The location of the condo was perfect for access to the base of the ski mountain. The owner was very helpful with communication and made the process very easy. Everything was accurately described in the listing and the unit was very clean.

Perfect launch pad for a ski trip. Had all of the accommodations our group of four needed plus hospitality flourishes that made it special. The host was highly responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We visit Steamboat multiple times a year and this is easily in the top 3 places that we have stayed. It is an easy walk to the slopes and all activities at the base. The garage parking is key and Kellee, the host is amazing. She bent over backwards to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is stocked with everything you need, even zip lock bags and tin foil! They leave a nice welcome basket and smores supplies! Highly recommend.

Place was great for the three of us. 5 minute walk to the gondola plaza. Hot tub is big and relaxing. Good assortment of games to play. Welcome basket was filled with all sorts of goodies.

Finally! A host who is invested in the comfort of her guests. We loved staying at this property. Plenty of blankets, comfy pillows, a welcome basket, working televisions…so comfy. And the location was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Booked this property for my nephew’s high school graduation. Having a place to stay right in the heart of Steamboat was such blessing. Plenty of shopping and food options near by. Relaxing by the fire with the supplied s’mores basket was an extra bonus for the weekend. The beds are super comfortable, shower pressure was AMAZING, until is clean and homey feeling. Will book here again when the time comes.

This condo was well laid out for 2 couples with plenty of space and privacy. The furniture and beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked including an air fryer and crockpot with included liners. The provided coffee, creamer, and hot chocolate was fabulous and the welcome basket with Steamboat goodies was an amazing touch! The location was great with a very short walk to the gondola and square. Kellee was amazing to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for a family ski vacation. You are only a very short walk and elevator ride to the base area. We will definitely be staying here whenever we return to Steamboat.

This place was the perfect location for two couples to enjoy a ski weekend at Steamboat. Such an ideal location, literally steps to the gondola. Also super close to little shops on the resort and a quick 2 min walk to the nearest Steamboat town shuttle to get downtown. Kellee was a fantastic host, communication was SO smooth and she was beyond accommodating. She even had adorable welcome baskets which was such a nice touch. We forgot a charger in the unit and she instantly offered to mail it to us, so kind! The condo was cozy and well stocked with everything you'd need and so many nice touches throughout like local coffee.

We had an amazing trip and could not have asked for better snow! kelle was an amazing host, super accommodating and responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was a great value. The only thing I would say is it’s listed as ski-in/ski out (which maybe it is by steamboat standards, but not what I’ve had at other ski locations). You can’t actually ski up to the property. You have to carry your gear about ?200 yards. It was fine for us but just something to be aware of. Overall we loved our time and hope to come back again!

Super location, short walk to gondola and base area shops. Nice underground parking which was helpful with 36" of new snow while we were there. Well equipped kitchen where we made several meals. Large screen TV for keeping up with our sport teams. Comfortable beds and large rooms and lots of hot water for showers and doing laundry.

We are a family of four (two adults, two children) visiting for a Christmastime ski vacation. We had an awesome trip. The location is amazing! Kellee’s condo is a 1-minute walk and elevator ride to Steamboat Square, which is the center of the ski village. It is also right next to the front desk, pool, and hot tub, but also very quiet. The condo is well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and personal touches such as a Christmas tree, gift basket, and s’mores kit. Kellee was a very attentive host, providing lots of information, and is super responsive. We will gladly stay here again!

We were on a week long trip that started in Evergreen celebrating my mother-in-laws 75th b-day. The planning and hosting that took place was very intensive and stressful. So we planned a fishing trip with our family from Missouri (sister-in-law, her son and grandson) to wind down afterwards. What a cozy and quant place with everything you need to relax after a long day of fishing.

My first time at a VRBO. The property manager was a gem in dealing with my many questions. Easy walk to the gondola lift. Easier walk to the free city bus stop. Clean, comfortable!!! Kids loved the pool.

We had a lovely time and the location is ideal! Check-in and check-out was easy once we realized which building. This condo will get 5 stars when it’s updated a bit. Replacing the carpet will be important for future visitors. Nice attention to details such as Steamboat coffee was very appreciated.

We had a great first stay in Steamboat at Kellee's property. We came with two small children (9 mos and 2.5) and it was nice to have so much space and two bathrooms! The condo was very well stocked with everything we might need, including a pack-and-play which came in handy when our toddler refused to sleep on his cot :-). Check-in and check-out were really straight-forward and the women working at the desk were also very helpful. The location was great and walkable to the restaurants at the base. The parking garage was a pretty tight fit for our truck, but otherwise everything else was smooth and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location. The listing is accurate when it suggests your steps away from the gondola. Perfect launch point for hitting the slopes and basin area. Host was responsive, condo was great, and the amenities, hot tub, welcomed after a day on the slopes! Would recommend!

We had an amazing time in Steamboat and the condo was perfect for us. We really enjoyed out time there. The kids loved being close to the slopes, the pool and the hot tub. We met awesome people staying at the same locations and had a wonderful trip. We will book again next year. Thank you for letting us stay at your home away from home.

Property is exactly as described in ad. Kitchen is very well equipped. Will easily fit a group of 4-6 adults or a family of similar size. Everything was very clean. Check in/check out was a breeze (could not be easier). Owner Kellee was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The small gift basket and s'mores supplies for the fire pit are a nice added touch. Short walk to gondola/gondola square with easy lift access and easy access to shopping and restaurants in gondola square. There is free parking but we used the free Steamboat bus service with bus stop right outside the front door. Bus service takes you anywhere in the town of Steamboat. Would highly recommend this place for groups of 6 or less and I would definitely repeat when I come to Steamboat again.

The condo was perfect. A short walk to the gondola and you are off skiing. And on the way to the gondola you pass the ticket stands, ski rentals/shops, and restaurants/shopping. The condo is clean and has plenty of space with a fully supplied kitchen. The hot tub, pool, and fire pit are just below the balcony. There was plenty of parking spaces available, which is located at ground level under the building(covered).

We've stayed many places at many resorts and this was one of our favorites. Great location, 3 min walk to gondola. Clean and well appointed. Manager (Kellee) was a great communicator. Can't wait to go again.

Great place to stay in Steamboat Springs! On the base, quiet, clean, fully equipped condo for a family to stay. Great host, quickly responds to questions. We asked to check-in earlier and that was not a problem after unit was cleaned. Nice Jacuzzi and heated pool.

This place was just perfect for my family of 4. Perfect location and property was fantastic- clean and perfect size for my family. Checking and check out process was easy and owner was very helpful and responsive when I had questions I love Steamboat and I will definitely try to stay here again when I come back.
