We hosted a large family reunion and this place was wonderful with enough bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The hot tubs were a great hit with kids and adults. Our family also enjoyed the community pool which was also well maintained. The nearby locked trash cans was also helpful. The host was quick to respond to all our queries.
The only issue was the doors to few bathrooms was getting locked and the keypad didn't work for a certain time and we got locked out for an hour or so.
But overall we enjoyed our stay.

This large cabin was perfect for our large family reunion of 24 adults and 21 kids (ages of 9 months to 17 years)!! We loved that each family had their own room and the kids had a place to go play or watch movies while all the adults gathered on the main floor. Upstairs had a foosball table, a pool table, and a place to play video games. The 2 hot tubs were fun. We played card & board games and ate together at the large tables. There was enough room with 2 fridges for breakfast and lunch items too! We had most of our dinners catered and that worked out great!
We were a little disappointed in the lack of good lighting in the kitchen and how warm the main level was during our stay. The upstairs was very warm the first day we were there and the back upstairs room didn’t get much cooler even after buying some box fans to help circulate the air. I did not reach out to the host with this though and later realized I should have as it was still warm on the day we left.
Overall, this cabin had great amenities with a community pool! The location was just right, only a few minutes away from the main street in Pigeon Forge yet still on a mountain far enough away to provide a cozy, quiet atmosphere to feel like you’re away on a relaxing vacation. The hosts were wonderful and very quick to respond to my questions whenever I reached out.

Perfect size for our family. Games and hot tub to keep the kids busy and happy. The dual refrigerators were a life saver. Plenty of free parking in front of the cabin. Town was 10 minutes away by car and all of the activities it had to offer. Golf course was 15 minutes away. Quiet and serene. The mother bear and her cubs visiting was a bonus. Great place for a large group. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin layout worked very well for our family. Management was quick to respond to the minor issues we had.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to replace the drawers in the refrigerator on the left and to install the shelves on both refrigerators to assist with storage and capacity.

Well maintained, perfect location, quick response when needed. Would be the first place I checked for availability next time I need a large cabin.

We specifically came together on this trip to honor my mom. She loved the mountains & this home was an easy drive to the Smokey National Park. We have a huge family of 30 & we have vacationed together for over 18 years (adding some extra members along the way). This space was the most comfortable by far! With plenty of beds, spacious rooms, 12 full bathrooms, 2 of each kitchen appliances, ample dishware/cookware, several large tables to eat at (and play Canasta at), game room (Galaga! & pool tournament),movie room, hot tub-every person at every age enjoyed most of the amenities! We enjoyed our time at this home & area so much! The memories of family will always be treasured!

This house was in a great location. Easy to get to and quick access to whatever we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive with fixing our issues.
5.0
The house is very convenient to Pigeon Forge and all the activities. Easy to find and lots of parking. We especially enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom.
The double appliances in the kitchen were key for our group! Lots of teens so lots of eating.
Communication was smooth and easy. Check in and check out process was super easy.
Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Stayed here for a family wedding. House accommodated our entire family and we had room to spare. Awesome time and plan to come back.
3.0
Although the house was very spacious, I was not happy with the cleanliness of it. There was dust everywhere ( ceiling fans, fans, shelves) and spider webs everywhere. We literally had to clean every bathroom before showering which was frustrating because we were charged over $500 for a cleaning fee. The property manager did send someone from the cleaning company out that Saturday but we were in the middle of breakfast so we declined. The hot tubs were more like warm tubs. We tried to use them but got cold quickly and the lights over one of the hot tubs was out. The house could definitely use some updating, a deep deep cleaning. Other minor issues, overall the stay was decent.

First the communication was fast, simple and friendly.!Everything was beautiful and the scenery was great! Everything was about a 15-30 minute drive to where we went to explore ! Did not expect to see a black bear family the last day..! Overall great place to stay with your friends and family !

The floor plan met the needs of our group perfectly. Finding that many private king rooms was a challenge otherwise, but the mix of shared queen bunks gave us additional options. Also liked the depth of the deck that allowed for more conversation circles.

This was the perfect spot for our big family reunion! The cabin itself is well designed with an attached bathroom for every room, a kitchen with double the usual amenities which was HUGE for us (we needed those 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers for sure!), great views off the back porch, and a convenient location for getting to nearby grocery stores, Dollywood, the aquarium and rainforest adventure exhibit, etc. And the host was SO communicative any time we had questions, which definitely gave us peace of mind. We had such a great time here — thanks so much!

Great time had by all! In the words of our 5 year old great granddaughter, "this is a cool cabin."

The house was perfect for our family reunion.
4.0
This is a comfortable rental which easily accommodated our large family. It is in a good location which made it easy to get to the various attractions. One discrepancy in the description is that the community pool is more than a 7 minute walk. It is a lengthy walk up and down substantial hills. So plan on taking a vehicle to the pool if you go. And finally, an ice maker would have been a nice addition. Very easy to communicate with the owner/manager.

The cabin had ALL that we needed, easy to get to, parking was good, communication w owner was fast. There were a few issues - microwave not working and many burned out light bulbs, they had maintenance there quickly and all were fixed. There was plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Even had bears wandering around a few nights.

Everything was great except some problems with the AC. It was taken care of quickly.

Our family of 35 had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room for everyone. The futons were great sleeping solutions for families that had small children. (Probably wouldn’t be ideal for older kids, though.)
Communication was great. Easy check-in and check-out process as well. Cabin overall was clean, but I only gave 4 stars because there were a lot of cobwebs in corners and the wood floor did leave our feet dirty. From this particular cabin, the pool was definitely more than a 7 minute walk. I’d recommend driving unless you’re up for a good hike to work up a sweat before swimming. ;-)
I definitely recommend this place and would happily return. My family has stayed at numerous places over the years. This cabin ranks near the top.

The cabin was exactly as expected. The only personal issue we had was that the beds were too hard. Other than that, it is a nice cabin.
