A great time at the lake house. Beautiful!!! Will be back again.

We spent a week here for a family vacation with ages 55-10 years old. It had EVERYTHING we could need except the linens and towels, which we brought from home.
House was very clean and the layout was as perfect for two families to stay comfortably.
The lake is quiet, peaceful and clean. The kids loved kayaking/paddle boarding to the little island with rope swings.just off the property. It was the hit of the vacation!
We also rented the boat and it was fantastic. It’s worth the extra $$. We did sunset cruises nightly and got some great pictures. Kids also loved jumping off of it. It definitely just needs a stronger anchor!
We highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and quiet vacation!

We found this home to be absolutely perfect and just what our family was looking for in a summer vacation! From the moment we entered the front door, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the gorgeous lakefront views from the many large windows. It was organized, labeled, and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the back garage. We were so thankful for the convenience of being able to use the quality kayaks, paddle boards, and clean life jackets to enjoy the lake instead of having to pack and bring our own along. The rental binder was also very helpful in leading us to discover Turtle Cove as well as some other hidden treasures in the area. This home truly had everything that we could have needed and wanted, including a comfortable reclining chair and large screen TV for my father who is in his 80's. Even though the weather was rainy and dreary at times while we were there, we felt that even a rainy day was a good, peaceful day at this lovely home! We hope to return soon! Thank you to Woody, the property manager, and the owners for renting this beautiful home to us.

“Can we come here again Grammy?” was the question repeatedly asked on the last day of our week long stay at this impressive lakefront home. Our 6 grandchildren (ages 2-12) seemed to only leave the pristine lake when it was time to eat.
The property is exactly as listed! We made good use of the kayaks, paddle boards, and playground at the club house. The house was stocked with games and puzzles for all ages, but the weather was so warm and beautiful, most of our time was spent outdoors enjoying the lake and the abundance of wildlife. We also rented the Pontoon boat for the week in order fish beyond the dock. The kids mostly caught Sunnys, but several large mouth Bass were also snagged. (To ease my worries, the garage was equipped with ample life vests in EVERY size.)
The layout of the tastefully decorated house is ideal for a large family. The first floor contains a large family room, bedroom with bath, and bunk bed room that opens out onto the patio. The second floor includes the well appointed kitchen, great room with dining area, 3 season room, master bedroom with bath, additional large bedroom, and hall bath with washer and dryer. Our adult children appreciated having their own bathroom for themselves and their children. Everything is exactly as pictured!
Should you have a question or issue during your stay, the very helpful property manager is only a text or phone call away.

This is our second summer staying here and we had a wonderful time. Perfect place for a big family. There was always something to do. Even our teens and pre-teens were never bored.
The house has everything we needed and Woody was very friendly.
Thank you for another memorable family vacation.

We had a great time. The house was in good condition and right on the lake with a nice view. The amount of kayaks and paddle boards was awesome for our group. It is a quieter lake, so not a lot of boat traffic from other groups.

We had wounderful time. The house was clean, warm and cozy. Location is great. Property manager responds quick. We even received new year theme napkins, cookies and a "Thank you" card from the owner as a complimentary, which was a very nice surprise. We are planning to rent it again in a summer time. Thank you.

Stayed with family for a week in Aug. We all had a great time. Plenty of room, beds were a bit uncomfortable and cleaning crew could be better. Overall great time on the lake, use of the boat, grill for dinners, fishing, campfires and sitting in the sun room. Owner and property manager Woody very responsive. Will enjoy renting again for more summers to come.

the stay was great. We had issues with the boat. Either the batteries were bad or the charge did not work properly.

This was a fabulous place for us to stay. It was near family that we were visiting and offered a beautiful backdrop and tons of fun water activities. The property is extremely clean and Woody was super responsive when we needed help. Although they couldnʻt repair the pontoon boat, the fact that they contacted a boat repairman was excellent. There were many kayaks, paddle boards and floaties to enjoy the lake! Love this home and would stay again next year.

Had an amazing weekend with family at this house. It was everything they said it was. House was clean, plenty of space for all. Pontoon boat was great. Lots of time on the lake fishing, swimming and kayaking. Lake was really clear. Looking forward to another weekend at the lake.

We enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing weekend away at this gorgeous lake house. Thirteen women slept comfortably, cooked and enjoyed meals, went on walks, kayaked, roasted marshmallows around the fire pit, etc. Particular highlights were the sunroom where morning coffee and conversations were enjoyed, sitting on the dock enjoying the breathtaking view (sunsets!), and the large dining area where everyone fit around the table and island. The kitchen is well stocked with every small appliance that you could need to make meals. The beds and blankets are super comfortable. Super fast wifi even when 13 people were online at once. We will be back in the fall to enjoy the fall colors!

A group of us spent the week before the New Year lounging at the property. The lake was mostly frozen so we did not do any water activities, but the place was large enough for six adults to relax. We were Covid-cautious and the space allowed us to maintain social distance. We also appreciated the decks of cards, fully-stocked kitchen, and windowed porch, so we could play games and relax. Also great was that the property did not have scented products (i.e., no plug-ins, scented candles, etc.) since some members of our group have fragrance sensitivities and I had forgotten to mention it, but turns out it was a non-issue since no such products were used anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

We live in the area and needed extra room for our friends for the weekend. The house gave us exactly what we needed and our friends were very impressed with the accommodations. We’ll definitely use it again.

2 couples recently stayed at this home for a long weekend. Unfortunately we picked the weekend when Hurricane Ian was finding it's way up north, so the weather was cloudy/rainy and cold. We couldn't get out and hike as much as we'd hoped, so we left a day early. The house had a nice layout and was well equipped. Having lots of bedroom choices was helpful. Had the weather been nice the view out onto the lake would have been awesome. You couldn't really walk the neighborhood the way it was laid out. There aren't a lot of hiking areas right nearby, but we did drive around a few state parks which were nice. The only problem we had was the refrigerator froze a number of the food items we brought and we had to throw them out. We didn't think the settings looked weird, but something was definitely up.

This house was excellent! Spacious, very clean, well-stocked, and the views/lake access are incredible. The layout worked well for our group: adults in the king rooms and kids in the fun bunk room. The furniture and bedding were all new and in excellent shape. Property manager was super responsive and friendly. We took full advantage of all the SUPs, kayaks, and pontoon boat—it made vacation so easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!
We usually do a beach vacation, but the grandsons have been enjoying fishing so we decided to try the lake vacation. This was the most relaxing family vacation ever. There were three generations , 10 in our group, and everyone loved it. The owners have kayaks and paddle boards to use and we also rented their pontoon boat which really was a nice addition. It’s electric motor only on the lake, which made it nice to get around in the kayaks and paddle boards and we all enjoyed swimming in the lake too. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group and as shown. The owners were fabulous to deal with and quick to respond to emails. Sheets are not provided, but I ordered through Pocono Linens, and they were waiting for us. We’re looking forward to returning to this house in the future!

Family vacation
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this house and everything was perfect again. We rented the pontoon boat for the week and it was great to drive around the lake and fish from. We caught numerous fish and everyone enjoyed relaxing on the boat! The Check in process is simple and the house was clean. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook, you will not need to bring anything from home. All the bedrooms had enough blankets and the beds were comfortable. We all had a great time and hope to be back next year!

Summer Fun for the Entire Family
My third time renting this house! This time, my entire family from grandparents to grandkids enjoyed this lake house for a full week of summer fun! The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, even our picky elderly parents said they had wonderful nights of sleep. We enjoyed the boat, kayaks, paddle boards as well as fishing and swimming off the dock and boat. Because the lake only allows electric boats, it is very clean, quiet, and swimming is safe even for little ones (no jet skis or speed boats zipping by). We were there during the week of July 4th and enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show from the boat. After big family dinners cooked in the well stocked kitchen, we enjoyed sunset cruises; s'mores around the firepit; board games, movies, and foos ball late into the night.

