About this apartment rental
You will enjoy yourselves in this fully equipped condo with washer/dryer, full size kitchen, large 6 person high top dining table. There are 2 very large and comfortable sofas with chair to match. You will find 3 king size bedrooms with one having a full-size sleeper sofa included while another bedroom has a private bathroom and a miniature kitchen. The patio has 5 chairs and a table to enjoy the breeze under the trees and the view of the Gulf. Two hall bathrooms with several closets for storage complete the condo.

This property is very nice and big. I traveled with two senior citizens, who could not do stairs. This condo worked well.

This place is a great value. Would have paid more for this stay.. Plenty of space and nice condo. There wasn't a thing inside the condo that was missing. IN other words they had everything needed. Certainly worth it if you are looking for a nice getaway.

Condo had plenty of space. Somewhat dated but still in good condition. Front of complex is boarded up and made us nervous at first, but it was fine inside.

The property was old and would need to be updated. The main refrigerator leaked water and some of the lights flicked when turned on. There was a blanket that was folded up with a large stain. The building was being repaired and had a lot of damage to the balconeys that faced the beach. The location and view of the beach was good and the unit was as advertised even though a a lot of work should be done to bring it up to date. The rate for the unit was lower probably due to the condition of the building.

The building is very old. Very unappealing from the outside. That honestly wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if the place was at least clean. But the tubs were disgusting. The baseboards were black. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator were spiked. The towels were stained. This place needs a very deep cleaning. The positive was the size of the rooms and the location was very convenient to casinos and beach. I wouldn’t stay here again. We were very uncomfortable because of the uncleanliness.

We had fun in Biloxi. Close proximity to Nola and plenty of casinos. Plenty of things to do for adults and family. Very spacious and accommodating rental. We would love to come back again but in the summer so we could enjoy the pool and beach more.

Nice place overall
Pictures online can be a little deceiving, upon arrival I was a bit worried because the outside of the building needs some updating/fixing. Once inside the welcome area and hall ways they also seemed a bit dated and needed vacuuming and cleaning. Despite that though, the room itself was excellent. It was clean, up to date, and very spacious. It had 3 king sized beds, plenty for us on the trip to be able to sleep, along with a couple of couches that could be use for more sleep space if needed. Check in/out process was easy and Denise was helpful for any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit biloxi again.

Everything was clean and as described in the pictures. IThe owners are very responsive to any needs and made the entire process of checking in and out stress free. Will definitely be looking forward to future stays at this location.

Good location but badly kept
When you walk in the property looks good on the surface. The water smelled foul from the hot water faucets, the utensils were rusted and falling apart. The tub in the largest bedroom wouldn't drain and the fan wouldn't work. Silverware was filthy and couldn't be used. Towels had holes in them. The internet service was very poor...wifi was bad and the TV kept pasuing every 10 mins due to bad wifi. Property manage responded immediately when I text her however the place definitely needs better maintenance. Most stuff they provide is just for shoe and cannot really be used.

The property was clean, a bit dated and could use a coat of paint on woodwork but the manager was fantastic, location was great. Overall very happy with our choice. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful

We encountered a great time in Biloxi.
The condo was very spacious and comfortable, although some areas a bit outdated.
The hostess was excellent and the unit was well supplied.
We had to perform cleaning in the kitchen area upon arrival.
We can recommend this unit located central and close to the beach.

Not as pictured.
Reservation and communication was fine. Location was good, but that’s where the good ends. This condo is in much need of repair and very dirty. Every day we were there we found more things wrong. The ceiling fan didn’t work, the towel rod was coming off the wall. There were silverfish in the shower. Paint missing on the wall in the bathroom. There were cracks and holes in the ceiling. The floor in our bedroom was sagging and felt like a sink hole. The baseboards looked like they have never been cleaned There was what looked like melted chocolate stuck to the nightstand drawer. I was very disappointed and disgusted with the condition of this property especially for the price. Why are we charged a cleaning fee but yet it wasn’t cleaned for us prior to our arrival. The photos on the ad are very deceiving I have multiple photos that show the true condition of this condo. I would not recommend staying here unless you get it for a deep discount and cleanliness isn’t important to you.

Fun time in Biloxi in January
Apartment was as described, comfy, spacious and just what 5 ladies were looking for during our stay in Biloxi. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and nice living space was perfect, we spent four nights and did not experience any negatives. Beach and a nice walking area was great, too cold for a swim, but great view! Would rent again, more fun than staying a hotel..conveniently located for our adventures.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. Directly across the street from the beach, clean and spacious, quick responses from the manager, and the pool was very nice. We will definitely be acquiring to stay here in the future.

Good location
Location was awesome. Building needs some MAJOR updates. Pool was ok…. Hot tub was not working and from what others have said it hasn’t been for awhile. Water was brown and had to brush our teeth with bottled water

We had no problem finding the place. It was easy to get into the condo. The condo was very roomy and clean. We had been staying in hotels on this trip and it was nice to get to spread out. There were beach chairs and toys for the kid on the beach. (We did not use them but wanted others to know it was there) Full size washer and dryer. We really had a great time. You can find every kind of eating place very close to this condo. Denise is great. Easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay in Biloxi a great one. We will look you up if we are coming back to this area.

Home away from home
Was a bit skeptical seeing the outer front if the building. However, once we got into the condo, my concerns vanished. Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Large bedrooms and plenty of full bathrooms. Property manager was very helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Denise for exceeding my expectations.

Condo was dirty overall (baseboards, cabinets, floors, patio, etc.). Blinds on sliding glass door were broken and track for door was filthy.The floor lamp shade was in pieces, the linens were threadbare and dingy, the toilet in middle bathroom had to be plunged and flushed manually bu pouring water in bowl, light over kitchen sink did not work, no vent over stove, broken racks and rust in dishwasher, water and ice stayed on top shelf of refrigerator, blood stains on a pillow, sink in master bath leaked, and the wicker stand holding towels was absolutely filthy. We had no water one evening and when it did come back on, it was dark brown and had dirt in it (I bought bottles water for all drinking and cooking). I could add more, but thee were the most unacceptable things. The foyer of the building was the best thing there, but the front entrance was filled with cobwebs, leaves, and dirt that was never cleaned all week. The pool was nice. but the pool restroom appeared to be something found at a state campground - primitive!In spite of the inconveniences, we enjoyed being together with grandchildren that live in the area. We have stayed in hundreds of properties over the past twenty years, and this was the least desirable.
