We rented this house for a final weekend with best friends before the girls move away to college. It was the perfect place. We relaxed and enjpyed family and friend time, floated down the water, made fires, and played games. It was just what we needed to prepare for this next season in our lives.

Great location, close to downtown Blue Ridge but still a peaceful river cabin.

This is a great property. You can be together but there are separate spaces as well. The downstairs area was great and was the separate bedroom down there. Nice big yard which we didn't get to use as much as we were hoping due to wet weather. We did enjoy the firepit though. My husband and son fished but were hindered by the TVA water release so keep that in mind if you plan to fish or use the river. One thing to note as well, the steps down to the yard are stone, are uneven and can get slippery. Lighting at night is not good. This was an issue for older people in our group. The proximity to Blue Ridge was great. It made it really easy to run to town if we needed something. It was much more accessible than some places we have stayed. Blue Ridge is a great little town and this is a good choice if you are staying in the area.

Overall the location is excellent, quiet, and not far from shopping, downtown, and activities. The property is a good size with comfort space for large groups. The only downside was that the cleanliness/maintenance leaves something to be desired. Understanding the property is large, personally I would want to see more focus on cleaning the showers and floors and being wood floors, it would be nice if there was a broom or something similar available to help keep tidy during your stay. Overall, I would consider staying again. Communication from the property management was detailed and informative.

This house location is on point. The view, the yard, the nice area outside for a camp fire. My family had a blast.

Such a wonderful place everything was perfect.

Our family of 4 and another family of 4 stayed here for spring break. The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has lots of room for families. The game room downstairs was used daily for ping pong matches. The kids enjoyed the large, flat yard for softball and soccer while us parents enjoyed sitting around the firepit with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well-stocked and perfect for cooking meals together. We could not get the fireplace working initially and the issue was taken care of swiftly. We would highly recommend this cabin and rental company.

We had a great family trip to Toccoa Sunnyside. The guys could walk out to fish when the water slowed down from the dam generating. We loved hanging by the fire pit and driving into town.
It’s definitely a keeper.

The cabin was great for a weekend getaway and situated on a good stretch of River

The cabin was extremely nice, and quiet. The location is excellent! Very peaceful setting by the river.
4.7
The property is beautiful! We loved sitting by the fire and look at the river. We would come again.

The property is incredible. The yard for us was the selling factor. Being in the mountains and having a yard isn’t very common. The River was beautiful everyone did a cold plunge and had some great laughs. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

I surprised my girlfriend (now fiancée) with a trip to this wonderful home. The owner kept a perfect secret and let my parents and her parents sneak up there and set up early. This property will definitely be in my memories for the rest of my life and we will be back!
4.7
The house is absolutely beautiful! We loved playing ping pong and sitting in the hot tub. If you like to fly fish, the River levels fluctuate about 3 feet during the day so you can’t always get out to the middle of the river. Overall, it was a great house!

We stayed in this home for Thanksgiving and overall we were pleased with the stay. We only had a couple minor things arise. The home could use some new pots and pans and in general, a better stock of kitchen cookware. Second, the bath towels/kitchen towels were limited and not the best quality. Other than those things the house is great and we had timely responses from the management company anytime we had questions.
4.7
Overall we had a great time!

This place was perfect for our group. We loved staying on the river, fishing and cooking samores over the outdoor fire pit. The kids loved the four bunk beds on the lower level. A great place to stay during the fall.

Mineral Bluff home is very roomy with a mountain cabin feel. Had 8 multi-generation family members including two children. All the comforts of home, but as the owner points out, cell service is "iffy", and internet is adequate. The DirectTV service/receiver was down, but were still able to stream on TV using the internet. The steps heading down to the river from the home could use improvement. The Toccoa River goes from a gentle, rolling stream to a fast moving, high water when TVA is generating upstream at the dam. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with downtown nearby, and points of interest (waterfalls, hiking, fishing, orchards) closeby.

Overall good stay

Location, location, location! This beautifully decorated house sits right on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, GA. From the large backyard, to the fire pit, to the two outside decks, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect and peaceful view.

