Myself and two of my friends traveled to College Station for the South Carolina vs. Texas A&M football game. Two of us are Aggies, and our other friend a South Carolina graduate.
The Art Bungalow was just perfect for our stay. It provided a great starting and ending point for our day. It is close to campus, located in a convenient location. It was comfortable and quite, and all of us were very happy with the property.
The owner was fantastic, and very professional. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quaint, quite place to stay.

We had a great stay, it was the perfect launch pad for TAMU move in days. JimBob was super helpful. A/C had a bit of a challenge keeping up with 100+ temp days but we all do:-). Would definitely stay again.

This is a great rental! Close to A&M. Perfect for a family, we had a little graduation dinner with family and friends and easily sat everyone for dinner. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean! Hosts were on top of everything- and even left us yummy fresh pastries! I would rent again!

The house is a charming older home with tons of character. It slept our family of four very well and provided a space for our family to visit our son in college. The host, Jim Bob, was very accommodating and thoughtful with helpful information for our stay and suggestions for around town.

We were very thankful to stay at this property during thanksgiving week. Quiet neighborhood, close to campus, perfect size for the 5 of us. The host was very engaging, making sure we had everything we needed prior to coming and while we were there. He even brought over an iron when we notice an iron board but no iron. My family also commented how comfy the beds were…better than most hotels. We will definitely consider this property the next time we have an extended stay.

The location was perfect. The house itself was remodeled but it is still an older house in an older neighborhood. The inside was very clean but the front patio and backyard table area were not. Not a big deal since it rained while were there. The owner even left us fresh delicious scones. YUM. Jim was very accessible and helped out with whatever we needed. Will definitely be heading back and hopefully this property will be available.

Throughout our stay, JimBob, the host/owner, checked in on us several times.
We walked into exquisite handcrafted pastries waiting in the kitchen of their downtown eatery. The house is quite inviting and located in a safe and pleasant area.
The beds are quite comfy, and the towels are thick and plush. JimBob went above and above to ensure that our stay was perfect. This is my second time staying here. And I will undoubtedly return.
If you're searching for a great location to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to Texas AM, this is the place to be!

Very cute house. Lovingly restored, clean, comfortable beds.
We experienced a couple of hitches at the property but the owner got everything back in shape and even treated our group to breakfast to make it up to us. He was a very gracious, friendly, and conscientious host.

Easy check in and convenient to TAMU
We came up to order the Aggie ring day for my daughter who is at Texas A&M. The owner was polite and allowed us to check in a day early to avoid some inclement weather and even checked on us after we had been there for one night. The process was easy convenient and we would stay here again five stars.

We absolutely loved staying here. We booked for my sisters graduation. It was perfect for the kids to run around (plenty of games and books provided) and plenty of space for the adults to hangout as well. The house was clean and has everything you need, and the beds are super comfy too! When we come back to the area we hope to book here again!

Perfection!
The Bryan Art Bungalow was perfect for our weekend! A gorgeous home in an established neighborhood, it’s just minutes away from the cool downtown Bryan scene as well as the ATM campus and all things Aggie related. There are two bathrooms, which was great to accommodate our party of 8. The hosts are super responsive and attentive and go out of their way to ensure a 5 star stay. I highly recommend the Bryan Art Bungalow!

This property was perfect for our long stay to visit our new Aggie, we loved the home feeling this place gave us from grilling burgers on the back patio to having coffee.