2022 family vac
The home was as advertised. Clean and sufficient for a family of 14. Kids enjoyed the bunk room. All the beds had a good mattress. Kitchen was fully stocked, all the utensils and appliances needed. We also rented the pontoon boat for the week. It functioned well and was enjoyed by all the family members. The kids utilized the paddle boards and kyachs. Fishing was good off of the deck and the boat.

Great house and perfect location. We went with 3 families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The children had a blast in the downstairs living area. Big tv, plenty of games, and a great foosball table. Adults got to unwind upstairs while enjoying the beautiful lake views. House was very clean. Location was great. Perfect weekend. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Ski Vacation in Poconos
The house was perfect for three families for our ski vacation over Presidents' Day Weekend. Each adult couple had a master bedroom with king size bed. The teen kids shared the bunk room and our group also utilized the queen air mattress at the house for two little ones. Plenty of space to spread out, do our own thing, as well as gather for games, movies, and puzzles. The easy mostly-highway drive to both Jack Frost and Big Boulder mountains (both on Epic Pass) was about 20-25 minutes. Plenty of room in the garage to store ski equipment as well as hooks and coat racks in the house to hang wet snow pants, ski jackets, and helmets. Electric fireplace in basement was used often for cozy movie watching and reading. We cooked all of our family-style meals in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. Owners provided starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish pods, coffee, etc. Everyone enjoyed the spectacular views of the frozen lake behind the house and wildlife in the lake and around the house (geese, swans, deer, etc.). Though we had wanted to, we didn't get a chance to ice skate at the nearby clubhouse or sled in the neighborhood. Just too busy with other fun activities. So we will definitely be back next year for another ski/winter getaway! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect!
The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 3 families. Each set of parents had a king size bed, and their own bathroom. The 7 kids fit perfectly in the bunk room. Plus there was seating for everyone to lounge and also for everyone to eat together. The view of the lake is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool in the community and sledding in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Weekend Away
Stayed at this lovely, modern lakefront house for a three-day girls weekend away. I have rented many large houses over the past 15 years up and down the east coast from Maine to the Carolinas, and this home is one of the most clean, well-stocked, and comfortable homes in which I've ever vacationed! Upon entering, the house was extremely bright, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished. We cooked most of our meals at home and this kitchen had every appliance, utensil, tool, cookware, and bakeware that you could possibly need. The owners have thought of everything! The knives were sharp and the crockery plentiful with every type of bowl, plate, and glassware you could need! Loved that the house had little things that lots of other vacation homes don't have like serving platters, popcorn/chip bowls, and a fruit bowl. The beds, mattresses, quilts, pillows, and blankets were all so comfortable. No lumpy or saggy mattresses here! We all had wonderful, restful nights of sleep! The living room is large and spacious, plenty of room on the sectional couch, other chairs, and floor space to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably and was perfect for our large group meals. The sunroom was a favorite of our group for morning coffee, quiet reading, and enjoying the view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The rear garage was stocked with outdoor equipment including lawn games, kayaks, paddle boards, beach and adirondack chairs, and life jackets. We enjoyed kayaking off the private dock and relaxing in the adirondack chairs in the backyard with spectacular views of the lake and fall foliage covered mountains. We experienced a variety of wildlife wandering into the backyard or near the dock, including deer, ducks, chipmunks, and swans. The owners provided a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, Keurig pods, coffee filters, trash bags, and laundry pods, as well as bathmats and hand soap in every bathroom. Every light switch and kitchen cabinet was labeled! No guessing which one turns on the ceiling fan! It's these small details that really made our stay easy and comfortable. The owners were helpful with ideas for outings and very responsive with all our questions. Nothing broke or was amiss during our stay but I suspect that the owners would have been extremely responsive if anything were. I want to return to this house with my family to experience all four seasons!

Lovely lakefront house
New owners of this large, family-friendly house have done it up right for visitors. The location was the best in the area, complete with recreation equipment to use the lake and easy access to the clubhouse. The house was well-equipped in the kitchen. The TV systems were modern and had good instructions. Outdoors, the grill worked well, and we had a nice fire in the firepit. Access was easy. The owners were responsive and even welcomed my in-laws who had to stop by for a visit before we came. Would definitely stay again.
