The perfect place for a couple or the business individual looking for the comforts of home away from home. Newly remodeled home has a nostalgic feel, up to date modern interior, and modern furnishings. Central heat & air thru out the whole house. Bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser, make up mirror and chair, and a 42" Roku TV. Full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Utility room has a full size washer & dryer and features a roomy walk in closet. The living room features two breakfast bars and four bar stools for a great dining experience! Two dining trays are also provided. Modern furnishings with 3 foot ottomans, 2 end tables, and a 42" Roku TV complete the living room. The bathroom has all the essentials needed and features a very nice walk-in shower. Private parking with room for up to a 30ft camper trailer or RV and 1 vehicle with an available 30 amp hook up. Work or play, this is the perfect place to stay!! **Extended stays are welcome. Inquire about rates and availability.

This property is located perfectly for day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, and White Sands. The house is a clean, cool, and calm oaises. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics for cooking (spices & EVOO). Great restaurants close by.

We stayed here for 14 days during a work transition and it became our home away from home. This house was perfect for our needs while we stayed in Carlsbad. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware, and the washer and dryer is a huge help/blessing. The host, Donny, is super friendly, helpful, and communicative. The house is located next to two parks in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. We will definitely stay here again next time through and highly recommend it to others.

Nice, quiet spot to come back to while exploring Carlsbad Caverns. It was great to be able to do our laundry right at the house while relaxing. House is small, but didn't feel it, and had everything we needed. Also, in a nice quiet neighborhood, with a pretty church opposite. Donny, the host, checked in via text frequently to make sure everything was going well. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay! House was clean and neat, kitchen well-stacked to cook. Comfortable bed, quiet road. Only about 30 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns and under an hour for Guadalupe Mountain. Host was great with checking in and keeping us informed. We used the host-provided list of restaurants nearby for a few meals and really enjoyed our choices. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed a few nights as part of a roadtrip to see Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Cavern. It was a great spot to rest up after our hikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. The bed was comfy and much needed for a good night’s sleep. Quiet location and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great stay!

You know how when you find a great babysitter for your kids, who's so good with them, and always available etc? And you don't want to tell your neighbors about her/him because then they won't be available for you? Well that is Donny Martinez and his place in Carlsbad. He is 100% that guy, super kind and responsive, and it feels like home when you are there. I give it 5 stars +. Just please don't use the place when I need it! ;) -Tom

Our host was organized, professional, welcoming and helpful. My husband I stayed three nights for a Carlsbad Thanksgiving visit. Our place was clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to our family. The kitchen was helpful for prepping a couple of dishes. We would return here for our annual Carlsbad Thanksgiving.

The property was just what we needed. We mainly booked it for the driveway. We had a jeep pulling a uhaul trailer and it was advertised as having the space. There was a trailer parked the driveway but still had just enough for our vehicles.

This little spot was perfect for single/couple travels. The location is great for National Park adventures. Host was extremely diligent and kind. Had a problem with some noisy neighbors, but it was handled. Bed was comfortable, and the coffee was fresh. Would come back when in the area!

This house is small, but comfortable. It's in a convenient location close to shopping and dining as well as Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. Donny has done his best to make sure you have everything you need including all the kitchen necessities, Kleenex, a vanity mirror and chair, and a warm welcome gift. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom and the internet is great. The fridge is smaller than usual so plan accordingly! Tip: All the faucets are reversed including the showers, so in order to get hot water you should barely turn it on. Overall it was a great stay!

The description says it all. This is a basic, yet very comfortable, casita-style guesthouse conveniently located to attractions, shopping and restaurants in Carlsbad. The guesthouse is appropriately furnished with everything needed to prepare meals, relax, do laundry, and sleep comfortably. We’d definitely recommend it to other travelers!

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to see the National parks in the area. The house was perfect for our short stay in Carlsbad. It is located just 20 minutes form the caverns and only 48 minutes from Guadalupe Mountains NP. We did both parks in one day. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans and the essentials needed to cook basic food. It was nice to be able to cook after staying in hotels for a couple of days. Donny was a great host, communication was prompt. He even provides laundry essentials which was great as we traveled from Big Bend NP and needed to do some laundry. Definitely recommend this house!

Perfect location for our visit to Guadalupe and Carlsbad Cavern — our hosts were super responsive and so friendly. Loved having a washer and dryer and also really loved being right across the street from a Catholic Church !! The only thing missing from this sweet little getaway would be some wall hooks, a hair dryer, and Kleenex. Truly a great stay!

For a three night stay this fit the bill for having all the basics of a clean, comfortable stay for visiting the nearby parks. Donny’s comm was great and the welcome gifts were a nice and not common touch. We’d stay here again.
