About this apartment rental

Beautiful views from every room. Both bedrooms are masters with king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The living room couch is supersized and incredibly comfortable. There is a third bathroom in the laundry room. Granite counters and island seating. Supersized balconies off of both bedrooms. Gorgeous natural wood products and hand crafted wrot iron throughout. there is a bonus gym on the rooftop with even more amazing views and hammocks to relax in. Don't miss this, with gated parking and excellent location.

The condo is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, and offers a gorgeous 180⁰ view of Playa Langosta, Playa Tamarindo, and Playa Grande. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed to cook and be comfortable. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but they were okay. The only complaint was there was very, very little water pressure, especially in the showers. In general, Tamarindo itself has a water issue, but it was the worse I have ever experienced in this condo. There also beautiful space on the floor above that has hammocks and some gym equipment which I really enjoyed. One other thing to note, there are 98 steps to reach the condo. We didn't mind, but it may be problematic for some. Also, the keys to the locks can be a bit tricky, you need to play with them a bit to get them to work. The host communicated well and was very responsive.

The unit is exactly as described. It’s located a short walk from the beach, bars, and restaurants of Tamarindo. We loved our time here and will definitely look to book here again in the future.

The condo is beautiful with two large master suites, a laundry room and a beautiful kitchen open to the living room. All rooms were very spacious. The location is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants. It is located on a hill so there is a beautiful view from the condo and the rooftop. Be sure to be in shape as there are 90 steps leading to the front door of the condo.

What an amazing place to stay in Tamarindo!! The Modern Treehouse is perfectly situated in the hills above Tamarindo. My kids (adults) and I absolutely enjoyed themselves. Our host Carrol was so kind and considerate, her recommendations made our trip "over the top" amazing!!! We cant wait to comeback!
