Welcome to Bleu on 2 our custom luxury getaway in the increasingly popular Sister Bay. 201 is a spacious seventeen hundred square foot, three bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental located on the breathtaking bluff of Sister Bay. The stunning beauty of this property was captured by local Door County Photographer--Luke Collins. This property combines sheer elegance with a modern vibe while incorporating Door County flare. You can find numerous Door County books, a wood crafted Door County map as well as other Door County décor. While you sip your morning coffee you can enjoy our hand crafted stone statue mimicking the tradition of rock stacking seen throughout the shores of Door County. These details will definitely get you in the mood to explore Sister Bay and the neighboring villages.

The views and convenience of Sister Bay are what make this location on the bluff so breathtaking. You are able to walk to everything Sister Bay has to offer. Enjoy all the Door County staple restaurants, numerous gift and specialty shops, amazing beach and marina access and Waterfront Park of Sister Bay. Location is everything. Live music is available at times at Sister Bay Beach and other nearby businesses. At times this can be heard & enjoyed from our patio. Within minutes you're able to explore Ellison Bay, Ephraim, Baileys Harbor, Fish Creek and many more. It is a quick 15 miles to the Washington Ferry. The discovery and fun are at your fingertips.

*Bleu on 2 will accommodate 7-8 GUESTS with ease and comfort. We recommend the "top bunk" be used for children or one adult only. The upper bunk is a full./double and may sleep 2 small children. The renter must determine the size/age of the children and determine if the upper bunk will accommodate 1-2 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with the luxury August Haven mattress series. Beautiful hardwood and designer rugs accompany each bedroom for your warmth and comfort. The spacious bedrooms feature Pine Cone Hill bedding, soft luxury sheets, custom bed runners and custom decorative pillows radiating rich textures and vibrant colors. The design layout was professionally planned by Design A La Mode with furnishings custom made to make you feel pampered and truly on a luxury vacation. This property is truly unique and luxurious. The vibe of this property once you walk in will definitely “WOW” you.

All 3 bedrooms and the living room have new Samsung smart TV's. The gas fireplace is handcrafted with decorative porcelain tile and painted wood. Some may say the fireplace tile represents the “wind sails” of the Door County boats. The tranquility of the fireplace will definitely be appreciated after a fun filled day of hiking or beach fun.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and has panoramic views of Sister Bay. This bedroom also has its own private door to the patio. The master bedroom features a large closet, full size dresser & 2 nightstands for your comfort all enhanced by a gorgeous glass gold bubble ceiling fixture. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a spacious walk-in closet accompanied by a beautifully hand-crafted wood desk to help expedite any work that gets in the way of your vacation. The 3rd bedroom features a bunk with a full bed over a queen. Queen mattress will sleep two. Full mattress will sleep one or two small children depending on the age/size of individuals. This room will be the kids favorite with its whimsical feel and kid friendly games.

Two full bathrooms with his and her sinks will help you feel fresh and awake for your Door County adventures. Showers are beautifully detailed with decorative tile, tile flooring and Kohler amenities to awaken your senses. Plush hotel style towels and shower rugs are provided along with soaps, shampoos, make up remover towelettes, and quick drying hair dryers. All these details to make your stay carefree. We offer a full-size washer and dryer including detergent for those of you that have laundry needs.

The custom designed kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and prepared. The appliances are all from the GE Modern Glass Cafe line giving you a sleek, mirrored and clean feel. The waterfall island with quartz is enhanced by the mother of pearl tile seen throughout the kitchen and seats three comfortably. The signature glass dining room table can accommodate 8 guests with the pull up bench. The handblown island pendants will give you an ambiance like no other.

No worries for parking. We have you covered. We offer a private, keypad entry single stall garage with a level 2 Grizzl-E Extreme Edition EV charger. This is 40 A, 10 KW with a J1772 adapter (ultimately your EV will determine the charge acceptance rate). Tesla owners will need the J1772 adapter that comes standard with Tesla purchase. There is an additional 240 V outlet on the south side of the garage building if needed. Unit also offers one reserved parking space.

