This is a nice quiet apartment. The street was under construction, so that was a bit inconvenient. The bed was very comfortable! The heat/AC was very adequate.

The apartment was very cute and perfect for two of us. It was clean and modern, and very accurate to its description. The apartment was extremely convenient. The neighborhood was quiet to give you a good night sleep, but also a very short walk to downtown where there were a lot of cute shops. It was also to easy to get on the road to travel to other sites in Marquette. Would 100% stay here again next time I am in the upper peninsula!

Great location within walking distance to all of downtown. Felt safe in the neighborhood and a lot of great restaurants in the area. Only minor negatives are that it is an older building. You can hear the neighbors above and the wood floors are very creaky.

My friend and I came up to Marquette for a girls weekend & race held in August. Overall the place was great. Location is excellent. You can walk to everything downtown within 10 minutes. Cute little apartment. As other reviews have mentioned - it's an older building. The floors creak and you can hear the neighbors. Bath towels and sheets seem a little worn but everything was clean. Dishwasher was a tad confusing to start. Thought we'd started it once then it stopped. Bring you're own coffee. When I saw the k-cup machine I assumed k-cups would be stocked, my mistake. But there's plenty of local coffee shops. I walked to one a couple blocks away that had a great drip coffee.

We absolutely loved this place. We have stayed at lots of VRBO places but this one is our favorite. The darling apartment had everything we could ever need. We are originally from the area so we know the location was the best. Thank you for making this stay so fun and easy. We will be back, for sure.

After camping for a couple days I was looking forward to sleeping on a comfy bed and taking a hot shower! The apartment was clean, cozy and has everything you need. My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying there with our dog :)

The apartment was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Marquette & Ishpeming. It was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Loved that it was walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We have never done our own VRBO and we were so happy we did it. It was nothing fancy, but we preferred it that way. Loved the creaky floors actually! Loved the vintage/modern decor. Location was awesome. Only bummer! Hubby and I wanted to open up and enjoy our favorite wine, but no cork screw! Yes, I said it was a bummer. Pouted went to bed. :)

Enjoyed all Marquette had to offer. This place was close to everything downtown and also local waterfalls and hiking trails. The only issue we had was the internet was a little spotty when watching a movie at night. Otherwise was the PERFECT weekend. Thank you so much!

The house is so cute, but old so the wood floors throughout would creek, as do all in the adjoining apartments. Fortunately our neighbors were pretty quiet, but just moving around was noisy. We had our dog who was on high alert at all times. All in all it was a good stay. Foam earplugs are highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed in this cutest and cleanest unit - we came just for a wedding weekend. Great location to walk to shops / restaurants and farmers market on Saturday not to be missed. Fun weekend !

The apartment was very cute and clean. Great location for exploring the town with easy parking. The walls in the building are a bit thin so you can hear people walking around and neighbors right outside the first floor window. But I still highly recommend this place for a stay in Marquette. If you are in town on a Saturday be sure to check out the downtown farmers market and watch the sunset at Presque Isle Park.

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the location - easy walking to shops, restaurants and a museum, an easy bike ride to a paved path along the lake shore, and a short drive to some beautiful hiking trails. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

This place was perfect for a little weekend getaway with my dog! It was our first time visiting Marquette and this apartment was conveniently located close to downtown. We walked just a few blocks down to the beach on Lakeshore every morning. It was also just a short walk to food and coffee on 3rd street. It was nice to come back to a cozy, clean place after a couple long days of hiking. It is an older building so you’ll definitely hear the tenants above you, but it was quiet by bedtime! We highly recommend this apartment and would stay again in the future!

We had a fantastic time spending the weekend in Marquette. This is a perfect apartment at an amazing location. It's easy to swing by if you need a break from hiking the trails and close enough to walk to most restaurants and stores too. As frequent visitors, we would definitely consider staying here again.
