Villa Caribe Palms located on the island of Ambergris Caye, off the coast of Belize. Nestled in the Mata Grande area of Ambergris Caye 4.5 miles north of San Pedro, you can get away from it all, or take a short golf cart ride to San Pedro or Secret Beach!
Villa Caribe Palms has a four bedroom, four bath villa can sleep 2, 4, 6, or up to 8 comfortably. It is the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends! Our villa is one of four villas on the Los Encantos property. Los Encantos is a small community of private villas centrally located from San Pedro and Secret Beach. The villas share a large private pool, pier and an on-site caretakers.
Villa Caribe Palms is an authentic Belizean beachfront home. Our villa is the largest of the four Los Encantos homes, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom and bath is optional as it has a separate entrance perfect for your parents, in-laws, a young family or nanny traveling with you to Ambergris Caye.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. One slight mix up at the beginning but management quickly took care of it. Harley the property manager was super helpful and quick to respond to any of our concerns. Clinton was able to help us and take us out on two separate excursions. Overall would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Our family of 5 plus my son’s girlfriend spent a week at this home and had an unbelievable time. The house itself is clean, well appointed and everyone had their own space. We had Nelia cook dinner for us the first night and it was a great decision as our flight was delayed and we got in a bit later than expected. The food was delicious and my daughter said it was the best fish she’d ever had. We did two excursions with Clinton and his crew and had so much fun. They were so knowledgeable , helpful and made it so easy by picking us up from the dock in the backyard. We took a lunch food tour and that helped acquaint us with some of the many fabulous restaurants. Loved the location as it’s not too far from town or Secret Beach. The owners and the management company were beyond helpful and responsive. Every single person we came into contact on this trip was warm, friendly and welcoming. The only non-welcoming thing was the mosquitoes! Bring bug spray. We will 100% be back and I recommend this house without reservation. My kids all said this was the best trip we’ve taken yet.

This place was very spacious and comfortable. Only fault that happened was 2 1/2 days of power outages. There for no air conditioning,food spoilage in the fridge plus one of our guests had food poisoning so flushing the toilet became quite the issue.
It is completely understandable that this was out of the owners control ( maybe invest in a backup generator in the future). Plus I wish that somehow we could have been accommodated for our inconveniences.
Overall a great place to stay, our hosts were were very friendly.

House is just as listed! Very clean and spacious. Myself and my 4 adult sons enjoyed 5 nights in our own rooms and bathrooms... thinking we should have brought more people! Easy check in and check out and good communication with on site managers. They arranged our golf cart rental and airport pick up and drop off, as well as connecting us with Clinton for the day of snorkeling and private trip to Caye Caulker. The house is on the quiet side but close enough to everything to still be able to get out every night. Close to cute store and breakfast place and 15 minutes to Secret Beach one direction and many bars and restaurants the other direction. Will definitely be back to visit!

Los Encantos was the perfect stay for group of 8 teens and adults. The property manager and caretakers were helpful in all aspects of our vacation from transfers, to excursions, to golf cart rentals, and recommendations. Los Encantos was conveniently located for excursions, with it own private dock. Clinton was an excellent guide on our snorkel day trip to Caye Caulker. We highly recommend this property!

This is the most beautiful property in the BEST location on the island. Its north of town a bit so its quiet but easy to get to town or the secret beach (right next to the turn off road, so convenient!). The house was so much better than I thought it would be, if possible! Harley, Nevia (the caretakers) are the nicest people and so helpful.

Clinton and his son Omar are the kindest and warmest people you will meet, they genuinely want you to enjoy your trip and will make it happen just the way you and your family want it. They are knowledgeable, fun and provide all of the best excursions while taking the best care of you and your family to really enjoy your trip and Belize itself. 100% the best place to stay and the best people to tour with. I hope to return again one day.

This place is so much better than the pictures which is difficult to imagine since they pictures were what made us book it in the first place. The house was very clean, private, quite, and really made us feel at home. The communication from Kristie was so wonderful, wanting to make sure that every aspect of our trip, getting from the ferry/airport to the house and back, if we wanted a personal chef, expeditions, etc. The best part is Harley and his wife that were there for anything you could possibly need while there. Dinner ideas, activities, and everything in between. They even helped get lovely floral displays for our wedding anniversary and put in our house while I took my wife out for dinner.

