Great location, clean property, see the fireworks from Dollywood nightly.

We had a great week with family! The house was clean and spacious. Very short drive to Dollywood and anything else we wanted to do. You can see Dollywood’s fireworks at night. Luke was very responsive to any questioned we had. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place for a large group to stay in the smokies. You can't find a better location for Dollywood!

Loved the location. Few issues, owner very responsive.

We had the best time staying at this property! It was spacious and clean. Plenty of beds/bedrooms/bathrooms for 6 adults and 10 kids. It was literally like 3 minutes to Dollywood. The kids loved hanging out in the game room. Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The host was so kind and easy to get in touch with if we had a question. Would stay here again!

The place was great. Other than the dishwasher and washing machine not working , the place checked every other box. Will definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved this home. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You are closed to everything including Gatlinburg. Home is very spacious, and you have everything you'll need. The check in process was very easy, and the host was simply phenomenal and very responsive (I bugged them a lot) and they were always joyful and very nice. I felt welcomed and so my big group of 20. I kept reading the reviews about the driveaway and I was a little scared, but if you have a drivers License and you know how to drive, this is not an issue at all. Its a little steep but nothing to be worried or scared about. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids were happy just hanging out in the house. The kitchen is huge with enough room for everyone to eat together. Anytime we had any questions the owner was very responsive. I hope to stay there again next year

Great location! Plenty of room for our family. Needs work though. Most of the light bulbs were out and knobs broken off lamps. Furniture was very worn. Needed a lot of dusting. Aside from that, it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

We had such an amazing stay with our family. We had a total of 14 ppl ranging from 6 months to 68 years old. Everyone had a space to be and it was a great spot for us to get right to Dollywood. I would totally recommend this property and Luke did an amazing job in communication. We would totally come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice cabin. It was very spacious and close to a lot of attractions and activities. We were able to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from Dollywood, while we sat on the porch of the cabin. The owner was super helpful and easy to contact to answer questions.

I rented this cabin for my family to be altogether in one place and it was perfect! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all 13 of us, and so close to Dollywood we wasted no time getting there! The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day at the park. We loved the huge kitchen and dining area also.

Overall great place to stay. A few incidental things but nothing serious. Only issue I have personally is asking me to start washing sheets, I paid a cleaning fee for that.

Let me start with the driveway. Yes it is very steep. It had been raining all day and the driveway was very slick. We could not get up, about half way our tires just spun and would not go any further. We had to go up backward. However after the road dried off it was ok. It is roller coaster steep. If you have to park at the bottom, the walk up and back down is almost impossible if you are not a young athlete. Now to the house , once you get in it is very nice. Could use some good deep cleaning. Everything was as expected. We had a church group of 13 ladies and we were very satisfied with our stay. If not for the drive way I would stay here again. The owner was quick to respond and took the constructive criticism very well.

SO - some earlier reviews about the driveway had me a little scared of staying here expecting something like you see in a rugged trail-climber commercial. Good grief - it's a little steep but that's what going to the mountains is all about! This 65 year old grandmother had NO problem in a Hyundai Tucson front wheel drive! That being said, I really would not want to try in the ice or snow but that goes for all mountain roads!
You just can't get any more convenient to Dollywood. BUT, you don't hear any of the goings on over there except the joy of sitting on the front deck and hearing the occasional lure of the train whistle.
The lodging itself is decorated for mountain living and each bedroom has it's own name. My three granddaughters loved staying in the bear cub den (bunk bed room)! The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were great! The large jacuzzi tub was excellent! And SO many televisions. Kept the kids entertained on a rainy day!
There is a covered patio in the back that is accessed through one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs. This is where the hot tub is situated. Very nice, very convenient to go into the bathroom for changing.
The kitchen is very large and had everything we needed!
And I can't say enough about how great Luke and Molly were as owners! Easy communication, quick with an answer when I had a question.
Thanks for helping us make memories in a beautiful setting. We will be back!!

My family takes an annual mid March weekend get-away to remember our mother. We usually struggle to get a good, comfortable and affordable cabin that fits 15 or so (kids and adults). Since Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have become a vacation Mecca for folks around the world, it gets harder and harder every year. We are thankful we found yours. Everyone loved the cabin and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

The cabin was perfect for our group! It was a smooth and easy stay thanks to the owners!! I would HIGHLY recommend this cabin to any and all people!

This cabin is in a great location. The owners were nice and responded to us promptly. The driveway is steep, but manageable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to stay at the cabin much because we were at a conference, but we enjoyed the time we spent there.

My friends and I had a great stay at this house. Everything worked fine and we didn’t have any complaints really. The only problem we ran into was the steepness of the driveway, but it’s the mountains so it was kind of expected already. Regardless, a nice house for a getaway to Pigeon Forge!

