My dog and I had a wonderful week in the RV. Campground is quiet and clean and in a great location close to everything. The RV had everything you could possibly need. It is clean and super comfortable. I slept better there than in my own bed! Owners were great with communications and help when I had questions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a really great time at the campground. Not a lot for amenities, but located in a very easy place to get to shopping and dining. The camper itself was amazing. Very clean and very comfortable.

Tim and Wendy have a wonderful RV! It was exactly as described. Perfect spot in just enough woods! The RV has everything you need, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the AC was cool! The campground is in a nice area close to town. Awesome spot!

We had a great time. A few fires in the pit. We love this part of Maine so beaches and restaurant's are always fantastic. Taking a ride along the rocky coast is always a scenic vista.

Had a great time at Tim and Wendy’s property in Arundel Maine! Very convenient and close to Kennebunkport/Kennebunk/Beach! The RV was very clean and well appointed, probably brought more supplies than needed! The welcome package was a nice touch and the complimentary Firewood was well used and appreciated! We will definitely look to stay again!

First time staying in an RV. Overall positive experience. RV was well-equipped with all the amenities, and the upgrades were great! Great Location - was short drive to all beaches and the town of Kennebunkport for exploring during the day. We got to experience all Maine has to offer, beach life, quaint towns and had camping vibes back at the RV site. Kids had a blast! Thanks for letting us share your little slice of Maine!

Wendy and Tim's place was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all amenities. The interior was cozy yet spacious, with comfortable beds, a fully functional kitchen, and a neat bathroom. The large windows let plenty of natural light flood in, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the efficient cooling systems, which kept us comfortable regardless of the weather outside. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience. It offered the perfect balance of adventure and comfort, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty and local culture of the area. The flexibility of having our mobile accommodation meant we could easily explore at our own pace while always having a cozy home base to return to.

We've been here twice and really love the set up. Clean, modern and large RV with all the cooking and camping tools you'll need. Comfortable king bed in the master! Hemlock Grove campground itself is just okay. Bathrooms are clean, but amenities are scarce. The RV location is very close to the entrance and its noisy from the road, and a bit exposed. Would be better in a more secluded location at the campground.

This is camping in luxury and very enjoyable. The 5th wheel has all the convenience of home. It's clean and well outfitted. Located close to down town Kennebunkport and the beaches are awesome. A beach parking pass was included, which was nice. The owners Tim and Wendy could not have been better hosts. Thanks for having us. We will re-book here without a doubt.

What an AMAZING time we had glamping in a luxury RV at Hemlock Grove Campground! Tim and Wendy were unbelievably gracious leaving us an adorable welcome bag that contained Maine originals including one of Wendy’s paintings! The RV was immaculate and super cozy. The kids loved the bunks and my husband and I the master suite complete with king sized bed. Campfires at night and a king bed to sleep in…yes please!! We had an extraordinary time exploring Arundel and Kennebunkport. Thank you Tim and Wendy for the memories!

Really loved this spacious RV! Perfect blend of modern and nature for our family. Clean and great amenities and set up by the hosts. Bunks get hot, so bring a fan or two for the kidsat night. Campsite is near the entrance, which is convenient, but a little noisy. Kennebunk is an awesome town and the beach is a dog & surf loving paradise! We will be back!

Everything was perfect! We loved the location of the campground, close to fun activities like beaches and water parks. The RV site was nice and close to their campground playground so we could watch the kids play while at the camp site! Entire RV and campground facilities were so clean! Loved our stay!

This was easily one of our favorite vacations. The RV is in excellent condition. It was my family's first-time camping in an RV and I don't think we'll ever go back to a tent. The location is convenient to downtown and beaches. The campground is not very scenic nor is there a pool or pond to fish in but we didn't find that to be much of a problem. There is a small playground that my kids used. The Good's were excellent communicators. I had a few questions beforehand and they were answered promptly. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to camp without the hassle and be near beaches and lovely beach towns. We will be back!

It was difficult to leave, as everything was perfect, from the owners being reachable, cleanliness, gorgeous large RV with everything you need (just bring your smiles and camera!), evening firepit, quietness, location is ideal to the Kennebunks, Dock Square, Portland, Wells, Berwicks, York and so on! If we had to change anything if you were to ask, it would be to be further away from the main road, but in October it was quiet and peaceful. Special touches were (well there is alot) the gourmet-like kitchen, lots kitchen utensils, white plates/bowls, blankets, warm fireplace inside and OMG those comfy reclining inside sofa chairs, but most impressive is all the storage, the décor and the extremely comfortable large master bed that is VERY difficult to get out of in the morning because of how cozy and dreamy it is!!! Thank you to the owners that make this rental available to others, sharing their love of this amazing campground experience in a VERY large RV that hugged us with warmth and coziness and left us with some pretty special memories, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family had so much fun staying here for a few days! It really is a luxury RV and has lots of amenities! It also was very clean and the campground is nice and quiet and in a great location close to several Maine coastal towns. It also comes with a beach pass to Kennebunk beaches. There also is a Hannaford grocery store very close by and it has a full size fridge and lots of storage as well as a lovely outdoor area with a grill. Our kids loved the whole experience as did the parents! The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend! Will stay here again for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the camper. The place is immaculate and my daughters loved the bunk beds, which looked like queen sizes to me. Tim was very quick to respond when I had questions about things to do in Kport. Thank you so much Tim and Wendy. We really loved our stay there and we highly recommend this place.

Comfortable bed, great recliners, and kitchen has everything you need with quality cookware and knives. Would have been more enjoyable if the RV was deeper in the campground. It's one of the first sites in from the entrance with camper traffic, road noise and sparse trees/privacy. It took us 5 days to figure out the temperature control. We added a note in the book for the next guests. I would have given this experience 5 stars if the RV was sited elsewhere and the nightly fee was a bit more reasonable.

The RV is great, although I agree with another traveler who mentioned that directions in the RV could have been better. Tim is very nice and easy to communicate with. The campground is nothing fancy but serves its purpose; for the total nightly price, a pool and some other ammenities would have been nice. Overall, would recommend a stay just to get a taste of staying in a nice RV.

Everything was just like the pictures showed. It was a quiet camp ground and a perfect home base for day activities outside the camp ground. Small playground, but close to the camper and was perfect for the age of our kids (4, 6,6). Overall we would rent this again.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect! The camper was spotless and beautiful. Instant hot water, great water pressure…two things not always guaranteed especially while camping. Comfy, cozy BIG beds. All the amenities you could possibly need. We stayed with two teens who really enjoyed the experience. The campground was so quiet and peaceful. Short drive to the beaches we wanted to visit.

So clean and comfy. Tim was there with in 20 Minutes to change the propane tanks when we realized there was no hot water. Location is great. Campsite is quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Staying in the RV was a new experience for us. The place was impeccably clean and more spacious than you might expect. The beds were comfortable. We had a little trouble regulating the temperature although that might have been user error. We could have used some more detailed instructions on a couple of things-we figured most of it out eventually. The shower was good with good water pressure and plenty of warm water. The wifi was spotty, although the television worked well. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
