- Property is right off 29 Palm highway so it is very convenience going around
- Dirt road leading to the house, but your car should have no problem navigating
- Parkings are all around the house

Other things to note
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Cleaning company charge us 35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- The 5th bedroom is garage conversion. It has two twin sofa beds and a split AC.
- The sofa bed in the garage is a top bed and a pull out bed at the bottom. Each of them is a twin bed.
- Please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the two outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own.
- We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclose. Animal comes and scatter all the trash and we get fine from the city. When you check out please take a picture no trash was left on the premise and we will return deposit.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-Please note that we only do spa cleaning service once a week. If you would love to use the spa, please inform us before your arrival and confirm at least 24 hours before check in. Your share fee will be $20 (spa cleaning service is $50, we pay $30 and guest will pay $20) and we will make sure that the spa is cleaned for you to use.
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.