This property is fully stocked with everything you will need. We have you covered from the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities, full size washer/dryer, convenient parking, private electric car charger, elevator access, daily personal conveniences, elevator, beach activities and rainy-day activities. Beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor games, picnic basket and accessories, toys and a wagon are available for your convenience. Your day at the beach will be filled with fun and sun. Rainy day...no problem! Board games, children’s toys and movie streaming are available. Our goal is to make your stay at the Bleu on 2 effortless.

This building and unit were completed in May 2021. This property is a 2nd floor end unit with one side which overlooks the 2nd building which was completed summer of 2022. The building has 3 floors. The unit directly above the property is occupied by private property owners who stay full time early summer through fall. Occasionally you may hear faint noise associated with living activities. Owners/hosts own a 2nd rental property in the adjacent building which requires cleaning, prepping or maintenance for arriving/departing guests.

As this is a like new offering furnished with high end, custom furniture WE WILL NOT ALLOW PETS at this time. A member of our cleaning staff has a severe pet dander allergy as do many guests. We appreciate strict adherence to this policy. **PLEASE SEE HOUSE RULES**

MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD TO RENT. No smoking or vaping is allowed either. We have a damage deposit that is not charged to your credit card unless a claim is filed due to damage, theft or violation of house rules. We would like to keep this property beautiful for all to enjoy and utilize the furnishings. The renter is also responsible for any illegal activity or content of internet use. The Condo Association is not allowing grilling at this time. Bleu on 2 will comfortably host its maximum of 7-8 occupants. Please see house rules regarding additional fees for any additional occupants/unregistered guests. No unregistered guests are allowed on property. Check in is at 4 pm. Check out is at 10:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate requests for different times if possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Thursday through Sunday & an occasional Monday during prime season live music can be heard from the unit. Holidays may affect times/days bands may play. Occasionally bands may play after the village quiet hours. The property is located on a bluff, which can cause wind velocity and potential noise. Sister Bay Marina quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am, Sister Bay quiet hours 10pm-10 am. Sister Bay Village does not allow overnight parking for RV’s, boats etc. per the city ordinance. Please see Village ordinances for other rules and regulations. Our parking lot cannot accommodate these types of vehicles either. Golf carts are prohibited in the Village of Sister Bay. The Village of Sister Bay notifies all neighbors within 300 feet of property of owner's contact/house rules. Our building has 9 units. Neighbors are advised to call owners/host with any house rule violations. If this occurs guest will need to vacate property immediately without refund of remaining nights. For guests with mobility issues, unit is located on a bluff. Incline walking or driving to downtown maybe required. We have standard doorways. Elevator is available. We have no grab bars in bathrooms and a tile shower which can be slippery but have shower mats are available.

Guests that request to book must be verified through VRBO and discuss purpose of visit when booking. Host/owner are not responsible for VRBO fees.

This property is very well maintained. The owner is highly engaged and available. The furnishings are beautiful and also quite comfortable. The view of Sister Bay is a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 loved staying at this beautiful Sister Bay condo! The owners provided every amenity imaginable: chairs, games and wagon for the beach, every kitchen item and appliance we needed, games for the family and beautiful decor and furnishings. In addition, the home was spotless! We are looking forward to returning soon!

This unit was amazing! The view when you enter of the Bay is truly stunning. The condo is impeccably furnished. One could not ask for a nicer vacation rental. The walkable distance to shopping and food were the cherry on the cake. We would absolutely return again!

Our family stays in Door County twice per year, once in the summer and once in the winter. We stayed here over New Years Eve for our winter trip. The hosts provided a welcome gift including party hats and noise makers. So thoughtful! The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the bay. We were able to watch the Cherry Drop from the house and walk to all the festivities in town. Games were available to play as well. All beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

The only negative we can think of is that Vrbo advertised this property as a three bath condo. It is only a two bath condo. We made it work but booked the residence thinking it had three bathrooms.

Everything from the small snacks the host left, to the plush towels, to the amazing decor and perfect location was all outstanding! It is truly luxury! The place is completely stocked with anything you could need! totally recommend! The host was very available for questions or concerns. highly highly recommend! Meticulously clean also!
