We enjoyed our stay! Great location!

Cute little house in great location. We stayed there while moving our freshman daughter into Auburn. It gave us the flexibility to have her stay with us or not until she felt settled. The central air was very good and kept us cool in August. Our only problem was that we could not find the washer / dryer - until we were leaving b/c it has an outside entry. Our fault!

We enjoyed the property and proximity to Auburn. We were able to walk to restaurants and Toomer's for lemonade. The house was comfortable and the beds were great. House is on a busy street but it didn't cause any issues.

The house is lovely and just what we needed for a few days to move our first-year student into the dorms at Auburn. Clean, great location and just as described.

Great location & nice house. We've now rented this house multiple times; and if we go back to Auburn, I'd rent it again.
I'm not sure one can find better - very nice 3 bedroom option for Auburn.

This house was a great option for us. Everyone had their own room. The house was clean and everything was as advertised! Location was good-closer than other houses to main campus. A little tricky to get in and out of the driveway with traffic but not a deal breaker for us! We will stay here again

This place was perfect for our trip to the Auburn Women’s Football Camp. We were close to the event site. The VRBO was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this adorable little house. This was a girls trip with my mother and cousin, we are from KY and had never visited Auburn before. This home had everything we needed. Spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, very clean high quality linens, 2 bathrooms, and just minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and only a few small suggestions comments:
- There was no laundry pictured on the rental listing. We had no idea it was available! We read the check-ut policy and it said nothing about where laundry was located, but it did say we needed to strip and load the washer with bed sheets, so we were confused. There was a side door that seemed to have no point of entry from inside the house (we assumed it was a closet full of yard tools so we didnt bother it). We only discovered on our last day that it was in fact the laundry room! It would be nice to have some instructions on where the laundry is located for those that plan to stay more than a few days.
-Toilet seat in the front bathroom was cracked upon arrival. Nobody wants a pinched butt cheek! Not a huge deal, just a nuisance
- locks on the side doors do not seal very well. It was very difficult to lock the side door next to the kitchen, and the side door off the back bedroom, which made us a little wary as three women in an unknown area travelling alone. Not a huge deal! But would provide a sense of safety if it was fixed.
We had a great time in this cute and cozy cottage

Just the right size for our weekend reunion with friends. The house was very charming. It has a great location - close to everything. House was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Looked like the bathrooms had been redone. Plenty of hot water. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall good stay. Excellent location, within walking distance to everything. A couple of minor things need to be updated/corrected. Things like soap dispensers needed to be filled, ( practically empty in all areas ) one of the bathroom showers did not work, hairdryer was missing. Again these were minor issues enjoyed our stay and very close to everything we needed while in Auburn.

Great property for a family stay. Close enough to downtown, and close to the people we were visiting. The only downside is the kitchen items it's not really stocked well enough to prepare food.

We loved our stay! House was a short walk from everything downtown and a short drive to the TigerTown area. Plenty of room for our whole family of 5. And the backyard was great for our dog! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed in the blue house for our daughter’s wedding in Auburn. It was perfect for walks downtown and for the kids to play in the backyard gazebo. We loved our stay.

Well the reason we had to stay was that our fur baby had to have a very serious surgery. The house was perfect for us. Host was assume.

It smells like an old cabin. The floor vents are completely covered with lint, dirt and gunk, I would think it could cause a fire. The yard area could be so pretty but it is all overgrown and has not been take care off. The side and back porch was completely covered with tree branches, leaves and debris. As others have said, the traffic noise is very loud and very hard to get in and out of driveway since it is on Glenn. Bedroom only has blinds but no curtains, so it is very bright and hard to sleep with the light and noise.

We enjoyed our stay at this historic home! Definitely had character. The location was great and worked well for us to stay in while moving a child to Auburn.

We stayed here as a family for a few days as we moved our oldest into the dorm at Auburn. Great location and suited our needs well.

This home is very old and cute and has great potential. The positive is both king beds were very comfortable (needs mattress covers). Both bathrooms are really nice, except only bath soap was man's body wash. The bedroom with the two twin beds has a wood/glass door going to the outside that does not have blinds or drapes allowing anyone to look in. This was a BIG issue being that we had two little girls staying in the room. Other issues.....most of the blinds did not have a wand to open them, most of the lamps did not work, kitchen could use more supplies. Also, it could be cleaner (horrible very thick dust under beds......I had to get on all fours to get something I dropped......it was scary under there!) With some TLC, this place would be nice.

This charming house is ideal for a visit to Auburn. It’s an easy walk to Toomers and campus. The porch is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. We loved how the house has much of the original work still intact. I recommend booking this house!

Charming home with plenty of space, nice yard space for the dog, great front porch and a location that can’t be beat for proximity to AU. Highly recommend if you want to be near many conveniences yet just a short drive from Chewacla State Park. Would definitely stay here again!