My family and I stayed there May 13-May 20. Booked for seven days there were (11) of us in total a large family gathering for Mothers Day get-a-way. My brothers and uncles had there own hotel in town. (8) of us rented the house I supplied mgt with all the names of coming and let them know this was a family vacation, we got there on Saturday May 13th, we came in at different time because we were not all coming from the same state. was charged 40.00 to be picked up from the airport and brought to the villa. First day we went to dinner and second day laid around the pool, the third day I was sent an email stating that we used 3 inches of water and no one outside of registered guest are allowed to us tacitly which I understand if you are talking about the pool but to say you have a guest and they can't use the bathroom or sink to wash their hands is CRAZY and not what we paid almost 5,000 US for. How can you tell a guest we paid a lot of water and we might not have enough for your stay and can you please visit your other family during the day so you don't use as much water. We felt so uncomfortable that we spent most of the rest of the days outside of the house as to not cause an issue. One of my aunt was so insulted she left yes she changed her ticket and left because she no longer felt comfortable. The house was beautiful the location is fine, the cleaning lady and her husband who takes care of the property was amazing but the management of the property was not.

We enjoyed our stay. Any questions we had were quickly answered. There was sargassum which we were bummed about that doesn’t reflect on the property owners. The Villa completely filled our needs. The AC worked great, beds comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The transport from and to the airport along with the golf carts awaiting on the property were awesome and they handled the Tropic Air arrangements. Resulted in carefree worries over scheduling them.

Such a perfect property for our group. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had two couples and two single people and everyone had their own space. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The owner and caretakers live on site and were available any time we needed something. The views were stunning and I would rent the place again. The property is in great condition and well maintained. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and San Pedro, but far away enough from the noise and traffic. We felt completely safe at Los Encantos, in San Pedro and throughout the island. There is a lot of room to spread out in the house; each bedroom has plenty of space. Kitchen is functional and have plenty of wares. Drinking water is provided. The onsite property manager, Harley and his wife are wonderful host, ready to assist you in anyway. Checking in is very smooth, all transportation were arranged by management company upon your arrival to Belize City. We utilized the recommended tour guide, Ali Mermaid (Clinton) for our activities; highly recommended. Overall, we enjoyed our one week stay and would recommend this listing for a single family or sharing with multiple families. PS, definitely have he housekeeper cook you a traditional Balizean meal, her key lime pie is delicious.

The property was better than expected. The on-site caretakers Harley and Vevia were amazing and super nice. Clinton took us on different excursions and is awesome! The house was perfect for 6 ladies. And no need to do any clean when you leave which is a huge bonus! It truly was a trip for the books! Don't use Rocks for your golf cart rental. Had issues all trip!!

Everything was great from the moment we arrived at the airport. Transportation was provided to the property where we were met by Harley who immediately gave us access and a detailed tour of the property. Harley and his wife Nevea make an excellent host for the property and will make sure that all of your needs and request are met. Harley then introduced us to Clinton who helped us to schedule any and all activities that we wanted to do. Everything flowed so well.

This was our 8th trip to Belize (7th trip to San Pedro itself!) And Los Encantos was easily one of the best places we've stayed! It's perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of being in town with a white sand beach, the inground salt water pool overlooking said beach is absolutely incredible too! Janice, Nevia & Harley were attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. An absolutely great team! The house was huge & accommodated my whole family super comfortably (there were 8 of us total!), It was clean upon arrival and was tended to every other day :) a fairly quick golf cart ride into town or to Secret Beach (15-30ish depending how fast your cart goes) and lovely for when you're ready to enjoy peace and quiet/relax for the evening! 11/10 would stay again!

