Make yourself at home at this beautiful family-friendly home that is conveniently located in a quiet community! The resort offers guests access to a free beach shuttle, indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball, hot tub, beautiful walking paths and playgrounds, and the only Jack Nicklaus-created golf course in Delaware.

Upon entering you'll first notice the beautiful decor throughout with light blue and white accents throughout. The primary living area will be the first space you notice with two comfortable sofas and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a large TV with cable. Continue the tour and you'll find the exquisite 10-person dining table - it's perfect for family meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plenty of counter space, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Another living room can be found right off the kitchen, complete with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and another TV with cable.

This living room opens up to a small, but convenient deck equipped with four Adirondack chairs and a patio area. Back inside, this level also features a laundry room with a washer/dryer, three bedrooms with TVs, two full baths, and a half bathroom. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, tub, and double vanity. Upstairs, you'll come across a nicely furnished loft area with a sofa bed, a TV, and a four-person table, and a private bedroom with an en suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, nature trails with observation towers, and a dog park. THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor shower door is quite heavy and children should be supervised when using it.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
