KITCHEN & DINING
ENJOY our fully equipped kitchen, it should have most everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Anything in the kitchen is a go, just use good hygiene practices and ensure you're being being respectful of the next guest. Enjoy coffee on us because we know it's an essential start to everyone's day.

Exactly what we were looking for, house was clean well taken care of,and had nice extra supplies. we even were able to enjoy the pool/deck area a couple of days. Nice neighborhood, felt very safe going for walks but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend highly

We stayed here during a week of remodeling at our house nearby. We really appreciated our hosts attention to detail. We received prompt correspondence. The feeling of the house was cozy and updated, making us feel right at home. Everything was super clean too. My kid didn’t want to go home. I highly recommend staying here and will recommend to family who come to stay.

The property is exactly as pictured, beautiful all around, set up perfectly for ease of use with everything from cooking to laundry. We didn't need the third bedroom but if I was traveling with a larger group there would have been more than enough space and would not have felt cramped at all. The host was also amazing and responded quickly before the trip and during the trip, phenomenal communication, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for six adults. The accommodations are by far the nicest VRBO we’ve rented. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The home is conveniently located with easy access to the highway but in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Every aspect was awesome! We walked in the front door and felt at home! It was bright, clean and spacious! The owners were super easy to communicate with and loved that we could use anything in the kitchen (I.e. coffee, spices, butter, etc.). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this property. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had very good communication and follow up with the team. Only downside is the pool isn’t heated which we knew so it wasn’t a surprise.

Lovely home in a great location. Close to hiking. Gilbert has a cute downtown with fun restaurants. Too chilly to take advantage of the pool, but enjoyed the back terrace. The landscaping is beautiful. They have a number of beautiful saguaro trees- very unusual for the neighborhood. The house was immaculate. Very nicely furnished. By far, this was the best stocked VRBO we have ever rented - and we have rented a lot. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of fluffy towels. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. They have a nice booklet on things to do and places to visit. Plus a bottle of wine. Communication is great. Definitely would stay here again.

Great weekend getaway w/ kids
We were visiting a terminally ill family member and this house was just a 5-10 min drive away from them, so that’s the main reason we picked it, but it turned out to be convenient in more ways than that. The house is very clean, easy to find, and the pool was beautiful/clean. My kids (ages 5 & 9, neither able to swim on their own yet) LOVED the pool and I loved that there were only two ways to access the pool area: (1) through the sliding glass door, which had a safety lock I could use, and (2) through the master bath, which is super convenient when kids have to use the bathroom and are still soaking wet. Also convenient to go straight into the bathroom and shower or rinse off after swimming. The toiletries provided were good quality as well.
My only suggestion (not a complaint at all, merely a suggestion) is to have some sort of dresser/drawers in the rooms. The master had a walk in closet with shelves, but the other two rooms only had closets, so no place to put clothes that you aren’t hanging up (socks, underwear, etc).

Short Getaway
We've been coming to Phoenix every Spring for ten years to visit our son and his family. This was by far the very best! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. We will definitely come again. Great location for us and a fabulous pool.

Extremely safe neighborhood in Gilbert, secluded and quiet, yet close to fantastic downtown and any desired restaurants/shops! The patio is perfect for relaxing and dipping in the pool. The house is clean and freshly renovated - very comfortable!

There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and lounge when we weren’t out. Everything was neat and clean, and we enjoyed the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and pool floats! Great house in Gilbert
The house is exactly as pictured and spotless. We arrived in Phoenix on an early flight and the host was super helpful with our arrival, responding very quickly.
The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked. Having coffee supplied was a nice bonus. There were plenty of linens and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were supplied with lots of towels, some toiletries and plenty of hot water.
The pool and outdoor area were again, pristine, and the pool was great albeit cold since it was March!
The location in Gilbert was convenient to shopping and other amenities and close to the 60 to get to many other attractions.

The vacation home was absolutely wonderful. It is well appointed and the extras such as the keurig coffee provided and permission to use the food and drink that was left in the refrigerator was appreciated. The pool will be great for anyone staying during the hot weather. Thank you for your quick responses when we had questions. Our only complaint was accessing the front door with the keypad but fortunately the garage was easy access with the remote and you were very quick to help us when we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Ann"

Spring Training Vacation
We had a great time in this location. The property was nice and work great for our family of 4. It's close enough to everything including Cubs spring training games. Very nice neighbor hood. We really enjoyed it.
