Uber & Lyft are readily available and are very inexpensive. Should you rent a vehicle we offer plenty of parking spots feel free to park anywhere in the unmarked guest parking spots.

Our location means no noises from tenants and our Tropical Garden Lanai Views means no street traffic noise, or Pool Side commotion associated with other units in the complex. Our lanai has seats six comfortably and offers a smart TV and ceiling fan for comfortable morning coffees and nighttime movies.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, cherry cabinets, and is fully equipped with everything you would need. For coffee lovers we offer both Keurig and 12 cup coffee brewer.

Please note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. The condo is situated on the 1st floor for your convenience. You will receive the door code prior to your arrival for seamless access. All resort fees are paid directly to The Club upon arrival. All Cottages at Naples Bay Resort are not alike. Each is individually owned.

The registration fee is not taxable and is a check-in processing fee, time, collateral used, credit card processing etc.
Every guest is charged the registration fee and resort fee whether they are using the facilities or not.
