Great location, cute house and stunning views. Needed to get hand soap and laundry detergent but that was fixed easily with a trip to the store. I would recommend adding more beach towels since there were only 3.

Loved the view and sound of the waves - great location.

This was an awesome location. The house is very small and could use a little lovin’ but fun place to stay!

We’ve always wanted to stay at a place right on the ocean. This place was perfect! Walked right out the door onto to beach. Dogs loved it too! Close to a cute area with delicious restaurants. There are steep stairs that you need to go down to the bedrooms and bathrooms, so wouldn’t recommend this place if stairs are difficult for you.

The house is in a great location on Miramar Beach (very close to Miramar Resort). The beach is beautiful and our dogs loved swimming in the ocean everyday. The house was very charming. I would recommend for about 3 people max as it’s tight quarters. It was so relaxing to hear the waves all day long. I would stay here again.

We had a fun and relaxing time at this property. It's right on the water, and at high tide you feel like the ocean is crashing beneath you. Seals/sea lions and dolphins frequently sighted. Rosewood resort's excellent restaurants are conveniently located nearby. We felt that some of the mixed reviews here were a bit off target. If you read the property description it is quite accurate so set expectations accordingly; note they've added a portable AC unit for times when you need to cool down a room, though the ocean breeze typically kept things pleasant during late August. About the stairs: well yes it is down on the beach, however note also that there's a public beach access driveway situated conveniently so you can get very close to the property for loading/unloading of your vehicle. All-in-all a good value with just about all the expected amenities

The petite beach abode, its a great place to stay on the oceanfront in Miramar. It's cosy and comfortable and we really enjoyed our 3-night visit.

We are getting too old to stay in places like this. Arrived at 7:30pm to 90 degree cottage. No ac, so thru open all windows and left for dinner. Texted the laminated “welcome and call this number for any questions” number and the person replied we had the wrong number! I texted that person the pic of the laminated number and welcome letter and he replied “I need to reach out AGAIN to have them remove my number.” No AC, terrible bed where everyone falls to the center (that’s the master/not bunk room bed pictured), house on the end by the public access to the beach where homeless congregate. You are so close to the ocean it’s too loud almost to sleep with windows open. We all slept terribly. Pros were ocean view, beach access, walkable to Rosewood bars and restaurant. We spent the same amt we would have to stay at a non ocean view room at rosewood, and if I had to do it again, I would pay the extra to just stay there for a good nights sleep, ac, service and the amenities. We stayed late October and it was too hot to sleep.

This property is lovely, on the beach, and would have gotten a better rating from us if it had been advertised a little more aptly. It’s a 2 minute and 45 second HIKE up and down multiple sets of stairs/steps to the house from the assigned parking space. With luggage, dog crates, groceries, etc., for 2 people with hip and knee issues. And inside the house, there is not a bathroom on the main living level- they are both downstairs with the bedrooms. It’s a steep set of about 15 stair treads to go to the bathroom. The beds and baths are great, the view is great, but we don’t recommend for anyone with any mobility issues.

Killer View!
The view was amazing. The beds were lush and dreamy.
We aren’t that tech savvy so it had lots of locks, fireplace, and TV controls for those who are.
The main bath was a little strange with the tub and no matter what you did water went everywhere.
But the stay was very nice’

Beautiful views!
This home was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We were 3 adults and could have used one more comfortable chair in the living room when we watched movies in the evening.
Property manager was always accessible and helpful. Our time in this home was like living on the bow of a ship with amazing ocean views from each room

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and has what we needed, except the fridge is small.
