This beautiful townhome is waiting for you! Spacious and beautifully decorated, offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, spacious kitchen open to living areas for easy entertaining. Master bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, tiled shower and soaking tub. Two other bedrooms feature full and queen size beds. Other amenities include laundry room, 1 car garage, screened porch, community pool, walking distance to Gascoigne Bluff park that offers picnic areas, fishing pier and a dock. Fully equipped with all necessities to enjoy your vacation and feel like at home!
The Space:
Entire place. Kitchen, living, dining and screened porch on main level. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and laundry room on second level. One car garage, driveway space allows for 2 cars.
Guest Access:
Self check-in. Electronic lock.
The Neighborhood:
This is a townhome community with easy access to the causeway, nearby park and fishing pier. Community pool.
Getting Around:
Bike or drive to the beach and restaurants
Other Things to Note:
No parking allowed on the street. Guests must be able to park in driveway and not blocking the sidewalk and/or part of the street. Additional guest parking spaces are available throughout the complex. No refunds for unexpected and out of our control events such as, but not limited to, weather, amenities closure for repairs. We will communicate of any community amenities closure as soon as we are notified by the community association.