We had a good experience at this property, with 7 adults and 7 kids - each had their own bed and bath for personal space. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for a full family experience, which is unique for a VRBO. The property is nearly on Dollywood property, yet you can get in and out of Pigeon Forge or Sevierville through the back roads and avoid the crowds.
We read reviews regarding the driveway and on our arrival found then humorous. Stay in low gear and any vehicle can navigate. However within an hour we had a flash snowfall and could not get vehicles in and out - or our 70+ year old parents easy up or down the hill. Thankfully a neighbor provided salt and shovels so we could get everyone safely in. Would definitely recommend the owner provide salt/shovels on the winter months as the property would not be easily accessible without a proper solution.

We played games, fellowship, went out for attractions and shopping and food. Cabin was well equipped and I would definitely recommend !! The his is very steep so if it’s wet you may have a hard time coming up hill if you’re driving a heavy vehicle like a truck!! Overall really no complaints. Also it doesn’t have a view of the mountains. It’s in a wooded area but we didn’t worry about the view we just had a grand good time.
Thanks Luke and Molly

We had a great week with our family for thanksgiving. We had plenty of room for our family of 12! The kitchen space was perfect to prepare our dinner. Owners communicated quickly when we didn’t know how to work the thermostat and even changed it for us remotely. Would definitely recommend this property

Perfect size for our church small group. Easy to access and easy to get to most attractions in pigeon forge. Will need 4x4 to get up driveway if its wet, but there is a space to park at the bottom.

Location! Location! Location! Our group was looking for a property without a long drive up a mountain. We were less than 10 minutes from everywhere. It was great. The driveway is a bit steep but manageable. You get used to it. The owner of this property is very responsive; answered all of my questions and concerns quickly. Overall, a great trip! Looking forward to our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

The house was lovely I just think it could use a little more attentiveness. It was a lot of spider webs everywhere inside the property and outside the property as if it hadn’t been stayed in for a long time …other than that very lovely home . I would visit again ..

A family week
The location was convenient to everything! The AC kept us cool despite the hot temps. The bathroom facilities were great. The owners responded quickly to questions. The property could use a little touch up in some areas, but overall we were pleased.

Partial Renovated House & NO View from house VERY steep driveway
Property does need some real good cleaning. There is spider web everywhere on property. Outside lightening is really poor at night. They try to put amenities to put on listing but not any meaningful use.
Driveway is too steep and long not safe at all for front wheel drive cars or vans in ANY season. If you book this house, you need a four wheel drive vehicle.
Property is surrounded by tall trees and there is no view from this place.
Hot Tub is in back of house in small dark space which practically no view. I think he just put there to advertise it rather than actually usable Hot Tub.
It was advertised as Game room was there but No game room is available in working condition. It is dark and pool table is not in playable condition. I think it is not even worth to visit it.
We all had two wheel drive and it is not safe to go upwards in rain as it is slipping the tires. It should be mentioned in listing which was missing as it mentioned only steep driveway. It is not even safe without rain to go up with two wheel drive.
It looks somebody is trying to renovate but did partial job. Somebody did partial job at upgrading house without paying attentions to details. As we can not open windows as it did not have screens on it. Windows are not usable.
I feel like House was speedy done to get advantage to rent out quickly so there are so many small details which usual house owners pay attentions too. For Example Panelling is different in each rooms without matching colors with some raw wood and some colors.
When I mentioned this to owner, he offered me $100 back which we did not take. I feel like that is wrong practice.
Dollywood is 3 miles away but you can only hear fireworks and not able to see it.

Good stay, some issues
Owners were very prompt to respond to any concerns or questions we had. House was very clean, no bugs inside. We only had a few minor complaints. First, there was no extra garbage bags. Because the house hosts a large group, you would expect there to be additional garbage bags. When we asked about it, they said the previous renters probably took the extras, but I don’t feel like that is a valid excuse. The cleaning company should be replacing them after each stay. We also did not have remotes for 3 of the bedrooms TVs. There was very limited supply of toilet paper and soap. Again because this hosts a large group, and it is advertised as having basic soaps and supplies, there should be a lot more of each. If we had not brought our own, we would have definitely run out. Lastly, the picture of the hot tub is a little misleading . The hot tub is actually located right next to the side of a hill in a closed-in corner of the deck, which made it very dark and damp. There were a ton of bugs and spider webs around it because of its location. It also was slightly grimy. Aside from these problems, our stay was good and we would consider booking here again in the future.

Large Cabin
Nice large cabin in the perfect location. Located close to Dollywood. The owners could not have been easier to work with. Plenty of room to spread out. Game room needs some work. Highly recommend this rental.
