This was a great little place for our family to stay the a couple nights. Host was very kind and prompt in helping out when there was a problem with the electronic lock. The loft room did get very warm, but this is to be expected in the summer. Would stay here again.

TV screen was dark for most programs. Pullout sleeper was not too comfortable. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful.

The description said 1 futon and 1 queen bed. The queen is bed is not present. It’s a mattress in a small attic crawl space on the floor which you must take a steep ladder to enter and exit. Horrible if you must use the bathroom at night. The futon seemed cheap and was uncomfortable. Great neighborhood but well below expectations especially on our 20th anniversary. Couldn’t even sleep with my wife in the same beds since accommodations were not as listed

My husband and I were in Palisade for a few days for a wedding and LOVED staying here. The property was very clean, and everything is new and/or well kept. There were some really welcome touches like hair ties and lotion available. Some small snacks, coffee with fixings, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were shocked by the AC until because in our many stays in mountain towns AC is a rarity, BONUS!! Bed is comfy, owners are respectful of your privacy and there is parking available. We enjoyed the space so much and will be back!

We visited Palisade in September/October - the weather was fantastic so during our stay at Angela's studio was comfortable. Check in and check out for this studio was extremely easy and Angela was very friendly. The studio was clean and equipped with things we need for our stay.