Three couples came to visit San Pedro area. The staff was onsite and all our arrangements from transportation to any excursions were taken care of and organized for us. Harley and Nevia, the caretakers, were friendly and helpful to any of our needs. Nevia cooked for us twice during our stay and we all agreed was our favorite meals during the trip. Clinton took us snorkeling and fishing and did a great job planning everything including cooking us the lobster and fish we caught back at the villa. It was secluded and felt like we had the place to ourself while still being a 10-30 minutes golf cart ride to Secret Beach and other bars and restaurants. The locals were incredibly helpful, friendly , and a great source of recommendations. We highly recommend taking the short flight through Tropic Air from Belize City to the island. It had amazing views. The property manager handled all our reservations and taxis. If you are looking for a relaxing and fun getaway this place will do it. The place was very clean and had plenty of bed and bathrooms to give everyone their privacy while staying together.

The home is beautiful and looks exactly as advertised on VRBO. There are 4 bedrooms, tastefully decorated, with 4 full baths. The decor and furnishings have been beautifully updated and the views of the sea are breathtaking. One nice surprise was that the 4th bedroom and bathroom are detached, so if you’re traveling with grandparents they can have private space. However, I would not want to have young children in that room. Janice is amazing! She handled everything for us, from our Tropic Air flights, to the golf carts, airport transfer, and arranging for a home cooked meal in our kitchen. Nevia will cook your group a home cooked meal (lots of menu options), and hers was better than most restaurant meals we had that week. She was friendly and fun to have have around the property. We also had a shrimp ceviche made for an afternoon snack after being at the beach, which hit the spot after a day in the sun. Harley is on site 24/7 and was also helpful and friendly with a lot of good recommendations for things to see and do on the island. We were well cared for during our stay and loved it so much that we bought a similar property nearby, thanks to Janice’s tip. One added bonus is that the road to Secret Beach is right next to the home, so it only took 15 minutes a to get to Secret Beach. And getting to San Pedro is also about 15 minutes. We were 10 minutes or so from Truck Stop, and less than that to Tipsy Lobster. We took all of our catch from a day of boating to Tipsy Lobster, and they made a great spread for us with a variety of lobster dishes. It was delicious! If you’re looking for a home in San Pedro, we found this to be the perfect home for our family. Our 5 children range in age from 11-18 and we had plenty of room for everyone. Thank you Kristin, Dustin, Janice, Nevia, and Harley! We will not forget your hospitality!

1st Trip to Belize
We stayed at this property for a week in March. This was a fantastic house. It is very clean and spacious. The pool and beach/pier area are well maintained, quiet and very relaxing. Janice at Reef Management was so helpful with setting up our Tropic Air flights, golf cart rental and Covid tests. Nevia cooked dinner for our group 2 nights. Those 2 dinners were some of the best food we ate all week. She is a fantastic cook and does a great job tidying up the house. We used Clinton at Ali Mermaid for our excursions. The snorkeling was the best we have ever experienced. We saw tons of fish, sea turtles and rays. Shark Alley was the highlight of our trip. This was all of our first trip to Belize. It will not be our last!! I will definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend to anyone with a large group.

Wonderful communication with our host ! She lined up everything from airport transfer , to golf carts to having someone come to the house to do our Covid tests for re-entry to the Us. We loved the huge porches and bird feeders , pool and pier amazing . The view was spectacular!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!! Definitely an A+

Beautiful home... Incredible Hosts
Incredible home in a perfect setting. Beach access and a great pool. The home had everything it needed but if you are missing something Harley and Nevia will get it for you.
They work so hard maintaining the homes and grounds. Nevia is an incredible cook and they are both the nicest people in the world.
If there is any negative at all its the horrible road out to the property. The pot holes are too numerous to count and golf carts don't have the suspension to protect you.

We had 9 of us stay at this villa and it was wonderful! The property was beautifully maintained and it’s at a great location. We were picked up by 2 vans that brought us directly to the resort which made it so easy. . It was nice to have the boat excursion pick us up from the dock right out front. We had groceries and alcohol delivered and stored away for us upon arrival. Everything we needed was there! Highly recommend and we’ll be back soon!

Wonderful property and staff!
We had 9 of us stay at this villa and it was wonderful! The property was beautifully maintained and it’s at a great location. We were picked up by 2 vans that brought us directly to the resort which made it so easy. . It was nice to have the boat excursion pick us up from the dock right out front. We had groceries and alcohol delivered and stored away for us upon arrival. Everything we needed was there! Highly recommend and we’ll be back soon!
