Welcome to The Norton House, a classic Northern Michigan experience.
With tall trees and sweeping valley views, enjoy our 3 acres of Northern Michigan space and tranquility. This property feels like a vacation oasis with our fenced very private yard and layout.
Enjoy our Private Dock & Private Mooring Ball on Beautiful Lake Charlevoix.
Transverse to and from our private dock on our Golf-Cart or simply walk the 3 blocks down a private sand alleyway to the shore. With 3 Acres of privacy to unwind and run around you and the kids will love it.
Plenty of private parking onsite for trailers, Boats / RVs or a large SKI group.
Enjoy sweeping valley views from our covered balcony; enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of vino. Stunning sunrise over Boyne Mountain foothills.
Semi-Fenced Yard for privacy.

Bring all the Water Toys and enjoy our Private Dock!!! Soft sand bottom around our dock, perfect for small children with shallow sandy area. Huge Dock Landing for sitting and sun worshipping.
Our home has 4 large bedrooms and 3 beautiful full bathrooms.
Sleeps 13 guests very comfortably, very open floor plan, large home, lots of space to relax and spread-out.
Very nice dead-end street, 2 other homes, very private.
Brand New Smart Central AC & Heat for those warmer or cooler nights. Plus Fiber Optic Wifi to work remote.
Two large fully stocked kitchens, everything onsite to cook or bake, fantastic house for two families!
Very Child / Infant / Baby friendly home, everything onsite a traveling parent would require. Full Size wood crib in upstairs master bedroom see pictures.

House has two Master-Suite bedrooms; one lower level with a beautiful Walk-Out / patio seating area.

Tons of child accommodations: 2 wood cribs, 2 Pack & Play, Kids toys, books, 2 sound machines, 1 stroller, 2 highchairs, plates, bottles & silverware, baby monitor, jogger & stroller, books, toys…etc.