We really loved it we floated on the river behind house and will consider coming back next year

Property is beautiful!! The house is gorgeous and the views are wonderful. We had 10 people (6 adults and 4 kiddos) and the space was perfect and room for everyone. Communication was easy and when an issue arose we received an answer back very quickly. We planned to stay here again.

We booked this cabin because we were celebrating our son's 13th birthday. We were super excited too because this cabin was on the river and had a flat lot. These kids are all very active kids and playing baseball or football is a must. The cabin setup was ideal for adults being upstairs and the kids being downstairs. The cabin was easy to access and was super close to downtown which had several activities for these 13 teen-year-olds. We floated down the river twice, note that it took 3.5 hours the first time because the river was slow and then 2.0 hrs the 2nd time. The kids loved it and had a lot of fun.
Some of the drawbacks of this cabin:
If you are renting in the summer please know that there is only one AC unit that controls both the basement and the upstairs and it's dual zoned. It was always hotter upstairs even with ALL the fans going and the 2ndary bedroom is always especially hot. Our best friends own an AC company and he advised that they need to have two units. The owner should invest in another unit for those summer rentals.
The house wasn't cleaned, there was prior renters' clothing in the downstairs bedroom, the hot tub wasn't clean, the shower's tile was dirty, and the floors weren't clean either. There weren't enough towels for everyone (10 guests) because there were no bathmats in any of the bathrooms so you had to use the towels or water would cover the floors because the shower doors don't stay close. Also, the trash cans were full from the prior renters.
The kitchen wasn't stocked with enough items to cook. One pan was disgusting and needed to be thrown out. There weren't enough spoons for the kids to eat their cereal.
The internet is TERRIBLE. You weren't able to connect your phones or laptops, and you weren't able to connect to STARZ or Netflix (it rained two days we were there) We rent a lot of Blueridge and we've never had issues with the internet in this area. The cabin that we rent every fall is less than 6 miles and we have streamed GA games on their outside TV with no issues.
The sectional couch and the outside furniture were dirty. The outside furniture was so gross we didn't want to sit on them. The downstairs rug is cute but is dirty and needs a pad underneath it to keep it from moving. We tripped on it several times.
The river was awesome but it was difficult to fish the river because everything has grown up and the lines kept getting caught on everything. I would suggest that they cut it back and maintain it.
The property manager was super responsive and sent the cleaning people out to clean the hot tub and empty the trash cans. There wasn't anything else he could do about the other issues.
The kids had a lot of fun, but the adults found it less than fun.

Beautiful Cabin
Our family and close friends had a wonderful time at this cabin! We had plenty of space for 7 of us. The kids enjoyed the game room/hang out room! Can’t wait to visit again! Quick response time from host!

This cabin was gorgeous and exactly what we needed for a fun friends trip. The yard was massive so we enjoyed a lot of outdoor time and the house had plenty of space for 9 of us. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and everyone had a spot. The location to the river was so nice. Some of the guys enjoyed some fishing and it was beautiful to sit by and enjoy drinks or have a fire in the fire pit. We can't wait to stay here again. Our only qualm with this place with the internet speed. We had trouble loading anything on our phones/facetiming and had a lot of lagging with any streaming service we tried to use on the tvs. It wasn't a huge deal because we enjoyed lots of outdoor time but the internet could definitely use an upgrade.

Wonderful stay. Cabin was clean and in great shape. Property needs a larger trash can, but other than that, no complaints!

We really enjoyed our time here. Extremely clean, plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 active kids. Cabin had everything we needed. Hot tub was ready to enjoy upon arrival. We filled up our garbage bin quickly and with a quick email someone was at the property to take away the trash. Rental process and checking in/out was easy.

Tranquility...
If peace and tranquility is what you desire in a vacation, this is the spot for you. So beautiful even in the fall/winter season. And I love that we had all the comforts of home; washer and dryer with soap, throws for the living room and family room areas, and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much all of the appliances and tools you have in your own kitchen! I was able to make a cake, waffles, multiple pancakes at a time, etc. But I also LOVED the easy to use gas grill. We were able to enjoy each and every meal. Plus, games to keep us occupied! What can I say... We loved it and can't wait to do it again.
