not like was the toilet in hall bathroom on second level was not flushing as well as other toilets and we had to use the plunger a couple times but there’s plenty of bathrooms so it wasn’t a huge deal. There was just 7 of us staying in the house. It was a great stay and I would love to stay here again.

The stay was awful. The house was dirty and there were bugs and other things crawling in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. I have pictures. I did not expect for the home to be that dirty. Furniture was broken. My son even hurt himself on the stairs. I would never return to this property.

This home is far from anything you’d expect. When you first enter the home you’ll be welcomed with an INTENSE smell of pet urine and walking up to the middle floor the smell only becomes stronger. The amount of urine stains all throughout all the carpeting is nauseating and not somewhere you’d want to bring your family. Luckily we only required the top floor which we kept all windows open at all times and fan on high. There are rips in couches, broken shelves, dirty floors etc. on top of everything else this home is extremely unkept and truly unfortunate

Our family of 9 had enough space and room to spare. Great house, great hot tub, great location. We enjoyed the board games and time relaxing on the deck, as well as the grill and firepit downstairs. Super easy check-in and check-out, and a reasonable price. Only complaint was we couldn't reach the Vacasa staff to get the pool pass and a few more blankets. Really a good experience.

We loved this house for it's proximity to the beach and the awesome hot tub. We did not, however, like the fact that we were not able to contact the property management company when issues arose. The most pressing issue was that we were told to pick up a pool pass for the community pool at the "office." It took us three days to find out where this "office" was located. Eventually, someone did bring us the pass which was very nice, but we did miss three days of pool use which put a damper on our trip, especially for our little ones. We also had several maintenance issues, the first of which was handled quickly and professionally. The second issue (recessed lights popping out of the ceiling??) was ignored after we called several times and sent an email with pictures. My suggestion would be to have the property management company leave information at the house with the maintenance contact information as well as leaving the pool pass at the house to maintain the "contactless check-in" procedures. The property info book in the house should be removed as it has outdated information and includes the old realty company which no longer manages the property.

Light in day and sunsets were fantastic. Comfy outside decks. Lots of chairs and beach items. Parking great. Plenty of beds.

Very spacious and airy. Great location and very grateful for the doggie welcome!! We enjoyed the hot tub, cornhole game, easy walk to the beach, access to community pool and tennis courts. Outside decks, outdoor furniture, yard, cornhole, etc., we’re pretty worn out and need updating. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay!
